2020 this
is your award-winning Gitmo
nation media
assassination episode 1233 this
is no
agenda capital of the drum star
state
morning everybody I'm Adam
curry and
from Northern Silicon Valley
where
people are getting a little
skittish I'm
John see you tomorrow
skittish yeah you know they're
calling
the cops because people are
walking
around this is only certain
states
though I don't think this is
happening
everywhere I haven't heard
anything in
Texas people some states where
they've
arrested people like Cincinnati
early on
the beach running stop you fool
arrest
you yeah no well I mean I got
rousted
and arrested for playing t-ball
with his
kid because it wasn't it wasn't
six feet
apart
[Music]
yes well things are changing
and there's
some very interesting changes
going on
actually I think better for us
everyone's now all show
business has
changed dramatically we saw the
we saw
everyone's staying home we've
seen all
the Instagram videos everyone's
kind of
sick of that now the people who
are on
television every single day
they're
they're ready to go Hollywood
they're
all starstruck they're all a
part of it
which of course would include
our very
own dr. death himself Anthony
Fauci who
just as you get interviewed
these days
and CNN they throw in the
question
Saturday Night Live is back
this weekend
after a month of being off what
do you
think the chances are that
somebody will
portray you well if they did
which actor
would you want to play you I'm
here are
some suggestions that I've
heard Ben
Stiller Brad Pitt which one
well Brad
Pitt of course
don't choose the Jew it's
fitting dr.
fauci we really appreciate your
time we
know how busy you are thank you
very
much for all the information
it's always
good to be with you thank you
to you too
thank you oh yeah thanks I can
be an SNL
this weekend well he's lucky
for it this
shark has been jumped as it
turns out
when you take Hollywood level
production
television particulars what I'm
talking
about now when you take away
their
technology when you take away
their
studios the facade it they are
really
quite unimpressive when you
take without
it they really quite
unimpressive and
they did a whole Saturday Night
Live at
home which was the for I miss
no you
missed absolutely nothing
because I have
the most pertinent clips for
you here so
they did it like a zoom
conference video
and unbelievably amateur istic
and what
I was thinking is that we've
spent the
last 20 years arguably 15 20
years
honing our skills creating a
type of
content that doesn't fit on
television
and it's I mean you and I we
know how to
switch we can move to TV it's
very
annoying if we have to do any
mainstream
TV these days so restrictive
it's dumb
it's just dumb I don't even do
it in
your underwear no I don't even
don't
even answer all that important
stuff but
but kidding aside the end
product this
is not a radio show it has very
different parameters we have a
troll
room we have people making
clips and
participating actively in the
in the
production well this is what the
Hollywood production levels
don't
understand they think oh if
we're at
home we just have shitty sound
and a
webcam and then we're cool like
the cool
kids you know the B team over
here who
haven't quite risen yet
to our level but thank you but
the veil
was removed during Saturday
Night Live
as you have to take away the as
I said
the audience the laugh track
and even
the jokes become cringe and just
horrible I picked up a minute
and a half
of the opening with of course
if you're
gonna do something during
during a
pandemic lockdown coronavirus
you might
as well get Tom Hanks to host
it for you
that is some sound effect of
applause
and whistles thank you thank
you thank
you engineers hey all you cool
cats and
kittens it's me your old pal
and don't don't worry now don't
be
afraid this shaved head was
just for a
movie and my hair is growing
back very
slowly it does save time in the
shower
so I don't know maybe we should
all do
it uh I mean so first joke out
of the
gate flats into the second hey
it's good
to be here though it is also
very weird
to be here hosting Saturday
Night Live
from home it is a strange time
to try
and be funny but trying to be
funny is
SNL's whole thing so what the
heck let's
give it a shot butwhy means
host well
yeah all for one I have been the
celebrity canary in the
coalmine for the
coronavirus uh-huh yeah that's
what we
call it too Tom mm-hmm and ever
since
being diagnosed I had been more
like
America's dad than ever before
since no
one wants to be around me very
long and
I make people uncomfortable
police clap now I was diagnosed
back in
March with the corona virus I
was first
diagnosed down in Australia now
the
folks in Australia are
fantastic in
every way but they use Celsius
instead
of Fahrenheit when they take
your
temperature so they come in and
they say
you
thirty-six which seemed very
bad to me
it turns out 36 is fine 38 is
bad so
basically it's how Hollywood
treats
female actors so this went on
for six
minutes John and without the
laughs
without the studio audience
even the
lame jokes don't get that you
know his
timing is there it's your
typical
comedic timing but it's just
it's
horrible
well yeah really bad well here
and here
and here's makes you wonder if
you could
take the laugh track off the
regular
show how bad it would be well I
think
the problem is you know you get
a laugh
and you pause and it gets your
time to
rethink about where you go or
you bomb
and you back up a little bit
maybe you
drop the next joke well there's
a lot of
interaction that's not being
had here at
all yes and and again the
podcasters the
youtubers we figured out how to
make
content that is funny
interesting
dramatic it's after we figured
out the
format they don't they don't
know and we
do it without studio audiences
but where
it really falls apart because
there's
one other thing that Saturday
Night Live
in particular has and that's
hair and
makeup so even you know to
think that
they'd have any any person go
to one of
these actors homes and do some
hair and
makeup now we can't have that
of course
and you really notice how
poorly Alec
Baldwin imitates Trump when
it's just
Trump on the phone and it's and
it's
just a picture of him looking
like Trump
in his SNL Trump wig and and
you know
facial grimaces but it really
falls
apart and it was a part of
Weekend
Update which also sounded like
this a
lot of Americans have been
watching
president Trump's daily press
conferences calling into our
show right
now this is very exciting for an
official update on the pandemic
his
president Don
thank you so much for joining
us mr.
presence so what's the latest
with the
virus what I'm happy to report
problem
in America is now when I was
president
hashtag America number one
hashtag not
important why seem almost
excited about
it well my approval rating is
up my TV
ready to through-the-roof every
night at
7:00 p.m. all over New York
claps it
just sounds like Alec Baldwin
doing it
by Trump impressions yeah that
and the
Skype yodeling which is I don't
understand why they can't get a
decent
connection what you'd think
I mean we did a show once and I
was at
the hotel yes on their Wi-Fi at
the
hotel in New York Manhattan
where these
people are and it was fine it
was they
didn't have to look at the
constant
constant yielding once in a
while okay
yeah well Skype but no this is
constant
they all have their heads in a
bucket
yeah oh yeah I mean right heads
in his
head lock it now a so lame what
does it
take for these guys they're
just it I
mean jenna Marbles they should
hire her
I mean serious their shoe on
head or any
of these women that are out
there doing
these podcasts they do a decent
job if
they wanted to do it right they
would
have had it with a herkie jerk
that her
kids are editing technique
where usually
when your heads over here so
over there
is you jerking around so it's
real tight
there's a lot of techniques
have been
developed for video podcasts as
well
okay one of them well exactly
they don't
understand it they were they've
literally do not understand the
concept
they could have done a whole
take off of
youtubers and podcasters that
would have
been funny too
that would have been much
funnier than
what you're playing yeah it was
is just
horrible and it's so hard to do
you know
you got delays if people are
talking
back and forth it's just this
yeah it's
very so anyway entirely
unimpressive
once you take away all of their
stuff
and I don't think they had
writers rooms
either yeah
typically you have a little
writer
you can get something going
yeah I get
the sense that these guys wrote
a lot of
their own stuff stuff yeah so
it's
because of this and also this
next clip
that I'd like to play which is
not SNL
it's it's from the view but it
portrays
and they also they're doing the
view at
home so it's the same same
concept and
and again you know you get to
see
everybody's house which is kind
of
interesting but it's what she
said which
is consistent amongst opinion
shows in
the mainstream is kind of what
led me to
do what I did for today's
rundown this
is sunny Hostin she's the she's
a lawyer
on the show Network should even
air
these press conferences I think
they are
akin to Trump's rallies I think
they're
dangerous for the American
public I mean
I almost think that you listen
to them
at your own peril you know
February 26
you have Donald Trump saying
there were
15 cases of corona virus in the
United
States known cases because
there wasn't
a lot of testing he was saying
things
like you know we're gonna get
control of
this and it'll be down to zero
as of
today we have about almost
10,000 deaths
in the United States we have
three
hundred and thirty-eight
thousand cases
known cases because again there
isn't
enough testing so the fact that
people
are tuning in at 7:00 p.m. on a
Sunday
night and listening to all of
this
misinformation I think is
endangering
American lives I don't even
know at this
point why people are tuning in
and why
networks are broadcasting it I
think you
don't tune in networks don't
broadcast
it and then on the back end you
only
listen to people like Falchi
perhaps
like Sanjay Gupta but you don't
listen
to them and why because I think
people's
lives are at stake this is not
just this
is not her alone there's a lot
of this
it's a meme yeah and I know
there's two
memes going out one is that we
should
stop listening to Trump our
president
yeah telling us what he feels
like
telling us we should no no no we
shouldn't listen to him for
anything
because we my
I don't know why because it's
gonna kill
people lives are at stake so
let's so
let's talk about that very
issue which
is the he's been accused of
pumping
snake oil fake drugs drugs that
don't
work unproven unscientific
against foul
8 against foul J so this is a
continuous
i watch all of these briefings
i watch
them forward backward i take
copious
notes like i clip
little bits and pieces from it
because
it's the only place because of
this
attitude of sunny Hostin that
you
actually get any information
and if only
as she said on the back end you
know
we'll get all the infimum
portent things
out with no one's doing that
they're
just getting that most of the
journalists got you questions
and that
kind of stuff but when we talk
about the
drugs in particular there's
been a
change and the change is
obvious as
ouchy is now instead of pushing
the
vaccines hard and i think there
must
have been a talk he must have
had a
talking to somewhere instead of
pushing
the vaccine really hard now
he's pushing
not one not two not three fuck
10/10
clinical trials which have
nothing to do
with hydroxychloroquine
although they
may have the same effect and
here's how
he describes what's going on i
think
it's clear from his intonation
that he's
finally happy kind of the other
thing
that some just broad general
good news
from the standpoint of a
scientific
standpoint that there are a lot
of
candidate potential
therapeutics that
are going into clinical trials
now that
we're sponsoring at the nih the
kinds of
clinical trials that give us
the answer
are they safe are they
effective and
just what is the the capability
of using
them under what circumstances as
prophylaxis s treatment and
early
disease in late disease so as
the time
goes by and we have the public
health
measures to try and contain
this we're
doing an awful lot from a
scientific
standpoint so that when we do
get to
next year next fall next winter
hopefully we'll have something
that we
can offer in addition to the
very
important public
measures in addition to
hydroxychloroquine now none of
that and
of course the naid that's his
shop so
he's all jack there we got ten
clinical
trials yes right we're doing it
it may
be for the other winter they'll
be ready
nothing for now because we need
the
official medication we can't
have some
generic thing that is out of
patent and
the truth wants to come out on
this next
clip from the president because
the one
that is being pushed and I
think we
identified this early on is REM
disappear an antiviral which is
I think
it's it's been around for a
while has it
REM disappears not new is it
it's just
new for this application
yeah and that's made by Gilead
so we've
heard that was the first name
out of the
gate for any work was Gilead we
knew
that weeks ago and now here's
the
president and he will talk
about one of
these other drugs that besides
hydroxychloroquine but the
truth wants
to come out listen to what he
says
through the FDA's coronavirus
treatment
acceleration program 19
therapies and
treatments are now being tested
and 26
more in the active planning or
clinical
trial so we have 19 therapies
being
tested currently and 26 more
are in the
active planning for clinical
trials
that's a big statement that's a
lot
trials for Gilead
anti rival drug REM disappear I
mean the
truth want to come out with
that or what
anti rival drug you can almost
see him
saying that on purpose
anti rival yeah that is exactly
what it
is
ghillie ads anti rival drug
Revere
continue and the company has
also
expanded emergency used for new
patients
getting good early results by
the way
the companies that manufacture
hydroxychloroquine are
massively ramping
up production there you go as
you know
many people are
recommending strongly z-pak
beheaded the
z-pak
and also zinc and the federal
government
continues to build our
stockpiles and
distribute millions of doses
for doctors
to use as they see fit
hey so I don't know I I have a
feeling
he might have said it on
purpose because
he was launched into
hydroxychloroquine
and the the z-pak and the zinc
maybe
it's just my ya know but he
definitely
had it on his mind but you know
they'll
just say just a dummy can't
read exactly
so we had the the kind of minor
fracas
fracas about African Americans
this
started up I think it was on
Wednesday
or Thursday we just know
Thursday
morning I think is when it
wanted to
just started to break that
African
Americans are I think was it
twenty
three percent more then they
represent
of the entire makeup of the
country they
should be yeah it's much higher
than
they should be
so the Surgeon General let me
see I have
yeah this is yummy Sh actually
she asked
a question in the press
briefing I think
it was on Thursday and it kind
of gives
us the idea as to how this will
be spun
you know I we initially said oh
this
will of course be Trump is
killing black
people in the street leaving
him to die
yummy shall sindoor from PBS
kind of
takes it there stay at home we
know that
these health disparities have
existed
for a long time I want African
Americans
Latinos and other people of
color why
did the administration possibly
have a
plan directed those communities
to
prevent high death rates
knowing that
the health disparities were
there the
way I hear what she's saying is
why
didn't you help black people
from being
killed especially if you knew
that there
were health disparities
it's just that's kind of what
she said
but it was done in a way that
it's a
gotcha question because you
can't really
not answer it first of all she
questions
that these reporters use that
that
involve a premise of their own
creation
yeah or really unfair
chickenshit
questions just to put it mildly
because
the premise is arguable it
would then
the premise is that these
people are
gonna die
yes if anything it all happens
too
because they're being screwed
by the
system which is all the
underlying
beliefs of these sort of
reporters she's
not very fast we liberal
reporter yeah
and if you and if you if you
allow that
to be the premise for the
question then
you've you've already lost the
answer I
mean and that's what she's
doing it's
really very important or I
don't think
she's a good journalist I think
she
should be replaced by another
person of
color that actually has talent
well the
president did answer it and I
think in
the only way he could knowing
that were
there well we do have a plan
and one of
the things I'm most proud about
is what
I've been able to do for the
african-american community
Louis job
numbers I don't know if he got
from pens
