No Agenda Social

You might've heard Adam promoting No Agenda Social while listening to the show. Sometimes described as The Best Social Network In The Universe, No Agenda Social is a social network targeted at producers of the show. You don't have to be a member to connect with our producers because No Agenda Social is part of the Fediverse, a network of decentralized apps and websites built to keep the future of social media out of the hands of big tech corporations. That means it's possible to join other networks (or even create your own) and still interact with producers on No Agenda Social.

No Agenda Social What's Happening

Built on Mastodon

No Agenda Social is based on an open-source application called Mastodon. There are tons of apps available online that make it easier to use No Agenda Social. Privileged members can always go to noagendasocial.com directly to use the built-in web interface.

Connected to the Fediverse

No Agenda Social communicates with other social networks across the web through ActivityPub. These social networks, also called nodes, are all part of the Fediverse. Users from one node can connect with users of other nodes through special username handle starting with @, like @adam@noagendasocial.com & @johncdvorak@noagendasocial.com. Create an account on any website in the Fediverse to get your own handle.

Producer-Created Networks

No Agenda Social intentionally has a maximum capacity of users to keep activity and costs manageable. Luckily, other producers have jumped in and created unofficial No Agenda-centric nodes for the Fediverse.
