0:32
you better not be you better

0:35

racist happy
0:45
Independence Day John everybody

0:49
there may be safe yes and our
works
0:53
legal areas where it always
always get
0:55
their fingers blown off and
thank you to
0:57
all of the human resources of
the United
0:59
States who are keeping our
country
1:01
running today because not
everything
1:04
closes I'm talking about my
beautiful
1:06
wife the keeper working today
at the
1:08
Ronald McDonald House yeah
someone's if
1:11
you can't just close the
facility kick
1:14
the kids out I've suggested
this very
1:17
thing but that didn't go over
too well
1:19
is not yeah yeah well where to
start do
1:26
you want to dive right into
Nike or do
1:28
you want to research myself we
both oh
1:35
my goodness we did some
research well
1:37
this should be fun well let's
start with
1:39
the bullshit story from CBS is
Nike ESU
1:43
bullshit story Nike was set to
sell a
1:47
new sneaker that featured a 13
star
1:49
American flag just in time for
the 4th
1:51
of July but the company
suddenly pulled
1:53
them out of stores if Nike was
trying to
1:55
avoid a controversy though it
did not
1:57
work here's Meg Oliver Nike set
off a
2:01
firestorm after pulling their
shoes
2:03
emblazoned with the Betsy Ross
flag an
2:06
early version of the American
flag with
2:08
13 stars and stripes
2:10
used in the 1700s before slavery
2:13
was abolished when you look at
that
2:15
early version of the American
flag what
2:17
does it symbolize well I see I
see 13 I
2:22
see the colonies and that leads
directly
2:24
to slavery in some cases the
Betsy Ross
2:27
flag has been co-opted by white
2:29
supremacist groups like the KKK
2:31
conservatives lashed out
against Nike
2:33
Republican senator Ted Cruz of
Texas
2:36
wrote it's a good thing Nike
only wants
2:39
to sell sneakers to people who
hate the
2:41
American flag
2:42
Arizona's Republican governor
Doug Ducey
2:45
withdrew all financial
incentives the
2:47
state promised Nike to invest
in a one
2:50
hundred eighty five million
dollar
2:51
factory in Arizona and former
Republican
2:54
presidential candidate Herman
Cain
2:56
tweeted nothing can happen in
America
2:58
anymore if Colin Kaepernick
doesn't like
3:01
it believe in something even if
it means
3:05
sacrificing everything for NFL
star
3:08
Colin Kaepernick is the face of
Nikes
3:11
just do a campaign he reportedly
3:13
complained and I heed the flag
is an
3:15
offensive symbol of slavery
this is a
3:18
great teaching moment and it
brings us
3:22
in contact with a history that
most of
3:25
us that most Americans do not
want to
3:27
deal with in a statement Nike
doesn't
3:29
mention Kaepernick but says
they made
3:31
the decision to halt
distribution based
3:33
on concerns that it could
3:35
unintentionally offend and
detract from
3:37
the nation's patriotic holiday
thank you
3:40
for bringing us both sides oh
that's
3:41
interesting
3:42
that's interesting so I saw
that cause
3:46
it might come in handy thanks
for both
3:48
sides at the end he said that
yeah hold
3:50
on thank you for bringing us
both sides
3:54
oh wait there's something I
don't
3:58
understand did she just say
that when
4:01
Nike released the news they
didn't
4:02
mention Kaepernick yeah want to
deal
4:07
with in a statement Nike
doesn't mention
4:10
Kaepernick but says they made
the
4:11
decision to halt distribution
based on
4:14
concerns that it could
unintentionally
4:16
offend and detract from the
nation's
4:18
patriotic now didn't they at
some point
4:21
have to say the Kaepernick was
called
4:23
them and ever did
4:26
before we got to the cam
predicting
4:28
which I think I think we're
gonna both
4:30
conclude the exact same thing
when this
4:32
is over maybe maybe not maybe
not but I
4:36
have my conclusions I'm gonna
draw but I
4:38
do want to mention something
where he
4:40
says that he makes a point at
the end of
4:42
saying thank you for bringing
us both
4:44
sides
4:45
yeah what's both you're
supposed to do
4:47
anyway what was your and I'm
thinking
4:48
both sides which includes the
comment
4:51
that Republican groups like the
KKK an
4:55
operation that's not even in
business
4:57
and it's also not a Republican
groups
4:59
not a Republican conservative
know that
5:05
they've ever used the Betsy
Ross flag as
5:07
anything no but okay that's
both sides
5:11
yes oh yeah you got this is a
great job
5:13
of giving us a balanced report
there's a
5:17
business side to this a
business report
5:19
which is which I'd like to play
from Fox
5:21
Business where they asked a
couple of
5:23
astute questions how did this
pass
5:26
through the cracks of the full
chain of
5:28
command at Nike where it goes
into
5:29
production these sneakers get
made and
5:31
it takes a colin kaepernick to
say hey
5:33
this isn't cool right what does
that say
5:35
about the organization they're
supposed
5:37
to be leaders I see them here as
5:38
followers they say just do it I
think
5:41
they should change their slogan
- should
5:43
we do it should we do it right
it's
5:45
interesting because there was
there was
5:47
really no reaction until
Kaepernick got
5:50
involved and then after that I
think the
5:52
stock probably went down today
after the
5:54
governor of Arizona Governor
Ducey got
5:56
involved and said we're not
gonna want
5:58
to take away some of the
incentives for
6:00
Nike to do business in our
state so
6:01
that's why this might be
different than
6:02
the last time yeah for every
action
6:04
there's an equal and opposite
reaction
6:06
Colin said what he said
6:08
Nike responded that was their
reaction
6:09
now we see the reaction with
the Arizona
6:12
governor and what comes after
this again
6:14
it comes down to business but
people
6:16
don't like to be pushed around
and until
6:18
Colin Kaepernick gets out front
and
6:19
center and really becomes a
communicator
6:21
and starts to explain all the
things
6:23
that are important to him
6:24
right because then I wonder
well okay
6:26
this flag is no good how about
today's
6:28
flag how about the Philadelphia
76ers
6:30
logo with 13 stars on it you've
given us
6:33
a poll ideas now I don't know
you got to
6:35
take the Betsy Ross bridge to
get there
6:37
and Jersey it's
6:39
let's go okay do you wanna you
want to
6:45
tell me about your conclusion
well this
6:47
is a publicity stunt to sell
these shoes
6:50
which will be back on the market
6:53
the giveaway was if it hasn't
been given
6:55
away by now that this this