or pens got it from him but
it's good of
our country you know this has
been here
for three weeks right so just
before
African American community had
the
lowest unemployment the best
employment
numbers more African American
idea that
was beautiful I've never seen
never does
that it usually just well with
her I
think he's learned his lesson
yes yes
blast her a number of times for
being a
bonehead and he's gotten so
much flack
for it that he's decided okay
I'll play
a different game now he's
playing
Pence's game it's technically
now we
call that pulling a pence
pulling a
peddling offense in jujitsu
move it
totally in general he's much
better with
the journalist he's hit his
stride he's
hit his groove even with the
annoying
questions he's still pretty
good I do want to go back to
this this
black American issue because
the day
before the Surgeon General
Jerome Adams
made a statement addressing
specifically
communities of color stay at
home if
possible if you must go out
maintain six
feet of distance between you and
everyone else and wear a mask
if you're
going to be within six feet of
others
wash your hands more often than
you ever
dreamed possible
avoid alcohol tobacco and drugs
and call
your friends and family what
what why do
you have to avoid alcohol this
is a
classic Dowell don't hold on
hold on
it's this will come back this
question
will complete that be drinking
alcohol I
would I just went to totalize
the other
would me me yesterday and the
place was
packed with people loaded
loading up
with gin do you say people need
to be
drinking yeah it's very
important right
it's an important part of our
regime I
think so and call your friends
and
family checking on your mother
she wants
to hear from you right now
speaking of them others we need
you to
do this if not for yourself
then for
your abuela do it for your
granddaddy do
it for your big momma
do it for your pop-pop we need
you to
understand especially in
communities of
color we need you to step up
and help
stop the spread so that we can
protect
those who are most vulnerable
now I
agree with you that the alcohol
comment
stuck in in my mind as well
yummy SHhhh
had other issues with what the
who's in
case you didn't know the
Surgeon General
dramatical descendant of
slavery he's a
black man but here's the
question from a
black woman freaking Americans
and
Latinos should avoid alcohol
drugs in
tobacco Yul said do it for your
wallet
do it for Big Mama and Papa
there's some
there are some people online
they're
already offended by that
language and
the idea that you're saying
behaviour
might I love they're offended
by him
saying your pop-pop and your
Big Mama
offended by that language I
mean you are
wasting actual physical space
now you me
she did you talk about whether
or not
people could you I guess have a
response
or people who might be offended
by the
language is well I use that
language
because that's the language Ben
meeting
with the n-double-a-cp with the
National
Medical Association with others
actually
talked with with Derek Johnson
multiple
times this week the head of the
n-double
a-c-p and we need targeted
outreach to
the african-american community
and I use
the language that is used in my
family I
have a Puerto Rican
brother-in-law I
call my granddaddy granddaddy I
have
relatives who call their their
their
grandparents Big Momma
so that was not meant to be
offensive
that's the language that we use
and that
I'm yeah you mean you need to
continue
to target our outreach to those
communities it is critically
important
that they understand it's not
just about
them and I was very clear about
that
it's not just about what you do
but you
also are not helpless we need
to do our
part at the federal level we
need people
to do their parts at the state
level and
we need everyone black brown
white
whatever color you are to
follow the
president's guidelines I gotta
ask mo
about that it's not like some
black card
check or something she did on
him it's
very bizarre
I don't know I think I have no
idea why
she gets that question that in
that way
well she said that people were
hurt by
it the rule upset people
Twitter the Twitter hello where
else are
the people that the journals
listened to
they're on Twitter they just
listened to
each other but the president the
president he loves him his big
black man
I'll tell you that
fantastic general I just hope
nobody
steals them and he goes to one
of these
big companies for a fortune
don't know us right don't leave
us cheer
up we're happy and you're doing
a great
job and everybody everybody
tells me
that too so we appreciate it
oh that's not good news you had
an
analysis of this guy when you
call him
Mike Tyson yeah about three
show two or
three shows ago where you
brought up the
fact that he doesn't do what he
should
be doing telling us how to
exercise and
things always telling us not to
drink
he's telling now stay home
don't drink
get depressed your self I don't
find him
very impressive either yeah but
he reads
it you know you can read a
script and
handle a misha's question quite
nicely
actually yeah
yes I will say I feel that he
is and
that's training man this guy is
trained
he's got media training and
invited the
book and it's pumping it out
but I mean
come on man even if you're a
black man
and black people are pissed if
the way
you're talking what is wrong
with the
world because you said pop-pop
and Big
Mama Big Cheese have very
bizarre
we oh yes this was cool the oen
reporters came back the one
American
news reporter which is the the
one with
way too much hair and she wears
her
shorts and she's got tons of
makeup and
she's that's the blonde no duh
brunette
almost black hair okay
yeah Roni I think her name is
roni roni
the Rona
sure no and and she's all the
way in the
back and this was a to me
scripted she
was given this question asked
this
question the president has
something to
say and this is about Venezuela
she
brings up something I had not
read I
hadn't heard of about China
apparently
encroaching on Venezuela and
she asked
the president about it so she
may be an
incredibly good okay yeah yeah
you wanna
say we had we do know about
this we have
discussed China and Venezuela
before but
this was months and months ago
yeah yeah but but something new
has
happened that she knew about
your administration has placed
a 15
million dollar bounty on
Venezuela's
Nicolas Maduro and we have news
this
morning that President Xi is
talking
with Nicolas Maduro expressing
his
financial support for materials
and two
questions one have you
discussed the
doctors sheet or the presidency
the US
policy on Maduro and two are
what is a
US policy we will not be happy
if that
takes place I have not spoken to
President Xi of China about
Venezuela
about that aspect of Venezuela
but if
that took place we will not be
happy
okay I'm concerned about
everything
that's why I don't sleep a lot
I get
myself concerned about
everything but I
would not be happy about that
go ahead
I'm pretty sure that question
was
planted and for so she's way in
the back
that's probably was and they
yeah he was
cute to call on her yes and the
set up
you know the I know and he's
and he was
saying I'm really not gonna be
happy if
that's true which it was just a
just
send a message exactly it's
it's a mess
sending a message to sheep yeah
I've
gotten the the correct
pronunciation is
Sheep si GE apparently Trump
pronounces
it very well according to
people who
live in China then we had that
I'm sorry
the X is very confusing - yeah
for me I
want to say is she but it's she
she we
heard the the bonehead reporter
who
asked the question about oil
and then
Trump said you know what's the
price of
oil I didn't know the price and
the guys
all right goodbye ended his
career right
there well some smart reporter
figured
that one out
about 23 dollars a barrel would
you want
to
the price that you wanted it 30
40 $50 a
beer well I want to see it
where there's
a certain market but I also
don't want I
don't want to see it where
people are
have no idea you know we're
opening up
we'll be opening up areas for
storage of
oil massive areas for storage
of oil all
right what was interesting
about the oil
story as he did explain about
the OPEC
plus call since the oil
producing
economic countries and the
United States
and Mexico in this case and I
haven't
seen a lot of reporting on on
what has
been going on I'm sure you had
the
financial press but he
explained this
reasonably well at his the
thing is
Friday briefing and it's very
interesting that you know we're
essentially hooking up Mexico
we're
helping them out to get the
price of oil
up significantly so the OPEC
nations met
they've been meeting and you
know I've
hated OPEC over the years
absolutely
hated and but obviously it
broke down
and we potentially have years
worth of
supply a long time before it
ever can
catch up even if they do reduce
it and
they agreed but Mexico didn't
agree it
was one of the few countries
that didn't
agree this OPEC plus he's a
OPEC plus
countries outside you
understand this
yeah and Mexico didn't agree
and I
understand the president very
well he
has a level when he came in and
he
wanted to keep it at that level
oil is
important for Mexico the
problem is and
I explained it very strongly
you know
you're gonna be selling it for
five
dollars or $10 a barrel so in
the end
it's bad but he did have some
political
difficulty with it frankly and I
understand that too
and it's a small amount for us
it's a
large amount for Mexico but
it's a very
small amount for the United
States being
the biggest producer so I
agreed to pick
up some of the slack so he was
going to
reduce it by a hundred thousand
barrels
reduces output by a hundred
thousand
barrels and I was going to pick
up the
slack and they would make it up
to us at
a later date they would make up
what
we're doing at a later date
could be in a different form I
don't
know whether or not that's
going to be
for Mexico was acceptable I
don't know
whether or not that's going to
be
acceptable to the other
oil-producing
nations we'll find out and I've
learned
over the years how much money
do we have
as a country Wow well I've
learned over
the years in a business deal if
someone
says to you age
if someone says we'll make your
hole on
the back end which i think is
good
Mexico just said to us it will
make your
hole we'll reach the debt to
them no
they are gonna make us whole
they owe us
because we're gonna take a
250,000
barrels how it works out
now I'll just add it to your
wall bill
how about that would have been
the thing
to say just add it to Mexico's
tab very
interesting though say it's I
mean he
really to do that he really
wants it
over time working overtime is
absolutely
right also over time working
overtime is
the data that I think we're now
pretty
much completely aware that the
data is
over bloah or the analysis of
the data
is overblown the core data
itself is
absolutely bull crap numbers
being
inflated for a number of
reasons I just
have a couple of short clips to
run
through the latest status of
the numbers
the literally the models and
the numbers
let's put it that way here's
pouchy
telling us again trying to
explain why
it's all great what's happening
because
the models are really they're
just not
models but the kind of a thing
and well
you get the idea
I know I sound like a broken
record I
want to sound like a broken
record let's
just keep doing it I get
questions a lot
dr. Burks and I about these
numbers the
projections that you went with
from
100,000 200,000 now down to
60,000
that's a sign that when as I
keep saying
when you take the data you have
and you
reinsert it into the model the
model
modifies later is real
model is hypothesis oh okay so
that's
what you have to do and that's
what I
think we're seeing I got it
data is real models are
hypothesis
okay wait this the
global-warming model
well sadly based upon this
model we got
a lot of hospitals ready we
cancelled
all of the elective surgeries
we cut
everything down waiting for the
surge
and it's not coming 250 bed
army field
hospital was set up inside the
cavernous
CenturyLink Field event center
it was
ready to begin receiving
patients later
this week but now there's a
sudden
change in plans
Washington governor jay Inslee
announced
the state the Defense
Department and
local officials agree the field
hospital
should redeploy to another
state in more
dire straits Washington State
has
flattened the curve as they say
the
worst fears from a few weeks
ago when
the call went out to Fort Carson
Colorado were not realized
emergency
managers and local hospital
leaders tell
Inslee's office they have
sufficient
capacity to handle the expected
volume
of kovat 19 patients and this is
happening everywhere
hospitals are furloughing
hundreds of
employees yes we have notes
from a
number of producers saying that
they're
getting laid off at these
hospitals in
there and the hospitals
themselves are
losing money yes and they
apparently
early on found a way to combat
that and
this is a state senator Scott
Jensen I
think his name he's also a
medical
doctor he's in Minnesota and he
explains
the reimbursements for
hospitals based
upon type of ailment people
have as it
pertains to kovat we're gonna
have
hospitals shut down and
potentially
never opened their doors again
this is
serious business
we might have the big
metropolitan
healthcare systems getting big
chunks of
money from the feds
but the bottom line is your
outer ring
hospitals and your hospitals
out in
Minnesota that aren't critical
access
they're at risk so I think that
I would
rather have people draw their
own
conclusions let me just say
this if I
admit a patient to the hospital
and
they're in Medicare and they
have just
routine pneumonia for a
diagnosis the
hospital will get a lump sum
payment
called a DRG and it'll be about
$4,600
if I admit that same patient
and I
attach koban 19 to the pneumonia
diagnosis then it goes from
4600 to
$13,000 for that admission
regardless of
whether the hot patients in a
hospital
for three days or 13 days if
during that
hospitalization
I put the patient on a
ventilator for a
period of time then the payment
goes
from $13,000 to $39,000 now
that's
that's a big payment you're not
gonna
see many out state hospitals
get access
to those kind of dollars when
you start
talking about these things then
I think
people can understand the
context of how
critical this is it isn't a
fair playing
field and we've got hospitals in
outstate Minnesota that are not
gonna
get the same kind of attention
or
monetary support so this is a
little
freaky
knowing that getting someone
onto the
ventilator pops up the
reimbursement to
39k and right getting these
ventilators
you know they're I don't know
if we're
if anyone's paying for them at
the
moment I'm sure maybe some of
the
ventilators were about five
grand and
they've jacked the price up
many of
these places that have canceled
their
contracts and now they're
selling the
same ones for $15,000 because
that they
could do the sales pitch you've
seen the
Silicon Valley sales pitch for
technology Laura you're gonna
pay
$15,000 for this ventilator it
pays for
itself with one person on the
ventilator
right with the $40,000 right so
the
$15,000 is not a lot to pay
when I was
only paying five before well
it's okay
you you look at the look at the
profits
you're gonna make from these
now I want
to add to this thesis of yours
which is
to say I've all and the numbers
prove
this out and I
mentioned it in the newsletter
about the
10% of the Italians that were
Cova
deaths yeah was 10 percent of
the total
number so the told number and
Italy's
should be knocked down by 10%
maybe
space pulling a stunt 2 in the
United
States we have this ridiculous
situation
where California has very few
Cova
deaths compared to New York
even though
with twice the population and
probably
three times the homeless
population of
New York I have to say and
having worked
in the government and worked
with guys
from New York and New Jersey in
that the
air pollution those who are
inspectors
of the their New York is
corrupt this is
a scam New York is stealing
people's
money is stealing the money of
the
taxpayer I'm not believing
anything I'm
believing those movies they
keep taking
down from YouTube showing the
empty
hospitals and then the day
before
showing a staged event in front
of the
hospital as though New York's
falling
apart this New York is the
problem
Johnse today
I always love a perfectly timed
pet
peeve there you go
well to add to that this news
of course
is getting around people are
questioning
the billing codes how it works
how much
money there's enough examples
of people
admitting even dr. Burks herself
admitted that you died you got
Kovac
your mark as a as a kovat 19
death
however interestingly enough
but now the
chances of once you're on the
ventilator
what is it it's like 20% chance
you're
gonna get off your the 80%
chance of
dying or is that the number 50
to 80 to
die 50 to a 50 to 80 to die
tend to win
58 today well miraculously
amidst all of
this billing confusion we get a
little
statistic thrown at us from dr.
Burke's
age groups who really needs
hospitalization ICU the
innovative
pieces coming from we heard a
great
report from Louisiana this
morning on
the phone call where they
talked about a
minimum now a 40% of people
coming off
of ventilators alive and
leaving the
hospital
it's very encouraging to us I'm
really
shows amazing progress
clinically at
each of these hospitals and the
real
lessons what we're learning and
sharing
across hospitals clinically huh
I wonder
is that because they're using
hydroxychloroquine is that
because they
figured out that maybe they
were using
the ventilators incorrectly
what well
the range has always been 50 to
80
percent which she's described
as 60
percent it was 40 percent are
coming off
a life that means 60 percent of
the
people on the ventilator are
dying but I
thought I thought it was more
like 80 to
90 percent she seems really
happy I
thought we thought it was 80
plus that
die
no no it's 50 to 80 it was very
clear we
had a clip that outlined it
quite nicely
and 80 is a number that's not
but this
is 60 this is not good I just
want to
hear it
what do you remember it was an
NPR
report huh so many clips yeah I
don't
worry about it but it could
also be that
but she surprised about the
numbers so
something is different that she
notices
no matter what we'd open it
this is part
of the problem what's the
benchmark
she's thinks she thinks 60%
chance of
dying is good I mean this is
all very
disturbing but not quite as
just by the
way I want to mention that it in
corruption studies in the
United States
Louisiana may be the most
corrupt fact
love it well they also got a
lot of need
for vents and this was one of
the big
things that no wonder hospitals
wanted
vent give us extra ventilators
we can
always say we put someone on it
put two
on that guy the most
disappointing thing
has been dr. drew
dr. drew is not just
backpedaling he has
flipped the canoe upside-down
and has
done a 180 yes I'm yeah yeah I
know I
understand this but I have to
know this
now who does he work for does
he have a
syndicated show is he working
for one of
the big networks one of the
Chinese
natural netten well no this
clip I think
will be self-explanatory
okay recall that he used to
work for
what he called the foul Chi
Army the
foul Chi Army of fear during the
hiv/aids crisis and he was out
in and
that we had a clip where he said
specifically that was my job
was to
scare people about what's going
on and
he's been very vocal that this
is not
like it like a flu well 180
from dr. drew with some telling
little
tidbits I am expressing my
deepest
apologies for getting it wrong
at the
beginning comparing crota virus
to
influenza that was wrong when I
did get
right was telling everybody
after I
stated my position to be sure
you listen
to doctor foul to you because
he should
always be your North Star he
will get it
right no matter what I think
that's your
answer John is whoever he works
for he
got a call and it's like
remember me I'm
the Angel of Death
dr. foul Chi you must always
tell them
I'm a knight stated my position
to be
sure you listen to dr. foul
chip because
he should always be here a
North Star he
will get it right no matter
what and he
has been and I was convinced
would
always be the person we should
listen to
and follow his direction and
nothing
more nothing less
okay again we are getting lots
of
threats I'd like us to please
ask that
you stop so let me see doctor
foul Chi
is the man to believe always
always
always I've been getting some
threats
and that we get together this
is a time
for collective effort not for
scapegoating so I was engaged
in a bit
of loser think by comparing
numbers I
had a lot of numbers
holy shit did you hear that
yeah plug
for Scott's book how about
they're both
deranged maybe they're talking
because
he's not talking about the book
he's
saying I suffered from loser
think it's
the title of his book yeah and
looking
at Scott Adams the way he's been
reacting recently I wonder if
either
those two have been talking or
both of
them got a call well well I
don't think
okay here's what the play this
is more
the play we got thoughts this
is a time
for collective effort not for
scapegoating so I was engaged
in a bit
of loser think by comparing
numbers I a
lot of numbers in my head I was
dealing
with a hundred thousand people
dying of
opiates and drugs every year I
was
dealing with a billion people
infected
with h1n1 and five hundred
thousand 42
six-year-olds dying of that 24
million
flu cases and 32 60,000 dying
of that
those numbers were in my head
as I was
trying to compare this outbreak
to that
and I shouldn't have been doing
that I
should have been just
addressing this
outbreak is what it was I didn't
understand the ferocity of this
virus
and it's contagiousness and now
my heart
and soul is with New York City
which is
where I spend a lot of my time
I've
signed up for the New York and
California Health Court can L
be part of
the part of the front line if I
should
be needed
collective compliance I'm
writing that
one down from the troll room
well he's complying that's for
sure
well I think you know the scene
in
network okay which one I know
that the
end where the guy the anot the
the crazy
Howard Beale goes into the
office of Ned
Beatty Sadler yes it's a
classic you
don't fuck with the advertisers
or the
big companies or whatever it
was it was
eBay she got read the riot act
Ned Beatty and that dudes one
of the
greatest things in any movie
and Beatty
just reads this guy the right
at who do
you think you are which is
really
basically the premise is who do
you
think you are you do this and
this and
this and you're now messing
with this
forces beyond your imagination
blah blah
blah
and the and you read somebody
the right
act like this especially if
they have
some connection to your purse
strings to
your I mean you could imagine
it's a
good happen to do no agenda
show we can
have we could be all of a
sudden swooped
away brought into let's say I
don't know
Langley and put into a dark
room it's
probably just Pro right probe
me yeah I
was flying saucers or whatever
the point
is is that somebody read him
the riot
act yes well then I believe it
was foul
Chee nothing found she's a
tough little
guy he's a small man that had
the
Napoleonic complex is pretty
obvious
he's got the voice of a guy who
could do
that and I think he read him
the riot
act and told him that all these
things
are going on he he is messing
with the
control forces of the forces of
nature
yeah and so he's he he had the
backpedal
to an extreme and in exchange
he got
named on a couple of these these
compliance boards or whatever
they are
that he described and he's okay
exactly
exactly he's on the board there
yeah
there's money involved yeah
it's not
doing that for
and and you know if he if dr.
druid said
hey he did say this I'm wrong
okay I
made a mistake
I'm cool with that I think it
takes it
you know it's good you were
wrong you
were wrong but then immediately
to say
always believe foul chief
ouchies the
guide that's how that was the
devil I
was to tell that was to tell in
the end
I said anything about foutch it
would be
very easy to take but
apparently I
believe and this is another one
I'll
just throw this out there is a
possibility
foul she seems cuz he's on TVs
all over
the but it seems like you
started the
show with him he seems like an
egomaniac
uh-huh he probably demanded to
you know
tell people that he may have
demanded to
have his name mentioned would
then
especially a nice catch you
know that
he's on some board or whatever
they put
him at the end there good catch
and that
to follow up I have been
getting you
know threats threats um against
my
family who's getting threats I
mean
there's plenty of people on
YouTube
that's what he says where would
that are
going off the deep end with all
kinds of
crazy theories are they getting
threats
not that I know is dr. drew
that much of
a target that he gets threats
for and
he's getting threats for what
yeah and
this is a good question well I
think
it's not as bad as the floor
it's the
flu it's a another version of
the flu or
whatever he said I can't
remember his
early commentary but he was
equating it
to the flu which apparently
can't you
know is illegal it's a blood
disease is
kind of different let's say the
least
but he making that kind of an
error
saying it's the flu kind of a
flu is
gonna get you death threats
really I
don't think so
I now dr. Drew has a sizable
audience I
can't speak to his media tribe
but I
know that I'm certainly getting
a lot of
pushback from people on social
media not
no agenda social calm of course
because
the al ghost there's no al
ghost so you
post anything he even even a
question
for instance I had a question
I've been
looking at the the 2018 29
influenza
shot which as we know missed
the mark
they chose for the a store the
they strain the B strain showed
up so
they missed it but
interestingly to me
interesting to me is that today
this
year's flu shot has a 36
percent chance
of causing viral interference
know
anything about this viral
interference
means you can ask any type of
what am I
the the respiratory virus that
could
come along you could be more
susceptible
to it if you got this year's
flu shot
yeah yeah Bill Gates says shots
and
parently has been documented to
have a
lot of these effects well and
and so I
tweeted I said I'd be
interested to know
of the people who were
hospitalized how
many of them had a flu shot you
and your
Tropes couriers anti-vaxxer you
know not
really I would if you don't
mind me
pressing you on your homework I
wouldn't
mind taking a trip around the
world see
what's going on elsewhere with
the the
corona I right yeah there's a
few
reports but I want to get to
the one
that I promised that was the
Sweden
report because the Swedish
thing is
getting more interesting as
people have
starting to promote these other
theories
of herd immunity and how you
get get to
herd immunity including this
one guy I
don't have a clip from goes on
about how
you know this thing would have
blown
over in four weeks that we just
let it
go you know we got an email
from one of
our produced actually a couple
of them
but I put a pulled one out from
Olaf in
Sweden I'm happy to wait to
read it
after the clips whatever you
want let's
play the clips then read them
read the
note bit but I think that would
work
because these clips are older
than that
note okay so let's go sweet and
report
one i.t there's the
international
television network IT and they
produce
pieces
just for PBS yeah they've been
around
for a hundred years or most of
their
employees are equally as old we
have all
worked with ITA Etienne we're
still in
lockdown in Britain but first
the
government here adopted the
Swedish
version which meant that there
were
fairly limited restrictions
then they
switched to the Danish version
which
required an almost total
shutdown this
is a story of two very similar
Nordic
cultures we've got a widely
differing
approach about how the fight
covered 19
at a time when most of the
world is
shuttered Sweden is open for
business
markets and shops are trading
restaurants are serving schools
are
educating the Swedes advocate
limited
social distancing their
strategy is to
protect the vulnerable while
allowing
the virus to spread through
healthy
people so they can develop
antibodies
this is designed to create so
called
herd immunity which
theoretically should
result in most people being
safe today
the health authorities
announced a
further 96 fatalities
thank you very much last night
president
Trump criticized the Swedish
approach
they talked about Sweden but
Sweden is
suffering very bravely you know
that
right Sweden did that
antivirus campaign is being led
not by
the country's prime minister
but by
Anders Technol an
epidemiologist with
experience of fighting Ebola in
Africa
he responded to mr. Trump this
afternoon
no we don't share his opinion
of course
we're suffering everybody in
the world
is suffering right now in
different ways
but we just healthcare which I
guess is
alludes to is very difficult to
understand is taking care of
this in a
very very good manner fellow
scientists
Marcus Carlsen despairs of
Sweden being
so out of step with most of the
world
like a madman you know here
playing
Russian roulette with
population king carl gustav
hinted at
disapproval of government
tactics as he
urged sweets to cancel the
traditional
annual getaway to country
cabins oddly
the report didn't actually give
us any
idea if it was working or not
well that's it's kind of
covered in the
second half but they did
mention there's
their suffering they have 96
yes which
is about a week ago suffering
yes
suffering so 96 dead here's
what but i
before i play the second half
of this
there is a note here that i
think was
interesting where's that guy
goes nuts
says the Swedes are crazy the
problem
that i think they're the world
community
is dealing with here we're
still trying
to do this in a kind of quasi
form of
world government yes yes this
way this
way then when it's when it's
over and
said was it's a good thing that
we had
we all did it this way because
this way
is the way sweden is decided to
go off
the rails and go do their own
thing
which now you have an a/b study
no
homeless sorry anyway there you
good
there goes the world governance
idea
because you have you know these
guys
doing it their own way and if
there are
and hopefully they won't be
successful
for god if they are then the
world
governments just blown out of
the water
anyway
novelist a newspaper columnist
Lena
Andersson approves of what she
believes
is Swedish common sense so I
see it as a
personality once you get is
explained by
the authorities and the experts
people
are grown up adult enough to to
realize
what that that's the wise thing
to do
it's not that you have to pick
between
locking down society for two
years or
going for her immunity to
infections
which is what tweets are doing
we met
iranian-born economists eno-san
and
dodgy in 2015 he's renowned for
challenging conventional
Swedish thought
and wishes the country had
followed some
Asian models the South Koreans
are
they use math testing tracking
there are
other technologies masks since
that
option exists in fact because I
believe
that option does exist the
sewage
Satori's are sort of dismissed
it it's
just not South Korea so
different we
can't do that
why in Sweden the rate of
deaths stands
at 69 per million and rising
whereas
five miles away across the
bridge in
Denmark it's 39 familiar hmm
Sweden latest numbers ten
thousand four
hundred and eighty three tested
detected
infections eight hundred and
ninety nine
deaths and here's producer Olaf
for
submarines from Sweden for some
reason
all foreign reports about
Sweden seem
wrong life in Sweden is oh I
live in
Sweden everything is just fine
the
hospitals are not filled to
capacity and
the new field hospital we built
is
completely unused that's a
familiar
story
not a single person there the
peak of
the virus seems to have passed
just
before this weekend and the few
intensive care beds we had
extremely few
per capita held up fine the
media has of
course tried to instill terror
in the
people and succeeded until
Trump spoke
out against Sweden the media
hates Trump
so much that if he says Sweden
is wrong
then the media all of a sudden
agrees
with the countermeasures we
have to
Trump actually that's fantastic
in
foreign news it seems that
everything is
going on just like ordinary
here that is
far from true everyone can can
work from
home bars and restaurants can
keep open
no one can drink at the bar
but no one could drink at the
bar and
the tables need to be further
apart etc
I think that's where we're
headed seems
to be working well but what
other
countries does but seems to be
working
well but what other countries
do not
understand is that Swedes first
of all
are big on social distance even
without
covet I didn't realize that
that's kind
of the opposite of the Chinese
most
importantly we'd love to listen
to our
government so they suggest that
we work
from home almost everyone will
that
along with a long tradition of
doing
what's best for society works
as well as
shelter
place order also the Swedish
government
has the same problems the US the
government has relatively
little power
and the departments and
governmental
bodies really have the most
power here
Olaf thank you very much and I
agree
with you on the on the global
governance
in fact it picked up a
professor from
New Zealand who was discussing
the
recent call for a at least a
temporary
global government like by
Gordon Brown
you know Gordon Brown the former
Chancellor of the Exchequer who
sold all
Britain's gold too early at a
low price
and wasn't he the prime
minister for
half a minute yes he was a prime
minister for a short yeah can
you just