bullcrap with
6:58
the Arizona governor telling
Nike to go
7:01
pound sand has been rebuked
he's back on
7:05
board with Nike they're gonna
put the
7:07
plan in anyway this is less
look not
7:09
report it as much but that's
yesterday
7:12
morning it came out the whole
thing and
7:15
because the shoes already made
they're
7:17
very attractive shoes there if
you like
7:21
Nike shoes these are really
beautiful
7:23
and Kapernick whether he said
anything
7:26
or not who's not even the major
player
7:28
with and I came but this whole
thing is
7:30
designed to create a fuss to
sell more
7:33
shoes this is a scam from the
get-go
7:36
that was my initial reaction
until I had
7:43
a chat with the producer Moe who
7:46
actually called me breathless
about you
7:49
gotta explain what I think is
going on
7:51
here and I came up with
something
7:53
different which is I you know I
think
7:56
the native add part is where
the No
8:00
Agenda thinking goes initially
I'm not
8:04
quite sure how they would bring
this
8:05
back I don't think it was an it
first of
8:08
all I don't think it was a
native about
8:10
promotion promotion for okay a
promotion
8:13
busted for that a promotion
it's a
8:16
promotion now I'm gonna go in
territory
8:20
where I don't belong because I
am NOT
8:24
the sports guy of the no agenda
show but
8:28
let's look at Colin Kaepernick's
8:29
history now when he burst onto
the scene
8:32
he was they and again this is a
lot of
8:37
information I got from from Moe
and Moe
8:41
has standing he knows about
sports and
8:43
he's black so he can talk about
some of
8:45
these issues he said look Adam
no one
8:47
was even talking about him
being a black
8:49
quarterback it was Colin
Kaepernick he
8:51
had the low-cut
8:52
err he was in GQ magazine he
was the
8:55
hottie he was the he was the
next best
8:57
thing and and when he got
injured the
9:01
you know he couldn't gain the
weight
9:03
back and he just couldn't get
back on
9:05
the team and to review the
genesis of
9:08
his social justice kneeling
this wasn't
9:12
he didn't start off by kneeling
during
9:14
the national anthem at all
9:17
he started off actually he was
sitting
9:19
on the bench he had been
sitting on the
9:21
bench during the anthem for
months
9:24
before one photographer noticed
it and
9:28
she made a deal big deal out of
said hey
9:31
hold on a second how come
you're not
9:32
standing during the national
anthem
9:34
you're sitting on the bench
where's what
9:36
what one could say is he was
basically
9:39
just being malcontent is the
word like I
9:44
fucking I'm not getting started
I'm no
9:45
good I'm just sitting here on
the bench
9:47
and then all of a sudden he was
asked
9:51
about it in the locker room
this is a
9:53
famous interview it is
something that's
9:54
evolved it's something as I've
gained
9:56
more knowledge about you know
what's
9:58
going on in this country in the
past
10:00
what's going on currently these
are new
10:04
situations this isn't new
ground it's
10:06
things that have gone on in
this country
10:08
for years and years and have
never been
10:11
addressed and they need to be
I'll
10:18
continue to sit I'm going to
continue to
10:20
stand with the people of that
being
10:22
oppressed to me this is
something that
10:24
has to change and when there's
10:26
significant change and I feel
like that
10:28
flag represents was supposed to
10:30
represent in this country is
10:32
representing people the way
that is
10:33
supposed to haast and so he was
sitting
10:36
none of this kneeling business
and
10:38
that's when I first became
aware of it I
10:39
don't watch anything about
sports I
10:41
don't know that the guy was
sitting but
10:43
it was not that he made a big
deal about
10:45
sitting down for any political
stance he
10:48
was just being malcontents
sitting on
10:50
the bench and not getting up
and not
10:51
even caring and again just
opinions of
10:53
people who know much more about
sports
10:54
than I do
10:55
in that same locker room
interview it's
10:58
a very interesting question not
really
11:00
too concerned about that if
something
11:03
happens
11:03
that's only proven my point dr.
Edwards
11:06
has some experience with public
stances
11:08
this you were talking to him
before
11:09
practices he's someone you've
consulted
11:11
with at any point of I mean
once again
11:16
it wasn't something I consulted
anybody
11:18
on it was a conversation I had
when
11:21
someone asked me about it dr.
Edwards is
11:24
a good friend he's someone I
talked to a
11:26
lot and run a lot of things
behind have
11:27
a lot of conversations with
this is the
11:33
same interview this is before
there was
11:35
any kneeling and he's good
friends and
11:37
was talking to dr. Harry
Edwards before
11:40
the show who is dr. Harry
Edwards does
11:42
it ring a bell for you John cuz
sure
11:44
didn't for me oh yeah no he's a
big shot
11:46
at University of California and
and also
11:49
probably the leading
sociologist in
11:50
sports and he was instrumental
11:53
instrumental in getting in fact
it was
11:57
50 years ago the Olympic
project for
11:59
Human Rights he was the one that
12:01
inspired and and got the
American
12:05
sprinters Tommie Smith and John
Carlos
12:07
to raise their black glove
Black Power
12:10
salute when they won the medals
in
12:13
Mexico City the guy is an
activist super
12:16
activist so he's talking to
Colin
12:19
Kaepernick who's been on the
bench and
12:20
all of a sudden it's like oh
yeah yeah
12:23
this is this is a protest and
and then
12:25
he decides Kaepernick decides
to take a
12:29
knee after former Green Beret
and NFL
12:33
player Nate Boyer told him to
do it
12:35
which is interesting if you're
against
12:37
police brutality and and the
weaponized
12:40
state of America but I former
player
12:43
perhaps here's proof he did that
12:44
according to numerous reports
you had a
12:47
problem you thought it was
disrespectful
12:48
when he initially sat and
according to
12:51
the reports you were one of the
people
12:53
that sort of had an influence
upon him
12:55
in terms of his willing to meal
as
12:57
opposed to sitting down for the
audience
12:59
out there for Americans
everywhere could
13:01
you explain the difference in
your mind
13:04
between kneeling and sitting
13:06
yeah the reporter of course
they're
13:07
interesting I mean a lot of
people I
13:09
think they they thought I was
13:11
encouraging him to protest or
that I was
13:13
behind I was saying Colin you