quickly tell us a little bit
more about
what Gordon Brown is suggesting
and how
seriously that's being taken I
think
what we've seen in the last
three months
through covert 19 is that the
world will
increasingly have to cooperate
and this
of course cuts right across the
populist
message that states can go it
alone to
solve their problems Coe bid 19
seems to
suggest the opposite and it's no
coincidence that Gordon Brown a
former
UK Prime Minister he's now
recommending
a temporary form of world
government to
do to tackle the twin crisis of
the
economic crisis and the medical
crisis
caused by covert 19 Gordon back
Browne
who actually played a role in
trying to
do what the consequences of the
financial crisis the global
financial
crisis of 2008-2009
has argued that basically
representatives of most
countries in the
world including developing
countries
should form a temporary
executive to try
to come up with Anna coordinated
response to cope at 19
every state at the moment is
competing
for ventilators they're
competing for
masks are they're competing
it's almost
a race to the bottom they're
competing
for things and they're trying
to solve a
global problem with a national
interest
approach and I think what Brown
is
saying is that governments
seriously
have to
governors have to accept this
is a
global emergency and a global
challenge
like covert 19 requires by
definition a
global response we are the
world we are
the children global Global
babes global
need a global response
everybody's gotta
jump in it's pathetic I want
ever since
you played just a kind of an
idea the
notion that the that the
Swedish press
turned on a dime because you um
said
isn't that great
depresses their hostility you
know I
wanted to point out I'm gonna
have a
clip until his hands of the
constant
harping on we had it one
earlier the
harping on Trump not doing
enough soon
enough
yes yes you know just like
that's the
other mean besides the one that
we you
caught earlier which I have
already
forgotten but the these memes
are out
there here is and and this it
combines
with your presentation about
Saturday
Night Live here's Seth Meyers
doing his
show from home and he has to
slip this
instead of just doing comedy or
some
joke he has to slip this little
political that in for piece of
information in there the way he
sees it
the president and his allies
are trying
to wish away the corona virus
pandemic
and hoping you'll forget that
he badly
botched his response to the
crisis for
more on this yeah now that's
that's the
investigation I think they
already have
the the the team all set up
they're
going to investigate and
overturn every
Rock about why we responded too
late how
many mistakes the president
made and the
underpinning for that will be
that he
didn't operate or execute the
defense
production act properly and
that he
didn't act like the dictator
they've
always said he was and do a
national
shut down those are the two
things that
he's going to dare I say it
possibly be
impeached for again
for crimes against humanity
well that's
a possibility so if you know if
the
another way of course to stop
this is to
not vote any Democrats into the
House of
Representatives because if
you're gonna
if anyone votes a dick for the
Democrats
into the House of
Representatives they
are going to see the next four
years
being just completely bogged
down yeah
by this nonsense which is you
know the
Nancy Pelosi crew you know they
just
have to be voted out and then
maybe we
can get something done in four
years as
these people say that well if
Trump gets
reelected this country's going
down
gonna go yes I'm gonna die we
cannot
it's gonna go down the tubes
because
there's not going to be any real
president running the place
it's going
to be the the House of
Representatives
yes anyway so a big part of
where we
need to focus now is getting
back to
work and how are we going to do
that and
what are the parameters going
to be
Friday the president was said
over
several times that this is the
biggest
decision I'm ever going to make
I'm not
making it alone I have he just
went over
and over about all the people
who would
be involved he's gonna have a
special
panel I think Tuesday he'll be
announcing some of that and he
started
to Telegraph us and some quite
clearly
actually Telegraph his ideas
about how
we will get back to work and
how we will
start the country up again and
it
started of course with Jim
Acosta who
the president actually seems to
have a
pretty good relationship with
these days
so does Tony fowey he likes
hanging out
with Jim Acosta after some of
these he
was winking at Jim the other
day and so
the I guess there's a couple of
different pieces that people
are talking
about the big one is testing and
surprisingly enough there is
quite a
push out there to test to see
if a you
have it or if you B don't have
it so you
would either be sick which
means stay
home or you had the antibodies
which
mean you can go out and you're
clear
you're free human resource go
but if you
are completely healthy and if
not been sick then you have
oddly a
pre-existing condition and
filthy forced
to stay home somehow so there's
that
there's the idea of tracking
and tracing
and tracing back over who you
were in
contact with we had
announcements from
Apple and Google that they're
building
that into the next release of
their
operating system so not just an
app no
no it's going to be built-in
it's gonna
be oh yeah I'm sorry it'll be
opt-in
mm-hmm yeah right every time
you try to
put any app on your phone you
not even a
pittle just here it's no no I'm
your
size you Ste have the raw phone
and you
can say you opt out of that one
feature
which is gonna be attracting
every track
you like a dog yeah if you try
to
install Google Maps or anything
else
it's gonna make your opt-in to
that
other thing we will probably
just turn
it on so what cost is all over
this bad
well you'll do if you look at
the list
of stuff that you have to
opt-in for for
just about anything you
basically give
the phone to somebody else yeah
yeah
yeah here's the cost of
badgering the
president discuss the
possibility of
reopening the country when the
administration does not have an
adequate
nationwide testing system for
this virus
don't you need a nationwide
system from
the virus before you real and
we have a
great testing system we have
the best
right now the best testing
system in the
world but there are certain
sections
right now there are certain
sections in
the country that are in
phenomenal shape
already other sections are
coming online
other sections are going down
and we in
addition to that are giving out
millions
of tests and every day we're
doing it
exponentially we're picking up
and what
we'll be doing in the very near
future
is going to certain areas of
our country
and do massive testing it's not
necessary but it would be a
good thing
to have
to make sure people are safe
going back
to work you don't want to send
people
back to the workplace what I
have it and
we're going to see if we have
it did you
need it no is it a nice thing
to do yes
we're talking about three
hundred and
twenty five million people and
that's
not going to happen as you can
imagine
and nope it would never happen
with
anyone else either other
countries do it
but they do it in a limited
form will
probably be the leader of the
pack of
course when we do it will be
number one
I don't care whatever get
brought up by
anybody and I was you brought
half of
the half of it up with a clip
earlier
what are these tests costing
Medicare
and Medicaid yeah we don't know
exactly
are they a hundred bucks a pop
now that
we had a one of our producers
wrote in
saying he went into the doctor
for uh
Satya had Corona and they gave
him a
tested his temperature and then
didn't
do much about anything else and
they
told him to go home and he got
a bill
for like five hundred bucks
whoa because just apparently
just
mentioning Corona all those
everything
ratchets up yeah yeah because
you've
created all it now it's a it's
a health
hazard it's different than
everything
else cuz nobody's immune to it
and so
you're putting everyone at risk
was
gonna cost more to treat well
or just to
see you it's costing more it is
my
understanding that all of the
big
insurance companies have said
they will
pick up the bill for co-pays
etc for
people going to a doctor for
anything
coronavirus related I don't
know if
that's been codified anywhere
properly
whether it's true or not that
means
there's just Jack Jacobites and
the next
go-around you know so
everyone's gonna
be paying everyone's gonna be
paying
more because of this thing I
haven't
caught in a caustic clip that
is a
little it's different it's just
further
down but but I think it has the
punch
line because there's an
enormous amount
of truth as always on there
unrecognized
it's one of the things they
don't like
people listening to Trump for
on on this
clip at the very end he he
makes it very
clear what he thinks of he
thinks CNN is
full of crap anyway but he has
an
interesting point to make at
the end
happy job today
paint a rosy picture of what is
happening around the country if
you look
at some of these questions do
we have
enough mass know we have enough
tests
know do we have enough PPE no
why would
you say that we have enough
answers yes
I think the answer is yes who
said no to
that I'm saying visitar you're
saying no
but whose yeah yeah we could
your ass
but do we have enough master
yes sirs we
hear from don't say this you
said do we
have enough masks do we have
enough
tests yes plus we're developing
new - do
we have enough do we have enough
ventilators yes do we have
enough
hospital beds yes we've built
20,000
hospital beds we have enough
hospital
beds go ahead Jim let's go what
do you
say - yeah I mean you watch the
coverage
you know nice a lot well a lot
of its
based on sirs - no no out of
it's not
it's just a lot of it's fake
there's
really just when the doctors
governor's
report have enough tests we
don't have
another thousand yet depending
on your
air they always say that because
otherwise you're not going to
put them
on rip that off really yeah he
did
the journals weren't letting
this
testing slide that they were
not gonna
let it go and I don't know who
this was
but threw in a little a little
gotcha
name
and speaking of testing some
experts
including Scott got leave I've
talked
about 750,000 tests per week
being
needed before the economy is
open can
you address that do you agree
with those
numbers if not how many tests
per week
do you think we should have
before that
cough using the word needed
because I
don't think it's needed but I
think
we're going to try and hit a
number like
that that's a very high number
but we're
gonna be trying to hit it and we
probably might be able to do
that and I
think he's listening to Scott
Gottlieb
Godley was his FDA Commissioner
guess you had the head of the
FDA up
until last year he got out not
this is
this is a big pharma guy I
think he
works at the American Enterprise
Institute I was like if you
look at his
Wikipedia page it's just all
these big
pharma companies that he's
working for
and he did weigh in on what he
thought
we needed to get back
and since apparently he's
touting we
need 750,000 tests a day I
think the
President may be in cahoots
with him or
may not let's listen to what
he's
thinking dr. Gottlieb you've
written a
proposal on how to reopen the
country
for want of a better term what
does it
look like and its president
Trump
listening to your ideas well
I've
certainly made them available
to the
White House what we're saying
in the
plan that we put forward was
that you
want to see a sustained
reduction in new
cases and then you want to wait
an
additional two weeks after you
see a
sustained reduction in new
cases we
should start seeing a sustained
reduction in new cases in most
parts of
this country in the second half
of April
and towards the end of April so
if you
follow the timing that we
outlined that
would put you in mid May when
you start
to contemplate bringing people
back to
work but the other thing we say
is that
you should have widespread
screening in
place you should have the
ability to do
point-of-care screening in the
community
and right now screening is
largely
confined to hospitals we don't
have the
capacity to broaden it so we do
need to
continue to ramp up screening I
think
that's going to be the big
variable I
think we're going to be taking
a step
towards reopening aspects of
the economy
before we have the optimal
level of
screening in place and that's
the risk
that we're going to take as a
public
health official I'd like to
have the
optimal screening in place I'd
like to
have the hospitals have residual
capacity I'd like to you know
exercise
more caution but we also need to
recognize quite frankly that
there are
public health implications to
what we're
doing here as well long we keep
the
country closed there's a lot of
morbidity mortality that's
accruing
because of that people who
aren't
presenting for prenatal care
aren't
presenting with mild strokes or
mild
heart attacks or staying at
home is
going to be deaths and disease
as a
result of the fact that we've
engaged in
what we've done so it's a
careful
balancing I'd like to see more
screening
in place but we also need to
worry about
all this and having in place
what we
need as we go back to school in
September as we reopen
residential
campuses that we have much more
widespread screening and
hopefully one
or two effective therapeutics
to deal
with this virus if we don't
have that by
September we're gonna face a
lot of risk
in the fall that we have
outbreaks and
even the risk of another
epidemic I
think you're right John I think
that
this guy is actually giving
guidance
and it's a bonanza he's talking
about
lot ramping up testing a lot
more
testing we got to have it
everywhere who
does he represent people who
test who
does he represents yeah it says
screening which could be just
done with
a thermometer that's what they
didn't
yeah that's that's 50 bucks see
if
that's a fifty to fifty dollar
item yeah
screening there you go 50 bucks
here
fifty bucks there ten bucks a
battle the
trigger
somebody's forehead there's a
charge of
25 bucks somebody doing it for
that 20
today it's already I did 100
before you
know it there so what's your
thinking on
Trump what Trump's gonna do I I
believe
that he's going to reopen and
Mark May
first he's gonna keep it shut
down till
May first I think he may go
sooner but
he's gonna have to install some
policies
and I think they're gonna keep
social
distancing and everyone's gonna
have to
wear a mask until some unknown
date in
the future yeah I have two more
quick
clips for data points before I
answer
that here's the one about
tracking
problems a lot of other things
is
something we're gonna look at it
certainly and we know they've
done that
and it's highly it's very new
new
technology it's very
interesting but a
lot of people worry about it in
terms of
the person's freedom we're
gonna take a
look at that a very strong look
at it
will let you know pretty soon
yeah so
that means no that will not be
a part of
anything mandated if he doesn't
say yeah
I'm all for it then it's not
happening
the same goes yes that's true
except
that could be state mandated so
you'd
have a gavin newsom in a
high-tech state
could where Google and Apple
are both
located yeah it could be yes
but that's
your problem because I live in a
different state it's not my
problem my
phone's off it's in a drawer I
think
this is this is going to be a
part of
his argument I believe he met
with this
group Friday or Saturday and
this will
be an important part of how
he's going
to explain why we need to get
out
earlier today I spoke with
hundreds of
mental health leaders
and advocates from around the
country to
discuss the vital work and the
vital
work they're doing we had the
top
doctors in the country some
international doctors mental
health a
big factor not only as the virus
inflicted immense physical
suffering on
many people but also mental and
emotional suffering as well
even though
we're staying physically apart
no
American is alone and we're all
in this
together but the mental health
doctors
and experts it's a very great
call it
was a very interesting call
they're
working very hard yeah so he's
gonna
he's got the numbers he's going
to say
this is what's happening right
now we
are losing more people daily
through all
kinds of horrible diseases that
come
from being locked up again no
public
health official has given us
any tips or
ideas on how to strengthen our
immune
system how to live as a
prisoner you
know there's certain things
that are
good for you movement exercise
Sun if
not you need to supplement that
so none
of that so it's not going to be
very
pretty here well go on well I'm
gonna