should
13:15
protest
13:16
social injustice is by taking a
knee and
13:18
that is not the case he was
sitting I
13:20
was hurt by that I think more
than I
13:22
thought his disrespectful just
kind of
13:24
hurt me so through that
conversation you
13:26
know we talked about different
ways to
13:29
demonstrate you know what that
might
13:31
mean to people in my community
in the
13:32
military community and I thought
13:36
kneeling showed reverence in
some way
13:39
and respect in some way to
those that
13:41
fought and many of those that
gave their
13:43
life for what the flag in the
anthem
13:45
represents people take a knee
to pray
13:47
you know anybody almost anybody
stand in
13:50
front of your your wife-to-be
you get
13:52
down on a knee and you ask for
her hand
13:54
in marriage
13:54
out of respect and reverence
for her
13:56
what you just explained did you
explain
13:58
it exactly like that to college
cabinet
14:00
yeah so it wasn't a kneeling
thing in
14:04
the beginning he was I would
surmise
14:07
initially led by dr. Harry
Edwards and
14:11
then he kind of evolved into the
14:13
kneeling which would get it
more up
14:15
front and center I'm sure that
was
14:16
agreeable to everybody who was
in the
14:19
Kaepernick camp and so then we
know what
14:22
happens and just a lot of
back-and-forth
14:24
and Trump gets involved in all
kinds of
14:26
issues and eventually
Kaepernick gets
14:29
his first Nike deal but he also
he tries
14:33
to get hired at third he quits
as and
14:37
again I don't know how all this
works
14:38
but he quit trying to get hired
by
14:39
another team and then it was
the helped
14:45
me out here who was it that the
wanted a
14:47
higher rim damn it it doesn't
well they
14:56
worse they said he was being
blackballed
14:57
and then there was a settlement
and he
14:59
got yeah liked him and some
other player
15:02
got under ten million dollars
before you
15:04
take away the lawyers fees then
he had a
15:07
Nike ad but actually his
girlfriend at
15:09
the time was he was on track to
get
15:12
hired by the team whose name I
can't
15:14
remember she tweeted out a
racist
15:17
picture of the team owner you
know
15:20
photoshopped into Django
Unchained make
15:22
it look like you know the guy
was a was
15:25
a slave owner and so you know
then then
15:28
really nobody wanted
15:29
but whose but whose been doing
these
15:31
deals for well as is typical in
sports
15:35
there's a lawyer and the lawyer
who did
15:37
all these deals for him as Mark
Geragos
15:40
this should ring a bell
15:41
Geragos is also the lawyer for
Jesse
15:47
Smollett
15:48
he's also lawyer for me see who
else
15:53
that he has a couple other of
these fine
15:55
people and at one point even
Michael
15:57
Jackson but where did we hear
the
16:00
Geragos name we heard the
Geragos name
16:02
in connection with a Nike
extortion suit
16:06
which was just dropped from the
media
16:08
you don't hear about it anymore
which
16:09
involved the one and only
Michael
16:12
avenatti you remember there was
16:14
indictments and a big big
brouhaha I
16:17
think what happened here you
know now
16:20
that Colin Kaepernick has
rebranded
16:21
himself with the Nike ad he got
the big
16:23
afro all of a sudden no longer
is he the
16:25
sexy Super Bowl with a sexy
ballplayer
16:29
with all the abs now he's this
social
16:32
justice warrior who doesn't
speak a good
16:34
game really and I don't really
remember
16:37
him speaking about Trayvon
Martin or
16:39
Mike Brown or hands up don't
shoot now
16:42
this all came about after this
after
16:44
this incident where he was
caught
16:45
sitting down he turned it into
kneeling
16:47
this to me if you take the
names into
16:50
account of Jesse Smollett
lawyer Mark
16:56
Geragos his direct connection
with
16:59
Michael avenatti this is an
extortion
17:02
this was this is Al Sharpton
2.0 I don't
17:08
think that this is this is a
promotion
17:10
he came as shoes show up then
then yet
17:13
then I'm wrong then I'm wrong
if the
17:15
shoes show up I'm wrong but
this guy has
17:17
nothing going for him and all
of a
17:19
sudden even though he's not a
17:20
spokesperson he's not out there
talking
17:22
to everybody about it just one
little
17:24
mention they stop I think they
got
17:27
pressured but what it were
where's the
17:31
benefit to anybody
17:32
the payoff extortion deals are
result in
17:38
cash they result in more ads
they will
17:42
result in more
17:43
and colin kaepernick will be
doing more
17:45
for Nike I know I well I don't
I'm not
17:49
seeing that
17:50
no I'm this is again I think the
17:52
Kaepernick thing was a red
herring
17:54
I think Kaepernick is already
out of the
17:56
picture because they moved they
move
17:57
along and these shoes will be
back on
17:58
the market because they're very
17:59
attractive shoes that people
are gonna
18:01
demand them back and they can
the
18:02
backlash and everything is all
set up
18:04
now it's possible if it was an
extortion
18:06
thing that does explain the
Arizona
18:08
turnaround where they ghosts
look look
18:10
at the ravine you started weed
that's
18:12
what we have to get a new
factory I mean
18:13
they could do that I could see
that
18:15
happening but I think they went
to
18:16
Arizona and said hey look this
is just
18:18
part of a promotion I don't
know why
18:19
you're being taken in by this
which is
18:21
my theory and I and both are
equally
18:24
possible I mean they're only
put yeah
18:27
the proof is in the pudding the
proof is
18:29
in the shoe is on the market
beating
18:31
theories and one end a
competitive the
18:33
proof of one or the other will
be
18:35
whether the shoes show up again
as a
18:37
product and the whole thing
though
18:43
here's the problem I'm having
with your
18:46
theory mm-hmm is that why are
they
18:49
bringing out a shoe with a
Betsy Ross
18:51
flag on it in the first place
why not I
18:54
mean it's almost to incite this
kind of
18:57
thing because there is going on
right
18:59
now and this do you hear this
on the
19:01
right-wing talkers a lot the
right-wing
19:03
talkers and I've noticed I
started
19:04
noticing this so much than most
of my
19:06
research went into getting to
the bottom
19:08
of it the right-wing talkers
are going
19:10
on and on about how how and this
19:14
explains if we remember the
Democratic
19:16
national debate there was no
American
19:19
flags on the on the stage
correct and
19:22
you listen to the right-wing
talkers and
19:24
they'll tell you that well you
know
19:25
there's research has indicated
that if
19:28
you see an American flag you
become a
19:30
Republican huh okay and this
research is
19:35
actually valid but it's not
recent
19:37
research and the American flag
has been
19:40
disappearing from stages for
this for
19:42
the problem it's somewhat
problematic
19:44
because of because of a
research report
19:46
there was the first version of
this was
19:48
done in 2008 10 years ago and
it was in
19:55
the political psychology Journal
19:57
and the title is sowing
patriotism but
20:00
reaping nationalism
consequences of
20:02
exposure to the American flag
and this
20:05
is well researched and I want
to read
20:07
for maybe that's why they
didn't have
20:09
the true American flag and the
original
20:11
13 colonies flag so is still
not to make
20:14
people Republican by looking at
shoes
20:16
but it's possible possible I
think that
20:20
flag is very attractive by the
way just
20:22
a brief exposure to an image of
the
20:24
American flag shit this is from
the
20:26
abstract shifts voters even
Democrats to
20:31
Republican beliefs attitudes
and voting
20:34
behavior even though most don't
believe
20:36
it will impact their their
politics
20:38
according to a new two-year
study just
20:40
published by the scholarly
psychological
20:42
science what's more according
to three
20:44
authors from the University of
Chicago
20:45
Cornell and Hebrew University
the impact
20:49
has staying power power a single
20:51
exposure to the American flag
resulted
20:53
in significant increase in
participants
20:56
Republican voting intentions
voting
20:58
behavior political beliefs an
implicit
21:00
and explicit and implicit
attitudes with
21:04
some effects lasting eight
months these
21:07
results constitute the first
evidence
21:08
that non conscious prime
priming effects
21:11
from exposure to a national
flag can
21:13
bias the citizenry toward one
political
21:15
party and can have considerable
21:17
durability now that that study
is backed
21:20
up in 2011 eight years ago yeah
but hold
21:25
on hold on hold on hold it
you're
21:27
conflating a lot of things no
no I'm
21:30
just I'm just reading you
disinformation
21:31
you can you can analyze it
after I'm
21:33
done
21:34
I'm not conflating anything I'm
just
21:36
reading from an abstract this
is the one
21:39
that actually studies the
singing and
21:41
this was done in dissociation
for
21:44
psychological science a single
exposure
21:48
to the American flag shift
support
21:50
toward republicanism up to
eight months
21:52
later and this is that's
another whole
21:57
research and this was all done
a while
22:00
ago but if you listen to
right-wing
22:01
talkers you think that this
happened
22:03
yesterday all this is
information it's
22:05
not yesterday it's been going
on for a
22:06
while the Republicans and the
Democrats
22:08
both know it today
22:10
Kratts keep the flag off the
stages if
22:12
they can Obama didn't do that
he had the
22:15
flag all over the place
22:17
the Republicans try to get the
flags up
22:19
they don't try hard enough that
which
22:21
seems to me to be stupid so the
22:22
Republicans are dumb and the
Democrats
22:24
are being kind of wily this
became a
22:27
topic of conversation a little
before
22:30
the shoes came out so when the
flag
22:31
shows up on the shoes I think
it started
22:34
this discussion underlying
discussion
22:36
that's going on because they
brought
22:37
this to everybody's attention
and so the
22:39
Democrats and Republicans are
now taking
22:41
two sides on the flag and the
shoes are
22:43
an emblematic aspect of it and
Nikes
22:45
just taking advantage of it
okay so
22:47
you're telling me that a 100
billion
22:49
dollar company international
company sat
22:53
down at a marketing meeting and
said
22:55
here's a great idea we will use
race
22:59
race to promote these shoes
resulting in
23:05
this kind of discourse on
bullcrap news
23:08
television yeah cuz it you know
words
23:10
matter symbols matter - why
don't we
23:12
wear a swastika
23:13
for July 4th because I don't
know it
23:15
makes it makes a difference the
cross
23:17
burning on somebody's lawn why
don't we
23:18
just have a Nike you know
celebration of
23:21
the well because those those
symbols are
23:23
symbols of hate so we can take
PC
23:26
culture back it's amazing to me
the
23:27
people who require the loudest
about PC
23:29
are the ones who didn't show up
on the
23:31
fence first occurred who didn't
defend
23:33
the people who were victims of
white
23:35
supremacy or racism or sexism or
23:37
misogyny but now pop up and say
hey
23:39
let's not be too PC if you
ain't fought
23:41
the battle if you haven't
celebrated the
23:43
process you can't acclaim the
product so
23:45
at this point I think people
need to be
23:47
honest about it and say it's
not a
23:49
matter of PC there are many
people
23:50
within communities of color who
23:52
understand complexity
complication you
23:54
can't have it the way you want
it but
23:55
something so glaring and so
apparent
23:57
that has to be dealt with
23:59
so Nike actually had this
meeting and
24:02
said this is a great idea we're
gonna
24:04
use race to divide everybody to
demote
24:07
our shoes devolved the flag the
flag
24:11
Republic does all these to
announce I
24:13
just read you that you're
criticizing
24:14
before both of them aren't
talking about
24:16
race neither one of them talks
about
24:18
race they're talking about the
24:20
controversy between Democrats
and
24:21
Republicans
24:22
Carlin cat
24:23
yeah but colin kaepernick
didn't say
24:25
anything about the flag and
that he's
24:27
the the report is it's racist
you have a
24:30
tape of Colin Kaepernick saying
anything
24:32
it's only thank you this is
exactly my
24:35
point
24:37
exactly my point why is that
there's
24:40
nothing that he's not out there
being a
24:42
big social justice warrior
against this
24:44
it's Nike set up we got a call
we got to
24:47
pull it off the shelves really
no yes no
24:50
no no no this is extortion to
show back
24:53
up and it may even be part of a
24:55
longer-term strategy where they
don't
24:57
only show back the Nike should
be
25:00
ashamed of themselves Flags
Nike should
25:03
be ashamed of themselves and it
caught
25:05
flags and if Colin Kaepernick
shows up
25:08
doing doing more Nike promotion
or some
25:11
kind of political correctness
promotion
25:14