say here's the big problem
that's coming
up this week this past Friday
some
people started getting money
unemployment and I don't think
anyone's
received the $1,200 check or
deposit yet
but the unemployment situation
is as the
president warned when he signed
the
cares Act he said very
specifically the
Democrats didn't want me to do
it the
way I suggested which was the
same
Direct Deposit we were doing
the 1200
through they insisted probably
because
they were afraid the president
was going
to steal it and give it to
assist
son-in-law they insisted they
do it
through every state's
unemployment system which is why
immediately you have calls for
COBOL
programmers because this is not
in the
logic of the unemployment
systems this
is a different type of logic
that needs
to be put in there and they
were not
ready some states will never
get it
right and never and so in you
know we
have kids who are going through
this now
and and Tina also it's very
confusing
everyone gets different answers
an email you don't get an email
there's
this things that you know it
just it
it's different for everybody
and we
don't have any money yet so
that's
that's a problem next Friday
will be if
you're going to hear a lot of
people
extremely pissed off and of
course it
will be a trump botched it you
know
that's gonna happen even though
he
warned upfront this was not the
way to
do it so he really only has
until next
Friday to make his
announcements because
we're not going to make it
until the end
of April without knowing
exactly what's
going to happen we're gonna have
skirmishes when people don't
have money
it's not going to come through
fast
enough this is clear to me so I
think he
will have some of his favorite
states
and I'm I have a feeling Texas
may be
one of them
Abbott is already our governor
has
already made noise that he's
going to
change the he's going to relax
the rules
to get the state back to work
I think Abbott is pretty tight
with with
Trump I think they like each
other and I
think we'll see a few states
open up
before the end of April and the
idea
would be May 1st everybody goes
out I
think the states that open
first will
have it will go up to the 50
personal
limit so you can have you need
to have
restaurants be able to open up
so it'll
be 50 people all in one go at
the same
time you can also open up
hotels and
keep less than 50 guests on the
floor
there's a whole bunch of ways
you can do
that and you can get things
starting
again but they will not be
dependent
upon testing people will be and
I he's
gonna have to give the pharma
guy
something because they don't
have the
vaccine ready
they don't have Gilead doesn't
have the
the anti rival rep dis avea
ready so
it's got to give him something
so he'll
give them a ton of cash on the
on the
testing they'll shut up and
though you
know some companies will
require it or
not but it won't be a mandated
law and
we'll just get back to work and
the
media for the next two months
will tell
everybody what a big mistake it
was
because every person extra that
died is
blood on Trump's hands and
they'll do
that all the way up until
November
well I think that from that
perspective
yes everything you said is
probably true
I do think Toby the additional
requirements to wear masks and
I think
it's gonna be a big deal and
them so the
mask business will be good good
for the
no agenda mask company yeah we
need to I
would like to have the master
just clip
behind I love our bandana but I
saw this
I mean everyone here in Austin
everyone's got a snazzy mask
now now
that we've all realized you
don't have
to have an n95 to live now
everyone's
just using whatever they got
well
theoretically even the Chinese
know this
is the mask is not to protect
you from
the viruses protect others from
you yes
but I'm just talking about me
they have
95 yeah that would be true
you'd protect
yourself but generally speaking
the
other messes so when you sneeze
or cough
it doesn't put anything in the
air puts
it into the mask and so there's
not just
a bunch of little particles
flying
around but anyway so I think
there's
gonna be a mask requirement I
think
there's gonna be a social
distancing
your requirement it's gonna
make me
maintained for a few months at
least a
month yeah which means there's
not gonna
be any football or basketball
or any of
these sport D sporting events
unless
there's stadiums receptions like
one-fifth as many people or
some oh no
they're gonna do it yeah but the
sporting guys are gonna eat it
and I
think the theater owners are
gonna eat
it no I think Broadway is gonna
eat it
and I think that's gonna
continue right
through the election I don't
think
there's good there's gonna be
any let-up
I think all these these
businesses
Hollywood they're all at risk
if we
thought that the Chinese owned
Hollywood
already they're gonna own it
completely
by the time this is and we'll
put a
little bow around it here you
go China
take that well your of course
can have
me wrong you're absolutely
completely
wrong I'm wrong this is not how
it's
going to happen
you're wrong wrong wrong wrong
wrong
Bill Gates knows how it's gonna
work
though if everything goes
perfectly with
the RNAi approach we could
actually be
at the 18 months we don't want
to create
I should set it up the RNA
approach is
the big hope this is the
vaccine and I'm
doing big
air quotes since it's not a
vaccine in
the transaction it has never
been proven
to work correct
but it's bill gates man how can
you
question him if everything goes
perfectly with the RNA approach
we could
actually be at the 18 months we
don't
want to create unrealistic
expectations
the vaccines and older people
is always
a huge challenge you know it
turns out
the flu vaccine isn't that
effective and
old early people most the
benefit comes
from younger people not
spreading it
because they're vaccinated and
that that
benefits on a community basis
the
elderly here we clearly need a
vaccine
that works in the upper age
range
because they're most at risk of
that and
doing that so that you amp it
up so amp
it up isn't that adjuvant when
he's
amping it up he's gonna be
throwing
thimerosal in there or
something that'd
be time you sure but I don't
think
adjuvant sonoran a that's
probably
notice I'm saying anything yeah
I'm sure
doing that so that you amp it
up so it
works in older people and yet
you don't
have side effects you know if
we have
you know one in 10,000 side
effects
that's you know way more
700,000 you
know people who will suffer
from that so
really understanding the safety
at
gigantic scale across all age
ranges you
know pregnant male female
undernourished
existing comorbidities it's
very very
hard and that actual decision
of okay
let's go and give this vaccine
to the
entire world governments will
have to be
involved because there will be
some risk
and indemnification needed
before that
can be decided on so bill is
already
pushing for the indemnification
yeah
that means is vaccine will be
killing
people left or right luckily
rfj RFK jr.
is going heavy at gate did you
read the
his post yeah the post is
pretty pretty
astonishing and it's it's it's
kinda bit
that doesn't stay you
everyone's been marginalizing
rfk jr.
because he's you know he's they
call him
an anti Baxter wouldn't that's
not true
that's not what he is he's
against the
mercury in the vex his own
family is
against him yes
well everyone's nice and they
killed is
not a liar everything he says is
absolutely true and so he's got
this
anti gates post and he's got
and he's
just lambasting it for all
kinds of
misdeeds and I think this is
not gonna
sit around didn't be in just
percolate
it's gonna blow up and it's
gonna kill
this whole idea of what Gates
is trying
to do Gates is toast on the
toast is
this RNA things never gonna
work I'd
like to read just a little bit
from what
RFK jr. posted on Instagram and
by the
way he you know his niece and
their
nieces kid just got killed just
drowned
in some weird accident in the
canoe no
messaging there
so here is what RFK a junior
wrote on
Instagram vaccines for Bill
Gates are a
strategic philanthropy that
feed his
many vaccine related businesses
including Microsoft's ambition
to
control a global vaccine ID
enterprise
and give him dictatorial
control over
global health policy the spear
tip of
corporate neo imperialism
Gates's
obsession with vaccines
vaccines seems
fueled by a messianic
conviction that he
is ordained to save the world
with
technology and that godlike
willingness
to experiment with the lives of
lesser
humans and then it just goes on
about
all the the mistakes they've
made four
hundred ninety six thousand
children
paralyzed between 2000 and 2017
because
of bogit of gates vaccinations
Gates
Foundation vaccination programs
polio
vaccines lots of stuff that
killed
people usually people with dark
colored
skin who live in Sandy areas
it's kind
of easy it's well worth looking
at and
he winds it up but I he's got
the whole
bunch of slides here so it's
something
to something to see it's in the
show
notes
notes calm I don't know if the
vaccine
will work or not I I'm sure
there's
several others but no we never
even came
up with one for SARS or MERS or
AIDS or
any of it so why why would this
work all
of a sudden I don't expect you
think
that sense is related to stars
that they
would have developed a SARS
vaccine by
now
no nothing and they haven't and
so you
have to assume aches um
assumptions here
and that's one of the reasons I
think
they've gone after a different
kind of
vaccine one never proven to
work on
anything but yeah you know let's
experiment well you know what
if you're
indemnified just shoot it into
people
who cares I got a second half
thing that
maybe I should just bring up
here real
quick in 15 18 you like cycles
you like
fractals in 15 18 the Pluto and
Mercury
aligned in a straight line you
might
want to start over cuz I picked
up you
might want to start over and do
it over
this 47 second musical bed that
I stole
from the Joe Biden ad campaign
in 1518
the dancing plague struck
Strasbourg a
woman took to the streets and
danced
until she collapsed from
exhaustion then
rested and returned to dancing
before
long she was joined by dozens
of others
the number swelled to 400 all
afflicted
by the same mysterious urge to
dance
long past the point of injury
there was
no music just people silently
shaking
and shimmering so the town
brought in a
band thinking the plague would
run its
course he went on for months
and people
reportedly died from strokes
and heart
attacks
so this was 1518 a good story
well it's mass hysteria
we've had several examples of
mass
hysteria in history
Christina sent this to me
because 15 18
and she's into astrology Pluto
and
Mercury lined up and when this
event
took place in 1518 December
2019 the
same planets aligned after all
these
years and in 2019 December 2019
this
article after article of these
new
astrologist you know that I
don't know
what the qualifications are
saying hey
you know there was mass
hysteria in 1518
let's see what happens now
now Cristina's take on it which
i think
is interesting she says this is
proof
that the elites use all kinds
of black
magic and an astral events to
time
something and her thinking is
maybe a
lot of it is purely mass
hysteria and
that you develop symptoms which
are well
described and well known based
on some
mass hysteria it's not like it
doesn't
happen it happens a lot I know
that's
happened it happens a lot in
the dancing
thing is it which is a weird
mass
hysteria but I can see it
happening yeah
you keep telling people users
are gonna
get you're gonna get this
coffee you're
gonna get the fever and a
headache and
loss of loss of smell loss of
taste loss
of smell loss to taste a
headache yeah a
horrible cough which painful
sounding
thing to hear that when you
hear go it's
a bone shatters shattering
cough and and
fatigue massive fatigue so I
know it's
real crackpot II but there's a
lot of a
lot of examples before the
symptoms were
described over and over and
over and
over again which would create a
message
they would you'd have to say is
that
this Cova does exist it does
cause these
these phenomenon and then when
you start
going nuts about it and going
fanatic
and getting people I've got I
know
people that I've been following
on Twitter that I thought that
word
level-headed but now they're at
the
verge of calling the cops on
everybody
oh my god I'm walking to the
front of
the street Oh get out of the
street
or people yelling at each other
for
being too close and you know
it's just
the I just want to correct
myself the
saturn pluto conjunction yeah i
just
want to get it right somebody
in the
chatroom that pointed this out
to you
know i have it in my show notes
I have a
story no no I was just
wondering we have
any of those and though I'm
sure we do
so I just want to Rica though I
said it
wrong want to get it right
because
there's a lot of people who
will be like
how 2020 repeats the astrology
of 1518
the year 2020 finds a Saturn
Pluto
conjunction in Capricorn which
is rare
and historic not only that we
find
Uranus in Taurus which could be
nice and
the North node in Gemini with
the South
node in Sagittarius Sagittarius
it's an
uncanny repeat of the early
marriage
that right it's an unsaid of
it's an
uncanny repeat of the year 1518
when we
saw a global boom in
people-smuggling
t ohmic traffic you man
trafficking and
slavery which is interesting
because
this comes from December 2019
and what
did we have Epstein Weinstein
all kinds
of crazies I don't it's just
interesting
to think about yeah because
these things
never happen otherwise thank
you for
your courage in the morning to
you the
man who put the C in the
collective
compliance John C Devore yeah
well any
morning you mr. Adam carreño
arias trips
to see boots on the ground for
you in
the air shops in the water and
all the
names and ice out there in the
morning
to the trolls in the troll room
let's
have a quick little troll count
and we
have oh so close we haven't
cracked 2000
yet but we're right underneath
1899 in
the morning to you trolls no
agenda
stream calm is where they hang
out
trol in the show partying like
it's 1899
and that's where you can hear
all kinds
of great podcasts none of them
have
commercials none of them have
corporate
interests it's all there for
you to
enjoy free of course everyone
loves the
value for value model which is
what
we're moving into right here as
we also
thank our artists for episode
1232 the
title of that was Gwen go cast
moose M 0
0 0 se moose brought us that
artwork and
it was the oh it was the live
from Gitmo
nation at home which has the
global
citizen World Health
Organization at
home two fingers two hands kind
of
showing the a little box that
looks like
a house and in the house is a
microphone
with a headphone it was a good
takeoff
of of the globalist messaging
and it was
used by CBS and a number of
other people
that the base art right but not
not with
our know it was brand of humor
now I
will say for the second time in
a row we
have broken protocol and you're
going to
defend it because I can't we
put album
art up with the episode number
which is
a no-no and we've done it twice
in a row
and as I said you were going to
defend
that to the producers it was
your idea
stop I think it was three times
in a row
no it's just to know yeah well
we looked
over the art and the problem
was that we
liked that that take off art
that was
boosted and and there was one
with the
show number and one without the
show
number and we knew was a
violation of
our rule somebody violates our
own rules
as our rules and we can stretch
them as
we feel it see fit and the
balance of
the picture with the show
number on just
the the overall structure it
was better
was better it's it's called
composition
and the in the trade
saison is well-known for it and
I had an
art instructor at the Art
Center guys
just tell him about some
artists I said
right I don't get this guy's
stuff sucks
he says no no no you're missing
it would
what makes it great is the
composition
yeah composition in and of
itself is is
sometimes above and beyond the
art and
that in this case composition
played a
role and getting that picked
and that
was the reason otherwise we
would never
do that we I don't like doing
it I think
it encourages too many people
to put the
number in there when it doesn't
need to
be in there but he did it and
we liked
it and we used it that's it
yeah we got
to be careful though because it
encourages vandalism yes well
we do have
vandalism once in a while on in
our
generator Thank You moose
there's a
beautiful piece you see yes and
that is
part of our value for value
system we
get fresh artwork for every
single new
episode the artist gets
recognition we
have no agenda our generator
calm where
you can see all the submissions
and a