whatever it is somewhere
someone got
25:16
paid off for this I just can't
believe
25:19
that a company would risk that
there the
25:22
whole operation what if that
came out
25:25
hey I got a great idea we're
gonna
25:26
promote this this is just my
thesis this
25:32
is this is not even close to
coming I
25:35
was never gonna come out this
is well
25:37
the the promotion part I've
heard
25:39
several people's take on this
and and
25:41
you know it's it's a reasonable
thought
25:44
but it's really not because
isn't
25:46
there's no way a company like
this comes
25:49
up with that kind of marketing
strategy
25:51
where they kept a secret oh
well how
25:53
these great shoes I don't know
what it
25:55
cost to bring some shoes to
market but
25:56
it's you know you got design
you got
25:58
manufacture you got shipping
packaging
26:00
you got marketing slave labor
and then
26:02
and then all of a sudden we're
gonna
26:03
pull back there's a great idea
we're
26:05
gonna create some some some
political
26:07
and racial controversy just
before July
26:10
4 different or again I don't
think the
26:14
racial thing was an element I
think it
26:16
just happened to come into it
because
26:17
who would think that Betsy Ross
flag had
26:20
anything to do with race it was
like was
26:22
that was the crazy part that
was like
26:23
the crate is so far as insofar
as the
26:25
marketing guys concerned that's
a bonus
26:28
all right well I think you're
wrong and
26:30
we shall see but please believe
me
26:35
at the Al Sharpton and Jesse
Jackson
26:37
model has not kept up with
technology is
26:40
not kept up they've not kept up
with the
26:43
with the perfect scam they're
not doing
26:45
it right anymore this is a good
one and
26:48
look at the people involved
Mark Geragos
26:51
Michael avenatti who were
indicted for
26:53
extorting Nike Mike 11 I had
nothing to
26:57
do with the Betsy Ross flag
incident
27:01
there's no connection between
avenatti
27:04
and this particular thing
you're talking
27:05
the connection is between
avenatti and
27:07
Geragos who were both named in
an
27:10
extortion suit against Nike
this past
27:13
year then was they tried to
extort 20
27:17
million dollars by saying that
Nike was
27:19
going around I'm not arguing
that that's
27:22
a fact Colin Kaepernick is a
client of
27:26
Margar agos yes his clients
guilt by
27:29
association thing which I think
is valid
27:31
in this case is set for
avenatti he's
27:33
got nothing to do with this
scam okay
27:38
well I mean if he does he's
really
27:40
fucked but I know what you're
thinking I
27:44
think it's a good I think it's
very well
27:46
constructed but unless if the
shoes
27:49
don't come out then you're
right all
27:53
right that's it's that simple
and it
27:55
doesn't count if they come out
with a
27:56
different flag no actually I I'm
28:02
thinking they do it from a
marketing
28:04
perspective what you want to do
is come
28:06
out with a bunch of different
flags
28:08
including the Betsy Ross flag
well Ross
28:11
flag has to be in play cuz the
guy that
28:14
black professors going on about
the
28:16
Betsy Ross flag me something to
do with
28:18
slavery is ludicrous
28:21
right but did you know he's all
American
28:23
flags did you know to slay Flay
did you
28:25
notice how the mainstream
jumped on this
28:28
couldn't come up with an actual
28:31
historical reason why this flag
is
28:34
racist and so the narrative has
become
28:38
there are groups who use that
flag
28:42
yeah dice that's the bullcrap
right
28:46
let's look at the game okay can
you have
28:48
any website I want to see if
they're web
28:51
you know this is John this is
truly a
28:54
false flag come on now
29:02
my goodness I'm looking here at
the KKK
29:06
yeah entering together they got
a Nazi
29:09
symbol on a on a clover leaf
they got a
29:13
bunch of things but I'm not
seeing Betsy
29:16
Ross so this is I think you're
I think
29:21
that by the way I think you're
dead-on
29:22
that has to be what happened
the media
29:25
had this thing they had to find
some
29:27
connection to racism so they
found maybe
29:30
there's one group of some old
layer or
29:34
whatever they call themselves
as Betsy
29:36
Ross flag is a symbol I don't
know of it
29:38
hey I just I didn't it sure not
shown as
29:42
a symbol in blue and the what
the hell's
29:46
the name of that clan movie
that was
29:49
done by Spike Lee black Klansmen
29:55
well there's one who was there
of Betsy
29:57
Ross flag in that I
30:01
no I don't think so I don't
think so and
30:03
it wasn't in the movie I'm
thinking of
30:04
the great movie that was done
in the
30:05
late 20s that something in
nations Birth
30:09
of a Nation Birth of a Nation
was about
30:12
the origins of the Klan and
there was no
30:14
Betsy Ross flag ever reference
this
30:16
bullcrap so the so the genesis
of the
30:20
story is from the Wall Street
Journal
30:22
and I'll read from the story
Nike Inc is
30:25
yanking AUSA themed sneaker
featuring an
30:28
early American flag after NFL
star
30:30
turned activist Colin
Kaepernick told
30:32
the company it shouldn't sell a
shoe
30:34
with a symbol that he and others
30:35
consider offensive according to
people
30:38
familiar with the matter so ill
you with
30:45
the matter so this so I don't
think
30:48
Kaepernick even called the
company
30:50
someone started someone started
this
30:53
thing going maybe it went
straight to
30:55
the to The Wall Street Journal
who knows
30:57
it was according to people
familiar or
31:00
familiar with the matter and I
think
31:04
Nike heard this went holy crap
we got to
31:08
stop this shit that's a
possibility but
31:11
that again shit says the shoes
will
31:13
never come out but after all
this from
31:15
another person just read listen
31:16
Kaepernick is a public
personality he
31:19
has an agent you can call him
why does
31:21
the Wall Street Journal not
call him why
31:24
let me read the column you can
say he's
31:26
not available for comment let
me read
31:27
the next let me read the next
paragraph
31:29
it would answer your question
after
31:31
images of the shoe were posted
online
31:33
mr. Kaepernick and Nike
endorser with no
31:36
more contract reached out the
company
31:38
officials saying that he and
others felt
31:40
the Betsy Ross flag is an
offensive
31:42
symbol because of its
connection to an
31:44
era of slavery the people said
some
31:47
users on social media responded
to posts
31:49
about the shoe with similar
concerns mr.
31:51
Kaepernick declined to comment
now if
31:56
this way why would he declined
to
31:58
comment because all had to
happen was
32:01
this news had to come out so
that they
32:03
would be for joy talking from
your that
32:05
perspective hell with that
32:06
I'm talking about the
journalistic
32:08
perspective if you're writing a
story
32:11
and this guy's got a you've got
a rumor
32:14
that this guy said
32:15
something he's a public
personality with
32:17
an agent and you can get a hold
of it
32:18
apparently they did but he
declined to
32:20
comment why would he declined
to comment
32:23
he's an activist he would have
commented
32:25
exactly made his story is bogus
maybe it
32:29
was Geragos who said maybe I'll
have
32:32
Collin talk about your damn
shoe well
32:35
that no that's getting into the
32:37
conspiracy side of things but I
do but
32:42
again why wouldn't they quote
Geragos
32:46
because you're a journalist and
you're
32:48
writing this story you're
getting people
32:50
on the record on this one
because it's
32:51
not like it's a secret in the
White
32:53
House it's not something from
the CIA
32:55
that you can be thrown in jail
for
32:57
revealing this is a simple
thing yeah
33:00
well maybe why doesn't Geragos
get
33:02
quoted why doesn't Kaepernick
get voted
33:04
that people familiar with the
thing who
33:07
is who is the people why don't
we call
33:09
them well that's why I was so
interested
33:11
when I heard your your clip
they said
33:13
there was no mention of
Kaepernick in
33:15
the retraction of the shoe
announcement
33:18
that's interesting the whole
thing
33:22
stinks yes but we'll keep it at
this
33:25
we'll keep it between promotion
and
33:27
blackmail and and we'll keep it
and we
33:30
can disagree on this well no we
won't be
33:34
disagreeing forever no no when
I'm right
33:36
you will come to me and you
will come
33:37
gross not gonna have that
alrighty then
33:44
congratulations to Gabe comm
they joined
33:48
the well at least they they
released
33:51
their new system today which is
a
33:55
mastodon clone or a fork I
should say
33:58
and they have not completely
federated
34:02
yet so I haven't been able to I
can
34:04
follow myself from no agenda
social
34:06
c'mon gab I haven't been able
to do with
34:08
the other way around posts
aren't
34:09
showing up yet but it's a big
thing that
34:12
they're doing and already the
social
34:16
justice mastodon feta verse is
is
34:19
laughing at them and tell them
that
34:21
they're losers why thank you if
you're
34:25
into this federated thing like
you are
34:27
because they
34:28
why would you not just
encourage the
34:31
whole world to go well holdin
to know
34:35
the Fed of that you know the
Fed of ours
34:37
is run by social justice
warriors
34:40
you know it's built by oh yes
that's
34:43
right you told me this is built
by them
34:44
they're ready to block as soon
as they
34:47
come on not everybody did their
phonies
34:50
they're just a bunch of Nazis
that you
34:52
know that's true that's that's
what
34:54
that's what they're saying yeah
so now
34:56
that you know they've got this
up and
34:57
running and it's not really up
and
34:59
running yet immediately it's
like ah
35:01
losers I'd I say give them give
them a
35:04
week or so to get everything
going it'll
35:07
take longer than that maybes
you know
35:09
you got a lot you got a lot of
users
35:11
you're trying to make the the
pub/sub
35:14
activity work and everything I
can just
35:16
see all the problems but it's
it's a
35:20
start it's a start
35:23
well good it's a gap is a a
little more
35:28
open than Twitter that's for
sure well
35:31
yeah but you know and there's
more and
35:33
more Nazis which is a lot more
fun a
35:37
single Nazi posts and I don't
really do
35:40
much on gab I just seems to me
to be
35:44
pretty much like Twitter only a
little
35:46
more complaining yeah and you
don't see
35:50
post with this tweet is not
available I
35:52
don't see that which is the
thing that
35:55
bothers me the most
35:56
well I mean I hope I never go
to gap and
35:59
see this tweet is not available
anyway
36:04
moving away from the United
States for a
36:06
moment we have some big news
coming from
36:12
the Euro land from the eurozone
as it
36:16
looks like there have been some
36:18
decisions made in the
leadership now the
36:24
way it works in and I have a
couple of
36:26
clips here the way it works in
the
36:27
European Parliament we have the
European
36:29
with the European Parliament of
which we
36:31
have a president we have the
European
36:32
Commission we have the European
Council
36:35
then we have the European
Central Bank
36:37
and you recall that
36:40
we had the Spitz and Connie dot
process
36:43
which is each of the parties
the big
36:47
parties in each of the 27
member states
36:49
all say okay here's here's the
person we
36:51
would like to have as the
president of
36:53
the Council of the Commission
of the
36:56
Parliament and choose between
one of
37:00
these and then I think it is
the council
37:03
itself who goes into the back
room and
37:05
deliberates for days on end and
they
37:07
choose by secret ballot they
choose the
37:10
winners it doesn't necessarily
have to
37:11
be the Spitz and Connie Dot
37:13
interestingly enough well
there's more
37:15
than just a little frustration
amongst
37:16
every piece here in Strasbourg
about
37:18
what's happened over the last
couple of
37:20
days that yet again it is the
council
37:22
that is taking control of who
should get
37:24
the top jobs in Europe for the
last
37:27
couple of decades this place the
37:29
European Parliament has been
trying to
37:30
exert its authority its
legitimacy it
37:33
would argue as only directly
elected
37:36
elements of the EU institutions
that it
37:39
should be able to put forward
its
37:40
candidates to take over those
leach jobs
37:43
that's what the spritzing
candidate
37:44
process was all about it
happened in
37:47
2014 with jean-claude Juncker
but it
37:49
seems to have no ties with
jean-claude
37:53
Juncker because when you look
at it none
37:55
of the lead candidates form this
37:57
Parliament have managed to make
it into
37:59
those and top their jobs they
are
38:02
frustrated here because they
look at
38:04
those decisions made in
Brussels in the
38:05
back rooms in which leaders
have been
38:08
essentially writing our names
and
38:10
scratchy notes and others there
is not
38:12
as they would say here very
transparent
38:14
not very democratic so who
exactly was
38:18
chosen well it should come as no
38:20
surprise that a German leader
is always
38:22
needed at the head of the the
European
38:25
Union project since it truly is
the
38:28
German Reich that is running
this where
38:30
German gotta have it gotta have
a German
38:33
running the show but we know
what the
38:35
choices were based on because we
38:37
actually titled one of our
shows after
38:39
the reason for the choice of
the people
38:41
who have been chosen national
leaders
38:43
have finally agreed on the
nominations
38:46
for the EU stop jobs but their
choices
38:48
still have to be approved by the
38:49
European Parliament two women
have been
38:52
four key posts Germany's Defense
38:55
Minister Ursula from the lion
to head
38:57
the EU Commission and the
French head of
38:59