lot of those flow through to
our other
producers who have no agenda
shop comm I
hope they're gonna do actual
proper
masks mask mask the bandanas
are great
and I think they've got a lot
of orders
but I hope so no agenda are
generated
outcome thanks again moose and
we like
to thank people who support the
show
producers produced they send us
all
kinds of stuff work on the show
in many
ways you heard boots on the
ground in
Sweden we have clips that are
pre-made
we have all kinds of topics
expertise
and we need financing to keep
the bills
paid and keep the show going
this is
where we thank just like
Hollywood by
the way our executive producers
and
associate executive producers
not
advancing when I mentioned that
we have
a couple of notes that are
missing in
action there's some that we do
have and
then there are notes that are
too long
that I have edited down a bit
but let's

producer
good afternoon gentlemen my
name is Kyle
from Lake Stevens making my
first
donation of 333 I believe a
first-time
donation means I need to be
deduced you
guys deduced is my 34th
birthday on
Sunday well or Saturday which is
yesterday and I wanted to give
the best
podcast that filters through
the media
bullshit I have been listening

hill for me I can't find her
note if she
has one she didn't say she does
and hmm
let me double-check look at it
it for
her yeah I'm looking to see if
we got
anything I don't think we have
she has
something to say she can
supposed to
note and we'll do it later
Chris Bergeron in Acworth
Georgia 33333
and he writes thank you both
for all the
excellent coffee
Kovich shows I can feel my
amygdala
shrinking twice a week I'm an
old school
producer is finally affording
the first
executive producer credit so
can I
please get and it's what we do
so you
don't have to c-span remember
that one
you'll never find it so what we
do so
you don't have to watch c-span
followed by a karma for a new
human
resource Eric
Xavier bars Iran he was born
two weeks
ago and the hospital experience
is like
like having a baby in prison
mmm I guess
it would be kind of yeah I
guess this so
we need it yeah I don't have
this what
we do do we do set a jingle we
had I
don't what's the saying that we
used to
play it I don't think we just
said to
watch c-span followed by a
karma for
let's give it to kitty karma
okay
so it's what we do so you don't
have to
c-span
[Music]
you've got Karma's my new
version of
somebody remembers I don't know
I don't
recall what it is okay now we
have
Jesse's wack in San Francisco
another
local and again I can't find a
note from
him or her what's going on
people so
that one is lost is lost in the
shuffle
and they didn't come in on
PayPal so
there you go all right it's too
bad
onward to unless you have the
Fred van
Lewin in ilver son yes Fred
Hollis Fred
fun Llewyn Fred Van Leeuwen in
Hilversum
every son I'll read this okay
333 33 thank you very much Fred
Fred
sends a lot of notes to a lot
of Intel
yesterday evening through
PayPal had
been sending you my exec
producer
sponsorship for the eastern
show he's
Dutch I hope this will give you
some
oxygen in uncertain times it
does and
thank you so much I enjoy your
shows
since a few years but also by
now I've
gone back as far as episode 520
I am NOT
the biggest fan of your
president and
neither would I have trusted
Hilary in
the job but I did enjoy him
last week
telling this reporter who asked
about
the oil situation to do his
homework
first the media and the
Netherlands are
not nearly as hopeless as those
in your
country really still they could
afford
often to be educated this way
it's not
unusual to hear our journalists
ask
totally predictable boring
questions I
will ask her to take lessons
from Trump
you vex you have outspoken
opinions
about our impact on climate
change sure
how could the models be as
reliable as
pretended the climate system is
hugely
complex and our knowledge is
still
modest so why not simply admit
that also
as the No Agenda show wouldn't a
position of we don't know be
more
credible even then there's
plenty of
room to be critical about the
monetary
interest behind the discussion
on both
sides to conclude here's my
request for
the Easter Show could you
please play
these two no agenda classics
for me
the Oh with oh my god I'll be
growing
babies and cows and the other
one is
about is about raw meat okay I
have
those I'd and it's that exact I
don't
think it's entirely fair what
he says
about about us we've just
called it out
but he's labeling us as a
denier where
am I am i reading that wrong no
he's a
hate listener I don't think
he's he's
not a hate listener at all
no but all we know is the
models don't
work there's still snow in the
UK it was
only gonna be in snow globes so
the all
the predictions are off and I
guess now
we can agree that's right we do
not
trust any type of data model
from
scientists anymore after kovat
19 does
that mean climate change is
real and
made by men I don't know but
for sure
the models can't be trusted and
wash
your hands after touching any
raw meat
my god for 25 years they've
been growing
babies and you've got Karma
thank you for the classic
request Fred
those are fun too my favorites
okay you
haven't heard that one yeah
yeah now I

recognize an opportunity to do
my part

apparel manufacturing and we
make face

thought it
would be cool to make some no
agenda
ones that hit me back they hit
me back
and I got them set up at the
factory and
they ended up designing those
epic neck
gaiters in return for the
connection
they let me use the no agenda
shop logo
on the face mask for my brand
disorder
designs so I'm running a
promotion for
the No Agenda family for three

what'n will see him not forever
the what

relationship
his brother-in-law that's so
nice we'll
see we'll see Tom at the podium
in a bit
Martin mentioned hire two
hundred
dollars and 38 cents love the
show
thanks for all the insightful
deconstruction and humour that
you guys
provide it's my third donation
but I
still not bendy douche okay we
can do it
you've been deduced and now
he's got
three call-outs that are not
just douche
bags but major douche bag major
douche
bags yeah I guess they're in
their army
so let's give him a call out
one at a
time call out drunk Gary Steve
douchebag
take it up with him later okay
please
gene those we're all gonna die
followed
by clover char plus Larry David
that
sounds pretty good and probably
I don't
remember that but I guess there
is
birthday lists my smoking-hot
wife
Crystal know right and they'd
be 35 on
the April 15th and I think
she's on the
list blowing on a tax day yes
she is on
the list and thank you very
much Martin
pretty pretty pretty good I
still love
that one so well John Benson
thank you
John
that was really that is a nice
connection that's done well
yeah mousse
our buddy who did the art
dollars 33
cents in Palmer Alaska a case
that
Alaska Arkansas Arkansas is a
are okay
then it's Alaska yes Alaska
I've been
fortunate recipient of come on
hello
he's moose hello moose moose
mojo I have
been fortunate recipient of
karmic
blessings as of late so I find
myself
able to atone for my now long
distant
past douchebaggery to all you
douche
bags out there get a
subscription at
least so it it does wonders for
your
conscience a one humble jingle
request
please Adam if you would be so
kind to
say in your amazing Dutch
accent anarchy
anarchy anarchy followed by
some good
karma and what an interesting
request
very weird yeah okay I get my
Dutch
accents and here we go
you've got karma and that is
our list of
producers think I'm so shit you
okay
yeah I think I know that's what
I was
saying I think I know how the
word Dutch
ditch yes each ditch we want to
thank
these associate executive
producers and
executive producers for
producing show
1233 and I want to remind
people that
the next show is gonna be show
one two
three four so for all you
numerologists
out there you might want to
describe
ways of donating or
contributing to show
one two three four that means
I'm going
to thank these folks yeah and
it would
be great if everybody who
listens just
for once did $12 and 34 cents
one two
three four if everyone it's
less than 2%
of people who supports show who
actually
donate so we have that we have
123 Ford
well 12340 should be one two
three four
extra Cornett credit 12345 yeah
I think
so industry for five extra
credit Wow
well that is for the next show
but for
this show thank you to our
executive
producers and associate
executive
producers we're gonna have
people at the
at the round table a table
always
excited about that thank you for
supporting the show you've done
a very
important thing here and it
really works
for everybody because you
produce it is
after all your podcast it is
your best
show in the universe and we
will be
doing it again on Thursday we'd
like for
you to contribute here's how to
do it go
to to Vollrath org slash and
and now of course you know that
we have
masks available go out and get
one our
formula is this we go out or
hit people
in the mouth
[Music]
Hey yeppity-do but I wanna
bring us at
least one topic political topic
up this
a little bit it's less less
covin more
politics okay cuz I didn't have
any Joe
Biden clips but I have a Joe
Biden clip
well good well you go to the
Joe Biden
clip after I play this so we get
something out of the way cuz
Cuomo came
out and cuz all these
Republicans are
saying uh let's just replace
Joe Biden
with Cuomo cuz Cuomo's better
than the
president is presidential he
shot down
they may be shut down New York
long
after after Trump dilly-dallied
as it
were and he everything he's
done and
he's lied about needing forty
thousand
respirators and he talks like
he's
talked to sounds like a perfect
Democrat
candidate yeah well the thing
about it
is he's Cuomo we have to
remember this
Cuomo killed his chances for
ever
becoming president with one
stupid
statement that he made and I
have two
clips I have the short version
of the
long version and the entire one
is the
one we don't want and the one
we do want
is the Cuomo clip of political
death
we're not gonna make America
great again
it was never that great well
how about
that he also emphatically said
I am NOT
running I don't want to run I'm
not
interested in running I'm not
gonna run
look at my nipples I've got
rings so he
is never gonna run for
president all you
have to do you don't have to
hire an ad
agency just play this play that
over and
over again now I wanted to play
the
whole thing because which is
the longer
part where he starts to discuss
because
what he does he says that and
then he
hears from the audience and he
hears a
lot of boos and jeers in there
cuz he I
guess he expected them all to
stand up
and give him a standing oh yeah
I really
think that because I think these
globalist Democrats and guys
like him
are very globalists are all
right I know
there's one world government
that
Comerica sucks would be much
better than
a single world governing body
that was
more fair and all the rest of
they'd
really
he's actually was being honest
when he
says it wasn't that great he
doesn't
think much of the country he's
very
sincere so but he hears the
jeering and
he says oh my god I got to make
up for
this so he ad-libs a kind of a
make up
well the reason I said that is
because
we are okay we could be great
if we did
this in that and it's lame and
one of
his little things in there is
that would
be better a great country if
we'd stop
stereotyping women he puts that
in here
what okay let's play the whole
thing
we're not gonna make America
great again
it was never that great we have
not
reached greatness we will reach
greatness when every American
is fully
engaged we will reach greatness
when
discrimination and stereotyping
against
women 51 percent of our
population is
gone
no brother no it was lame no
yeah yeah
when stereotyping of women is
gone what
is he talking about
still wearing his dress women
she's
peeing sitting down stop
stereotyping
him curry so we can just kiss
the Cuomo
goodbye I don't need people who
even
suggest that he's gonna take
Biden's
place or living in the dream
world
the New York Times let me see
if I could
find this tweet so I'm going to
Biden
now that's okay now we've had
this kind
of annoying issue out there for
Joe and
that issue is Tara Reid they'll
rape the
the finger rape yes here's what
the New
York Times tweeted this morning
no other
allegation about sexual assault
surfaced
in the course of our reporting
nor did
any former Biden staff
corroborate
Reid's allegation we found no
pattern of
sexual misconduct by Biden
beyond hugs
kisses and touching that women
previously said made them
uncomfortable
do they believe what they're
writing
themselves in the bag we found
nope just
listen to this is this is a
rare one you
don't get to see it this
blatant often
we found no pattern of sexual
misconduct
by Biden beyond hugs kisses and
touching
that women previously said made
them
uncomfortable now that's an
interesting
way to insert the word
previously so
maybe they're okay with it now
or maybe
before he stopped being creepy
that they
weren't okay with it but to say
that you
found find no pattern of sexual
misconduct
besides hugging kissing and
touching
that women didn't like what the
hell is
going on that is that is a
pattern of
sexual misconduct can the New
York Times
for themselves they're horrible
now this
is again the Chinese influence
I think
the Chinese because they've done
business with his kid and he
him and
he's been over there a number
of times
the Chinese are all in on
biting and
they the way they see these
elections is
their phony anyway and they can
just we
won't bite and so we weren't
biting to
be the president I says they're
really
I'm honestly thinking that the
Chinese
are believing this the Chinese
don't
only believe it they're in
control of
our media vast control so the I
believe
Tara Reed has now filed an
official
complaint of course it's statute
limitations it's all gone but
she's
going to be a problem for Bo
Jaden and
his campaign so what do you do
when
you're an old school politician
if you
are being accused of some sexual
misconduct immediately get on
board with
some great anti sexual
misconduct
campaign in this case they
rolled out
the presidential model the
MKULTRA Lady
Gaga Lady Gaga has been voiced
for
people who have been forgotten
the
people of interviews until it
happens to
you when will it happen to her
and she's
shown enormous courage and we
want to
make it real clear it's on us
it's on
everyone to intervene to stop
abuse when
they see it and when they hear
about it
intervene it's no man has a
right to
raise a hand and move for any
reason
other than self defense ever
appearing
and that's not to leave out the
men as
well
I am a sexual assault survivor
and I
know the effects the aftermath
the
trauma psychological physical
mental it
can be terrifying waking up
every day
feeling unsafe in your own body
and
we're here to remind you that
it's
important to reach out to
someone in
your life that you can trust
and to know
that they will be there to help
you
there will be someone to listen
because
you know what I mean really
that's
that's like digging the hole
even deeper
as far as I'm concerned I agree
with
that name I luckily though he's
still
using the same sound guy be
mistaken for
any of this white noise that's
for sure
it's so unprofessional
comment that she made which I
thought
was interesting which was
feeling unsafe
in your own and I'm
anticipating but she
speaks feeling unsafe in your
own home
in your own environment and
your but
feeling unsafe in your own body
mm-hmm what does that mean that
maybe
you if she's you know getting
beat up
she's it by an abuser you'd
feel unsafe
in your own home you know well
you know
what you know what I would stop
if I
were you because this is not
something
we can venture into I think
that yes I
think that women who've been to
be
anyone who's been abused can
feel not
safe in their own body I I can
understand I just never heard
that
before okay
but it's theirs yes I think
that is very
true but I mean for him to go
out and do
that it's like no you were
bringing up
China with the media you know
you want
to see I was gonna say one more
thing
what does Gaga think she's
doing here
helping Biden well she's she's
ramping
up she's getting geared up for
the big
April 18th new world order
global
citizen world health
organization
concert so she's getting out
there she
needs to promote and she's all
in for
Joe I guess and she wants to
help
someone put in the calls like
hey we got
some heat
so we got to show that Joe is a
good guy
could we get you to do a little
promo
don't worry we got professional
camera
and sound guys it'll be great
don't
worry gaga it's gonna be fine
yeah there
you go vote blue no matter who
the the
the White House has their
sixteen