the IMF Christine Lagarde the
European
39:02
Central Bank
39:03
well the European Council made
up of
39:05
leaders from all 28 member
states had
39:08
spent a grueling three days in
Brussels
39:10
trying to thrash out a
compromise after
39:13
marathon negotiations holding
the
39:15
leaders in Brussels for three
days an
39:18
agreement Belgian Prime
Minister Sharma
39:20
shell the only person actually
present
39:22
at this summit who'll take one
of the
39:24
top jobs as european council
president
39:27
but it's the last-minute
outsider german
39:30
defence minister ursula von der
Leyen to
39:33
take what's considered
president we have
39:39
chosen two women and two men
for the
39:42
four key positions the other
woman did
39:52
you know that Europe is a woman
yeah
39:57
after all its first of all he
says
39:58
gender balance we knew that's
what it
40:00
was gonna come down to oh we
got two
40:01
women we got two men were
gender balance
40:03
we are so fair about it
40:11
there you go Europe is a woman
Romer
40:14
just remember that the other
woman is
40:16
Christine Lagarde head of the
40:17
International Monetary Fund and
former
40:19
French finance minister notably
the
40:21
European Commission president
is not
40:23
being selected as the lead
candidate
40:25
from the winning political
grouping in
40:28
the European Parliament
40:29
that would have been Manfred
Weber from
40:31
the EPP well von der Leyen
40:34
is from the EPP political
family this
40:36
choice may mean the so called
spittin
40:38
candidate system is now over so
not only
40:43
did they not choose to they
wanted hold
40:44
on a second
40:45
so that's a huge surprise the
the actual
40:48
way that might be somewhat
democratic is
40:50
now kicked out the door goodbye
and
40:54
Ang's and Widdicombe of the
brexit party
40:58
Nigel Farage's party in the
European
41:00
Parliament she was pissed off
about it
41:04
Thank You president it's a
great honor
41:06
speak on behalf of the largest
single
41:08
party in this place and may I
say that I
41:13
if I needed any convincing at
all that
41:16
the best thing for Britain is
to leave
41:19
here as soon as possible it was
the way
41:22
that those elections were
conducted
41:23
yesterday because if that is
this
41:27
place's idea of democracy then
that is a
41:31
serious betrayal of every
country that
41:35
is represented here because it
is not
41:38
democratic at all and that is
just one
41:42
of many reasons why Britain is
right to
41:46
be leaving this place hopefully
on
41:49
Halloween and it is right
because there
41:54
is a pattern consistent
throughout
41:57
history of oppressed people
turning on
42:01
the oppressors slaves against
their
42:04
owners the peasantry against
the feudal
42:08
barons colonies mr. Verhofstadt
against
42:11
their empires and that is why
Britain is
42:16
leaving and it doesn't matter
which
42:20
language you use we are going
and we are
42:24
glad to be going I represent the
42:27
southwest of the United first
day but
42:36
this place is decided least
this place
42:39
hasn't the powers-that-be have
decided
42:41
to actually increase the size of
42:44
fishermen's meshes thereby
reducing
42:48
their income by 40 percent
that's what
42:50
you do here that's why we're
going that
42:53
ruler their gang we're artists
42:58
[Applause]
43:01
the the troll room correctly
identified
43:04
this as a as a complete dead
ringer for
43:07
any Monty Python sketch and
then to end
43:12
up with V again I didn't know
but like
43:14
those those those women in the
thirty
43:16
thirties comedies that used to
have that
43:18
high common character in the
1930s WC
43:26
Fields used them by the Marx
Brothers
43:27
used them died conceived a few
of them
43:30
there's Margery I can't
remember her
43:32
last name there's a bunch of
them and
43:34
they could do that voice I'm
went to
43:38
dinner a friend of Mines house
one time
43:40
in and outside of he's evidence
sèvres
43:43
outside of Paris and yet they
brought
43:46
over their cousin or something
and she's
43:48
a young woman about in her I
guess
43:50
thirties mayor young thirties
or real
43:52
late 20s maybe and she as a
young person
43:55
actually had that voice I've
never heard
43:59
it in the wild ever I was my
jaws
44:02
dropped the whole haha I learned
44:04
something but he talked like
this I
44:06
learned something new in that
clip that
44:07
the EU EU is determining what
kind of
44:10
toilet you can have how much
water can
44:13
flush what kind of light bulb
you can
44:14
have you know these are all
things that
44:16
people get pretty
44:16
about good at the public I did
not
44:19
realize that they had put in a
44:20
regulation to increase the Nets
the size
44:23
of the netting apparently
smaller fish
44:26
get through these guys their
brazen man
44:30
no no no that Nets illegal oh
you can't
44:32
use that there's a before I
have one
44:35
more thing from Nigel Farage
but there's
44:37
also now a European directive
for
44:40
electric vehicles in the EU I
think by
44:43
2022
44:44
they all have to make noise cuz
44:48
otherwise just blind people who
get run
44:50
over yeah this is this is the S
sound
44:53
this is the sounds that are
being
44:55
proposed yeah these are the
system right
44:57
no it's not a joke from the BBC
45:02
that's the sound the electric
vehicles
45:05
are supposed to make a song
sounds like
45:09
somebody is like a bad organ
player I
45:11
think they should use this if
the place
45:15
is crawling with these cars
making their
45:17
noise you don't nuts this is
the one you
45:20
want that's what you want that
would be
45:32
some seen that coming down the
road now
45:35
before you go on which I wanted
here
45:37
there's next step obviously is
don't
45:40
what do you think is going on
with
45:41
christine lagarde cuz she would
she's
45:43
for the Americans in the IMF I
believe
45:47
do you think she's gonna be a
mole over
45:50
there or she's just gonna
switch sides
45:52
to be coming to you oh no no no
this is
45:55
complete complete globalization
you know
45:59
the u.s. actively worked
getting here in
46:01
that role by Framing Dominique
46:04
strauss-kahn remember how fast
that went
46:06
oh yeah that was a quickie like
and it
46:09
was Cyrus Vance yeah Jim
Comey's buddy a
46:12
lot of people involved in all
that just
46:14
he just part of the same
globalist
46:15
network yeah I think so but I
but to
46:18
have her in charge of the
European
46:20
Central Bank oh man that's
interesting
46:22
that's a big deal that's that
should be
46:24
fun to watch good old Fifi she
has no
46:27
banking experience he's not a
banker
46:29
she's not a banker
46:31
he's a globalist shill so at
the at the
46:35
inauguration of all the new
members of
46:37
the European Parliament they
decided to
46:39
play the european union
national anthem
46:42
which is Beethoven's Ode to Joy
a fine
46:45
Austrian composer they always
resort
46:48
back to the same kinds of
things in
46:50
Germany don't they everybody a
minor
46:52
back sooner than later and how
the
46:54
Valkyries are on their way
46:55
and so the brexit party stood
up and
46:58
turned their backs as it played
they
47:02
played the anthem you see and
we didn't
47:04
stand up as the others did all
ramrod
47:06
straight to attention we sat
47:08
and the president of the
Parliament mr.