hundred daily kind of like a
blog I
guess at whitehouse.gov and
over the
weekend see Friday they posted
this this
article voice this is so it's
from the
White House Voice of America
spends your
money to speak for
authoritarian regimes
Voice of America is a global
news
network funded by American
taxpayers it
spends about two hundred
million dollars
each year on its mission to
quote tell
America's story end quote and
quote
present the policies of the
United
States clearly and efficiently
to people
around the globe today however
Voice of
America too often speaks for
America's
adversaries not its citizens
the Koroma
panda the corona virus pandemic
is no
exception
secrecy from the Communist
Party of
China allowed the deadly virus
to spread
across the world journalists
should
report the facts but Voice of
America
has instead amplified Beijing's
propaganda this week Voice of
America
called China's Wuhan locked-down
a successful model copied by
much of the
world and then tweeted out a
video of
the communist government
celebratory
light show marking the
quarantines
alleged end this is an odd
thing to do
Wow I mean and I will I'll say
that I've
noticed cuz I look at voice of
America's
RSS feed and their Twitter I to
me they
were sounding a bit more like
arty than
anything you know in fact a
little
crackpot II from time to time
but when
it comes to coronavirus anti
president
anti president
but I who's a who's the bosses
of VO is
at the State Department
it's the broadcast Board of
Governors
let's see who's on it's
currently now
you know Tucker Carlson's dad
used to be
that did you know that no
probably
doesn't add much to my life
oh they change the name I guess
now it's
the u.s. AGM now the US agency
for
global media is an independent
federal
agency overseeing public
service media
network so quango exactly that
provide
unbiased news and information in
countries where the press is
restricted
but I'd like to know who's on
the board
because this is what used to be
the who
we are mission board here we go
okay
board ready let's see let's see
who's
determining what Voice of
America 200
million dollars by the way we
could do a
pretty good show I could put a
pretty
good pretty good Twitter account
together
okay ken Weinstein is the
chairman of
the board he's from the Hudson
Institute
what Democrats yep Leon Aaron
he's the
resident scholar he was voice of
America's Russian language okay
so not
important Ryan Crocker
no an important Michael Kempner
he's
from a public relations firm
Karin Cordon Bleu she did the
German
Marshall Fund technology
program crikey
that's still around Pompey I
was on it
what the hell Oh ex officio
board member
no no he was on he was on it
yeah so
they just throw him in to make
it look
good um interesting well we'll
have to
look into this yeah you know I
did a
thing thing on Voice of America
some
years ago I was interviewed for
something and I ended up
because of that
interview with a with a clock
from the
studio not it happens it's so I
didn't
steal look oh so they had these
IBM
clocks right where I wanted cuz
they're
collectible and I need more
stuff to
collect was it said IBM IBM
used to make
butcher scales and they made
these
clocks for radio stations and
there are
all these click click yeah
beautiful
just synchronized clock didn't
have a
central there's a central clock
unit
somewhere that synchronized so
all the
clocks click click click it's
over they
hit you and is a big click it's
not like
a it's not a moving hand it's
like
clicking so when it hits boom
it hits
and you're at noon you're cut to
commercial and or whatever you
did those
days you had to cut to the
callsign so I
had see I saw these says this
is her
great he says that you do this
I mean he
says well we're getting rid of
them
we're gonna go to all digital
we're
gonna have the digital clocks I
said hey
can I have them and did you get
the the
box as well the the box was not
available but I did get the
clock that's
too bad and I got somebody sent
me a fix
for the clock I could make it
work as a
regular clock and click click
click away
but it wouldn't be synchronized
anything
except the current of the local
of the
house but I yeah I got the
clock no it's
just by asking oh I always tell
the kids
to do that yeah you should do
that
especially in North Korea
always ask if
you can take the clock better
app or the
Sterns better to ask let me see
what
else did I have on the ah so
we're
prisoners in our home basically
yeah
Michael avenatti temporarily
freed from
jail due to corona virus fears
he gets
to stay at a house of a buddies
of his
with a GPS bracelet I guess he
gets out
it's kind of sad isn't it I'd
say stupid
guys well Laurie I do have a
couple of I
will like to get at least get
these
around the world world report
yeah we
started I was Sweden and we
never went
to any other ones that was
great other
countries Charlie first of all
there's
one piece of news in this
report that
has not been touched by the
mainstream
media I don't think anyone
knows what
quite to do with this piece of
news and
this is the report that I got
this from
Reuters and it's the South
Korea report
South Korean officials reported
on
Friday that's at least I'm
sorry did you
want to say something no I said
was
under news I think I got it
South Korean
officials reported on Friday
that at
least 91 patients thought
cleared of the
new coronavirus had tested
positive
again Korea Center for Disease
Control
and Prevention have said that
the virus
may have been reactivated
rather than
the patients being reinfected
but
authorities say it remains
unclear what
is behind the trend and that
investigations are still
underway some
experts have suggested that
false test
results could also be at fault
but may
not be infectious or of danger
to the
host or others but the prospect
of
people being reinfected with
the virus
is of international concern many
countries are hoping and
relying on
infected populations developing
sufficient immunity to prevent a
resurgence of the virus South
Korea on
Friday reported its lowest
number of new
infections after daily cases
peaked at
more than 900 in late February
and the
death toll rose to at least 211
I'm
bummed about that because foul
she
addressed this
this reactivation which was
presented in
the question and answer as some
people
are getting reinfected you know
that's
typical for a u.s. journalist
and he
says could you read the report
for me
and the guy says yeah
reactivate it okay
it's not reinfected reactivate
he said
that that can be after two
hours you
know there's he says I'd need
to know
more about the time sounds
highly
unlikely
if it happens it could have
been a wrong
test so long story short and
remember
we're supposed to believe
everything
doctor found she says yep yeah
well
anyway I thought that was kind
of
disconcerting onward to other
places
let's go to the UK okay yeah I
was the
Col video okay cases Avenue
coronavirus
have not yet reached their peak
in the
UK meanings Heights lockdown
restrictions won't be easing
anytime
soon Britain's Health Minister
said on
Saturday the death toll in
hospitals
across the country stood at
almost nine
thousand as a Friday with more
than nine
hundred and eighty fatality 's
recorded
a figure which exceeded the
deadliest
day so far in italy the country
worst
hit by the virus and Britain's
worst day
yet among those infected is
prime
minister Boris Johnson who is
recovering
in hospital after spending
three days in
an intensive care unit his
office said
he was improving and back on
his feet
but his recovery was still at
an early
stage it's unclear how long
he'll be
incapacitated for Britain
imposed and
lockdown three weeks ago in a
bit to
curb the spread of the virus the
government has come under
increasing
pressure to detail how long the
strict
measures on movement will last
the
people forced to stay at home
and many
businesses unable to operate
I'm so
happy you take the time to do
this it's
so easy to forget that there's
more
besides you in it and I think
most
people have this at this moment
almost
no citizen in the world is
thinking
global that's all you can think
about is
your own family you know your
own
situation the opposite of the
intended
effect thank you no one is
thinking even
I'm not thinking about it and
then you
know we force ourselves like
okay what's
going on over here because it is
everywhere it is everywhere
I'll do a
quick Netherlands update
the latest is that the there
will be an
app required to when the when
the prison
gates open up if 60% of the
Dutch people
download it and use it it won't
be
mandated I think it's a great
way for
the government to come out about
something
listen if 60% of the country
downloads
the app voluntarily and uses it
we won't
have to mandate it I think that
most
people will download it of
course they
will 70 80 % will use it of
course they
like rhino I'm around here at
least to
70 percent
oh yeah oh yeah I know one
person who
won't be using it yeah me I got
a flip
phone yeah well I keep my phone
in a
drawer now you can carry a flip
phone
okay let's go to right now the
funniest
report is probably this one is
Russia
apparently there's no the
Russians think
that they're immune from
everything and
largely because of these
Cossacks that
are out there training the
children for
Russia eGolf is prepared to
take on any
enemy including the coronavirus
since
early February he has been in
charge of
this special patrol by the URL
Cossacks
they hand out face masks in
their
neighborhood of Yekaterinburg
and check
people for signs of a cold Egor
gorbunov
is an ottoman one of the heads
of the
Ural Cossacks people here
recognize them
by their uniforms and some of
their
recommendations on how to stay
healthy
are just as old-fashioned
recommend our
traditional remedies having
honey garlic
and raspberry jam and keeping
two basic
rules of personal hygiene when
people
come in from outside they
should wash
their hands and take off their
outdoor
clothes because X decided to
help our
government with the coronavirus
because
we care but the faith of Russia
better
than you so you were the
cossacks carry
holy water along with them for
extra
protection against the virus
these vigilante patrols weren't
authorized by the city but in
Russia
Cossacks often support the state
security forces and act as
unofficial
guardians of public order
the next morning Cossack
teenagers try
their hand at a paramilitary
drill from
the late 18th century Cossacks
defended
the borders of the Russian
Empire since
the fall of the Soviet Union
Cossack
identity has had a revival
anyone can
now become a Cossack being
patriotic
conservative and ready to fight
is key
Wow yeah residue who knew
raspberry jam
and vodka it's on the list yeah
that
would probably help that's why
I should
yeah it's got a Poland at one
of the
first countries in Europe to
close its
borders and impose a lockdown
was Poland
the number of reported
coronavirus cases
and fatalities appear fairly
low but
critics say that's largely
because few
tests are carried out by the
country's
underfunded health service on
top of
that Poland has another issue
under
pressure from its powerful Roman
Catholic Church the government
has
allowed more believers into
Church for
Easter services than was
originally
envisaged under lockdown
regulations
from warsaw julian banner files
this
report
Poland's Health Minister
announcing
further social distancing steps
last
week one is that for two hours
each
morning shops are only allowed
to serve
senior citizens to help them
beat the
crowds but what many call an
unholy
alliance between the ruling
nationalist
party and the Roman Catholic
Church has
produced a dangerous precedent
for
Easter the number of those
allowed into
a church has been raised from 5
to 50
observers say this could easily
get out
of hand like of the outset of
the
epidemic when crowds attended
services
organised by priests who defied
official
regulations against the advice
of
medical specialists they
distributed
communion wafers straight into
the
mouths of mostly elderly
churchgoers at
least one of the priests has
turned out
to be infected the church
appears
divided on the issue in a video
message
quoting an official stance of
the Polish
episcopate kurková bishop
malacandra
cesky has called on believers
to pray at
home with the families he said
the
faithful should pray to spare
Poland
Europe and the world from the
epidemic
and very much liking this
soft-spoken
German the bester was infected
there was
no Jamela
yes I do have this one and I
think it's
part of the same thing but this
is the
kovat wuhan fink clip and here
at this
live food market in Wuhan China
a mysterious virus born and it
shops
triggering a wave of illnesses
the
internet set this up so this is
a I
don't know why this was running
the
recently but this is kind of
the it
started off as a report on it
was like
an overall report that I guess
it's
supposed to be in the general
distribution describing how the
whole
thing began and you know it was
it with
the bat and all the rest of it
and then
they and I realized this is a
piece of
Chinese proper government
Chinese
propaganda and and I cut it off
after a
while because it's just
couldn't take it
anymore but tell me if you can
spot a
moment that's just completely
out of out
of place doesn't make any sense
and it's
all part of this report you
started over
and with that in mind and here
at this
live food market in Wuhan China
a
mysterious virus born and it
shops
triggering a wave of illnesses
the
internet soon filled with
pictures of
hospitals at breaking point and
the body
bags piling up on buses images
brought
to the world by citizen
journalists
risking life and liberty I'm
not even
scared of death you think I'm
afraid of
the Communist Party
China scrambling its massive
resources
in the most ambitious
containment
efforts ever seen I didn't
notice
anything in that clip was there
anything
like the the chop edit that got
thrown
in there what the heck was that
all
about I said and there was a
guy who was
a guy screaming into a camera
shaking
his fist at the Chinese part in
government part this is bullcrap
this was done either as a setup
to
encourage other people to do
that so
they get caught yeah or it was
about the
honey trap
or it was I don't know I'm not
sure what
it was heard order to convince
us that
there was some underground
pictures
because what they showed was a
bunch of
body bags and buses and a bunch
of
things that look staged
and probably staged by the
party and to
make us convinced is which
somebody went
through the whole tape this
thing went
on for five minutes somebody
went
through the whole thing says
you know
this looks kind of staged can
we can we
put a fake journalist in a
citizen
journalists right I mean all
right and
then editor man Bobby would I'm
not even
scared of death you think I'm
afraid of
the Communist Party
China's quick jack in there to
is great
that was a guest I was a guest
she
clapped that they're trying to
do I keep
seeing little mentions here and
there
that she is having problems the
CCP is
not happy with she so you know
the
Society for propaganda on our
side
well that was yes that would
make a lot
of sense that the only reason I
keep
bringing it up is because this
is
something pachán ik was has
been
hammering on for a long time
he's name
she is losing control he's
going to lose
control the party's not going
to trust
them the economy doesn't trust
him
anymore
he's not handling Trump right
that's
probably one of the elements
you know he
may be losing to trump and the
party I
don't think if I was a party
member
rank-and-file
it's a good large group of
people and
this guy all of a sudden makes
himself
even it if Trump loses if Trump
loses
the election you'll be a party
member so
don't worry about it yeah well
that may
be true but the yeah it's true
but it's
once he decided to become
emperor by
proclaim just for claims of
lifetime you
know ruler dictatorship I think
that
rubbed a few people in the
party the
wrong way yeah yeah yeah I mean
the idea
was you get a guy in there and
you
rotate see they're old already
and he's
but see she is she and they
liked
worship in China they
worshipped Mao
then we got the nochmal he's
certainly
not Mao but he understands the
the work
I think he's worshipped in in
China or
was or who knows well not
necessary by
the party I mean me no no no
but by the
people who now you know the the
economy
is not propping him up anymore
but I
agree with you the idea as not
being of
the CCP has not been to have a
figurehead but to have a
rotating person
who you know the party is as
always the
party it's never going to be
the person
yeah he's put himself above the
party
but it looks like he's got some
trouble
well you're in the bureaucracy
of any
sort especially a government
job yeah
you have a lot of time to
scheme a lot
of people don't realize that
but most of
these government jobs you got a
guy's a
schemer and he's in the
organization
he's gonna be scheming and
there's gotta
be a lot of those guys in China
schemers
gonna scheme schemers got a
scheme well
let me throw three clips out
here before
we take a break or do you have
something
else that pertains to the world
you have
more kovat world reports well i
do have
a new york apprentice getting
stale okay
well they saved it for a reason
do you
remember the reason no cuz it's
been to
shows okay which one is I don't
see it
this is the coronavirus capital
New York
City from PBS two and three
yeah okay
let's see in the nation's
coronavirus
epicenter Governor Andrew Cuomo
said the
hospitalization rate may be
slowing
we are flattening the curve by
what we
are doing but that doesn't mean
people
should be any less vigilant if
we stop
what we are doing you will see
that
curve change that curve is
purely a
function of what we do day in
and day
out
in fact yesterday New York saw
the
highest number of deaths yet in
a single
day
nearly 800 in New York City
there have
been so many deaths authorities
are
using refrigerated trucks to
store
remains and New York's numbers
show that
african-americans and Hispanics
there
are dying at higher rates than
whites
amid the grim work on the
medical front
lines signs of support and of
course
these have all been debunked
one way or
another that big van this could
carries
the dead bodies that keeps
showing it no
there's nothing in it
oh also as another data point
now
they're talking about they have
to bury
everybody on Hart island it's
so bad
in New York yeah well
little-known fact
in December last year the city
appropriated Hart island for
burial of
of people and also for homeless
and
people who had no money to be
buried
anywhere else it's been
designated a
burial ground and its own is
operated by
New York Parks since December
though
it's any report that says oh my
god it's
so bad we have to bury him on
some
Island in a big trench the
trench it's
it's up in terrains it's also
it's all
been set up anyway
that's good yeah but this plate
part two
of this reporter meanwhile the
University of Washington's
forecasting
model one of many often cited
by the
White House lowered its
estimate of US
coronavirus deaths today it
projected
more than 60,000 Americans
would die by
early August what's that and
lurid sense
that oh yeah 84,000 the
University of
Washington's model has been on
the low
side and there are questions
about the
accuracy of the official death
count
some say it may overlook those
who died
at home without seeking medical
care and
those who died without being
tested for
coronavirus in Washington DC
Trump
administration officials say
they are
planning for life after the
pandemic but
caution that was still a ways
off the
bogus so they did they finish
up with
part three we'll go there in
Geneva the
World Health Organization
director-general responded to
the
president's charge that the
group
mishandled the pandemic when
there are
cracks at national level and
global
level that's when the virus
succeeds in
Britain where more than 6000
will have
died Prime Minister Boris
Johnson is
said to be getting better after
a third
night in the hospital his
condition is
improving I can also tell you
that he
has been sitting up in bed and
engaging
positively with the clinical
team were
also high in Wuhan China where
the
outbreak began after it's 76 day
lockdown was lifted tens of
thousands of
people rushed to leave the city
of 11
million clogging bus terminals
and train
stations authorities wearing
masks and
protective gear checked
travelers for
fevers for some who had been
stuck in
Wuhan it was a welcome relief I
haven't
been out since January 21st
this is the
first time I've left my house
today now
I'm going back home to meet my
parents
Wow she didn't have to go back
to the
factory
she gets to go home maybe it is
all code
we don't know we don't know how
can you
know I'm going home to me maybe
see my
parents means you're going to
this delay
slave labor code that's that's
the Gucci
Factory parents is the Gucci
fact it's
like pizza gate it's a little
different
just speaking of the World
Health
Organization just want to make
sure we
slip this clip in because the
president
is done with him can you
explain why it
is appropriate
in the middle of a pandemic to
be
talking about cutting or
eliminating
funding for the World Health
Organization I love the
question the
question is that are you going
to cut
why you're going to cut the
question is
why do you think it's
appropriate to do
that during a pandemic well
we're going
to talk about the w-h-o next
week in
great detail I didn't want to
do it
today
Good Friday I didn't want to do
it for
Easter
I mean why upset Christians
also didn't
want to do it before we have
all the
facts but over the years many
years
we've been paying them from 300
to 500
and even were million dollars a
year
China has been paying them less
than 40
over the years so we're paying
them more
than 10 times more than China
and they
are very very china centric as
I said
during the week China centric
China
always seems the better to get
the
better of the the argument and
I don't
like that I really don't like
that I
don't think that's appropriate
I don't
think it's fair to the American
people
and you know I tell that to
President Xi
I tell that to dr. Ted Rose I
spoke to
him one time I I think he's a
very nice
man I liked him but we're gonna
be
talking about that next week in
great
detail we're looking at it very
very
closely yeah dragging out an
answer but
uh yeah I might as well play my
whu-oh
report which is from Reuters
and it's
dig this guy apparently I guess
he heard
what Trump just said and he
just goes
nuts the World Health
Organization
warned countries on Friday to be
cautious about lifting
restrictions
introduced to curb the spread
of the
coronavirus director-general
tetras a de
nom de breezes I've seen a
Wilkin
slowing in some of the hardest
hit
countries in Europe like Spain
Italy
Germany and France some
countries are
already planning the transition
out of
stay-at-home restrictions WTO
wants to
see restrictions live
as much as anyone at the same
time
lifting restrictions too
quickly could
lead to a deadly resurgence the
way down
can be as dangerous as the way
up if not
managed properly and I don't
think that
is from what we have seen now
no country
is immune no country can claim
that it
has a strong public health
system or a
strong knowledge system he also
voiced
concerns the virus was taking
hold in
Africa we have seen an alarming
acceleration in other countries
I want
to take a moment to highlight
Africa
where we are seeing the spread
of the
virus to rural areas we're now
seeing
clusters of cases and
communities spread
in more than 16 countries we
anticipate
severe hardship or already
overstretched
health systems particularly in
rural
areas which normally like the
resources
of those in cities the w-h-o
also said
that japan may have to ramp up
its
measures to tackle covin 19
after cases
have been found in some parts
of the
country with no known links to
other
outbreaks but added that recent
data
showed that Japan was taking
aggressive
measures in some areas yeah
yeah yeah yeah trying to assert
the
global you know the global
governance
yeah yeah well that's not gonna
fly
there's someone in the gummy
nerds in
the troll room and it says
interesting
that our our stimulus are
saving money
Act is called the cares Act
it's kind of
fun if you put WH o in front of
that hmm
it is it's kind of exist
who cares is right it's kind of
what it
is all right pho before before
we have
some people to thank well you
know what
I'll play these right after

here in
Austin it is the No Agenda

more information go to no
agenda meetups
dot-com
sometimes you wanna go hang out
with all
the nights and day
you Livie way for me
triggered all hell you wouldn't
be
[Music]
like iPod
I got three clips shorts three
shorts
there are yeah what you got I
have a
couple of Clips leftovers that
not
important I could say two of
them might
be interesting the one one is
kind of
punchy it's kind of funny but
it's cuz
there's no bumps key there's
nobody more
exciting than him yeah really
that's why
I'm going straight to build bar
because
if we're talking mr. excitement
it will
be the Attorney General of the
United
States who was however on it was
interviewed by Laura Ingraham
which I
enjoyed I'm not a fan of ingre
hem that
it's actually I'd say I'm an
anti I'm
really not a fan of ingre him
but she
approached him and she's a
lawyer so she
approached him as a lawyer and
there
were some interesting questions
and I
did like some of the answers
that he
gave and just like Trump you
know since
the media is not doing us any
service
because of course if bar doesn't
interview on on Fox well we
can't we
can't use that on as reporting
anywhere
else is the enemy oh but he
says stuff
that you got to catch it and
we're just
not being served by the media
so we'll
have to do it listen for the
terms he's
using here about China he is
definitely
he's got his eye on China the
department
is heavily engaged in that in
fact that
one of our highest priorities
in the
counterintelligence realm
counter
espionage realm and protection
of trade
secrets is our activities
directed to
defend against the Chinese the
Chinese
are engaged in a full-court
blitzkrieg
of stealing American technology
that's a
very interesting term to use
because I
just learned about the
Blitzkrieg which
like yeah the Blitzkrieg was
kind of an
empty thing you know is it
looked
impressive but there was
nothing behind
it well it was behind you it
was the
other side being a bunch of
losers well
there's that but to use the
Blitzkrieg
term in well he is also the
mixed
metaphor full-court blitzkrieg
c'mon
well it's very very lame to get
influenced our political system
trying
to steal secrets at our research
universities and so forth and
we are
focused light on it we have
something we
call the China initiative we've
brought
a lot of indictments but it's
something
that I also have to expose by
letting
the business community
understand
exactly the nature of the
threat still
waiting for the indictments he
did they
did have those indictments with
the
Harvard by the way Durham and
inspector
general Durham has sent out
subpoenas
for a grand jury
not quite sealed indictments
yet but
there's four ones all jacked
this is big
news man Durham sending out a
subpoenas
I think it's all bull Durham
think so
too here is ingre ham asking
about the
evil Bill Gates digital
certificates
Gates Foundation are in favor of
developing digital certificates
that
would certify that individuals
American
citizens have an immunity to
this virus
and potentially other viruses
going
forward to then facilitate
travel and
work and so forth what are your
thoughts
from a civil libertarian point
of view
about these types of what some
would say
tracking mechanisms that would
be
adopted going forward to reopen
our
broader economy yeah I'm very
concerned
about the slippery slope in
terms of
continuing encroachments on
personal
liberty
I do think during the emergency
appropriate reasonable steps
are fine
but a digital certificate to
show who
has recovered or been tested
recently or
when we have a vaccine who has
received
it that's his answer and read
it ask me
anything they had a little
forum be a
little concerned about that and
the
tracking of people and so forth
generally especially going
going forward
over a long period of time good
bars
think he is that's our job damn
it hey
Bill Gates Horning in on our
action we
tracked the citizens not you
Bill Gates
slippery slope
and it's creepy a case would
even
consider this idea it's the
idea he's
not in considerations the idea
and then
finally just some some comment
about the
media in general you know I
haven't been
surprised that in fact there's
very
disappointing because I think
the
president went out at the
beginning of
this thing and and really was
states
been like trying to bring people
together working with all the
governors
keeping his patience as he as
he got
these snarky gotcha questions
from the
White House media pool and the
stridency
of the partisan attacks on him
has
gotten higher and higher and
it's really
disappointing to say and the
politicization of decisions
like the
hydroxyl chloroquine have been
amazing
to me before the president said
anything
about it
there was fair and balanced
coverage of
this very promise hold on
that's a tell
right there
he what he's saying before the
president
talked about there was fair and
balanced
coverage does that mean only
Fox News
talked about it
welfare and balance is really a
Bill
O'Reilly yes it's yeah but it's
it's
kind of the Fox slogan yeah
well yeah I
guess I guess you would say it
could
easily be perceived that way
residents
said anything about it
there was fair and balanced
coverage of
this very promising drug and
the fact
that it had such a long track
record is
that the risks were pretty well
known
and as soon as he said something
positive about it the media's
been on
the jihad to discredit the drug
it's
quite strange wasn't that
interesting
first we have the German
blitzkrieg then
we have the Islamic Jihad what
do we
miss we missed the crusade he
should
have mentioned a crusade
somewhere and
we would have had a couple
religions in
there well I think the clip is
interesting because what he
pointed out
was exactly what you pointed
out early
or now Olaf pointed out in his
letter to
us hmm
that the media was like feeling
one way
about what the Swedes are doing
like
this sucks is not going to do
it and
then Trump says is not the way
they
should be doing it how bad is
the media
yeah well here's an example I'm
gonna
finish with okay they brought
on I go to
Democracy Now for my weekly I
try to get
some clips on one of the days
and I did
Thursday's usually the most
reliable day
but Friday's a good day if they
actually
have news but often Amy takes
Friday off
by putting on some one guy the
Yaak away
and sometimes it's good
sometimes it's
not this last Friday they she
put on
noam chomsky it was retired and
now he
has a David Letterman Bill
beard this
huge white beard he looks like
shit and
he can barely talk and he's in
Arizona
you know where there's and he's
making a
point of purchase signaling
that he's at
home he refuses to go outside
so they
bring him on and I only have
like was
just a toy they didn't get her
intro I
cut that out
I have a total of 54 seconds of
him
saying absolutely nothing
because he
keeps saying this is
indescribable I you
know this is beyond description
and it's
like what good is he if this is
the this
is his answer to everything and
so this
is a short clip might be a good
way to
end it opening right now in the
context
of the 2020 elections and what
he sees
happening in November if Trump
is
reelected it's indescribable
disaster it
means that the policies of the
past four
years which have been extremely
destructive as the American
population
to the world will be continued
and
probably accelerated the what
this is
going to mean for health is bad
enough I
just mentioned The Lancet
figures it
will get worse what this means
for the
environment or the threat of
nuclear war
which no one is talking about
was
extremely serious is
indescribable I
think I'll take a bath and put
on a
Leonard Cohen record and drag
in the
toaster most about the press

today I'm also announcing the
launch of
a new public private consortium
organized by the White House the
Department of Energy and I be
able to
unleash the power of American
supercomputing resources to
fight the
Chinese virus as the CDC
continue to
study the spread of Kovach 19
they're
recommending that people wear
cloth face
coverings in public settings
where
social distancing measures can
be
difficult to maintain I wear my
face
mask when outside so I can't so
I can
stand in line at the grocery
store and I
wear my face mask when outside
have to I have to because of
governor's
order wearing it makes it hard
to see
hope it doesn't alarms can't
take oh no
extra toilet paper if you look
at some
of these questions do we have
the mass
no and making sure that what
we're doing
is based on all the science
available
some itis get you could
absolutely serve
these fun tips of homemade beet
chips
which are fabulous and they're
very very
different it is because who you
said no
to this I'm saying this is are
you
saying no but here we've had
conversations the last few days
to say
is it viable
is it safe is it smart would it
work
would it help our children you
know what
staying at home leads to Devils
and most
of all we have to think before
we act
these are all big decisions