47:09
Dajani Italian said it is
polite to
47:13
stand up when the anthem of
another
47:16
nation is playing he called
this place a
47:19
nation so we obeyed his
instructions and
47:22
we did stand up but we just
face the
47:24
other way yep you offended a
lot of
47:26
people I spoke to Mme piece who
said
47:28
they thought it was
disrespectful you
47:31
are a member of this Parliament
your
47:34
other 28 MEP s remember members
of this
47:37
Parliament surely you should
have just
47:39
stood up when the anthem was
played that
47:41
is in tribute to this
Parliament well I
47:44
think it was disrespectful
47:45
what is disrespectful is to
take the
47:47
ancient nation states of Europe
and
47:50
without asking anybody's
permission
47:51
attorney into my country
because that's
47:54
what the president of the
Parliament
47:55
called it this morning I mean
that's
47:56
really disgraceful and I'm not
gonna
47:59
stand to attention for this
anthem no
48:02
way I'll show respect for any
anthem of
48:05
any other country in the world
but not a
48:07
false creation like this and I
think we
48:09
did the right thing
48:10
no I agree especially when they
said
48:14
it's a nation it's a national
anthem of
48:17
the European nation
installation error
48:20
mmm the whole thing is
ludicrous may
48:24
have been the guy saying you
know you
48:25
will stand for the nationalism
of any
48:27
other nation when I stand for
this I
48:29
mean I think it may have been a
garage
48:32
maybe over oh well he's always
been
48:35
against the national anthem of
the
48:36
European Union and I can
understand
48:38
they're not a really a union
yet I maybe
48:41
should take it Annie get some
Nike books
48:47
while you're at it
48:48
I'm Nike then one other thing
out of
48:54
Europe I mean I find myself in
an
48:56
extremely difficult position I
I think I
49:00
know what to do but it's very
hard for
49:02
me as as you know I'm a big fan
of the
49:05
World Cup soccer for women yeah
and the
49:09
big games coming up and you're
you're
49:11
between a rock and a hard place
I've got
49:13
the the the American ladies
I've got the
49:16
Dutch ladies yeah
49:18
- first of all I'm really happy
that
49:20
they both made it to the finals
cuz I
49:22
mean this really made my day
although
49:24
the game between Sweden and the
49:26
Netherlands uh I was thinking
of you
49:29
like this is boring it was a
pretty
49:34
boring game it's a very boring
game I'd
49:37
like very much that the USA got
into the
49:40
finals without the troublemaker
Rapinoe
49:43
so you know it shows that she's
not
49:45
necessary to to win matches and
that is
49:49
Alex Morgan who was capped who
capped
49:52
the the game she did a nice
little
49:55
drinking tea at the end they're
like
49:57
screw you limeys it was I
thought it was
49:59
fantastic the Brits are crazy
on Twitter
50:02
they're all mad as it were rude
now
50:05
first of all let's start with
this they
50:07
make the crazy observation that
the
50:10
Americans are arrogant and rude
50:12
Americans arrogant and rude
what what
50:16
there's gambling going on
what's holy
50:20
what an insult no this was the
insult
50:23
they were playing on Twitter it
was well
50:26
the Americans were oh they were
laying
50:27
down on the field the whole
time there
50:30
are they were faking all their
injuries
50:31
but of course they do that
because here
50:33
in Europe at least you can get
medical
50:35
care I'm like okay well at
least we
50:41
brakes it in properly bitch
yeah this is
50:50
great
50:50
I like today I mean the game is
best
50:52
dumb game it's boring I'm not a
big fan
50:54
but I do like the fact that we
have this
50:56
this woman's kick-ass team and
you know
50:59
America is typically in their
sports
51:02
they likes one team to just be
horribly
51:04
dominant and he hateful you
first you
51:08
like him because he started
under the
51:09
Warriors a good example mm-hmm
and then
51:11
they get really big too big for
their
51:13
own britches they won't go to
the White
51:14
House and just show you know
they their
51:17
own the place oh yeah we're
expected to
51:19
win then they lose so it's a
very common
51:24
just like a theme it's like a
like a
51:26
melodrama it's corny but fun so
sunday
51:29
is the big game
51:30
so I guess we'll have to run a
best-of
51:37
yeah I know what's on it
midnight anyway
51:41
isn't something like that yeah
but the
51:43
score with the know the game
plays way
51:45
before midnight the game audion
are
51:47
midnight anyway how can you
this this is
51:50
what kills me it's like no I'm
not gonna
51:52
watch the game at at night
after it's
51:55
already over
51:56
oh yes dumb yeah so we'll know
the score
52:00
live sports the reason with
streaming
52:02
services having live sports
because the
52:04
word live is important to
sports fans
52:07
esight you know it's like the
spoiler
52:09
alert and everything in between
52:11
the in sports it's like you
you're it's
52:15
been shown they've done studies
if you
52:16
are rooting for one of the
teams your
52:18
emotions are pretty much on par
with the
52:20
level of the emotions on the
team when
52:21
the team wins you're related in
a very
52:24
positive way to your system
exhibits
52:27
elation and when you lose your
system
52:30
you're the fan but you still
almost get
52:33
as much depression about losing
as the
52:35
team does and so that so you
want to
52:37
experience that in real time
because you
52:40
can't experience it if it's a
three days
52:43
old it's like the exhale bread
yes and
52:48
you have to stay away from
social media
52:50
and you can't look at anything
because
52:52
if people spoil the game there
I rarely
52:56
unless it was something that
was you
52:58
know some crazy thing took
place that
53:01
you'd want to watch it in the
replay you
53:03
know I'm the guy that watches
about two
53:06
sports games a year one is the
Super
53:09
Bowl oh maybe I'll that won't
even watch
53:11
the World Series really
basketball is
53:14
too fast for me I guess it's
just Super
53:15
Bowl and then the World Cup
World Cup
53:17
soccer in this case yeah I've
been a big
53:19
fan I would be happier if this
was
53:22
women's field hockey because I
think
53:25
that's that's just like the
shorts
53:27
skirts that's that's the sport
that
53:29
would make it in America for
that very
53:31
reason thank you very much
volleyball
53:36
sex is very sexist approach
you're
53:39
taking here I don't see it as a
man
53:41
versus woman sex thing at all I
see it
53:44
as
53:44
line athletes out there
competing and
53:49
it's gonna be the end of this -
this
53:52
will be the end of it we're not
we won't
53:54
beat you I mean you just enjoy
well you
53:56
can't because pretty soon men
53:58
identifying his women will be
become the
54:01
USA national women's team yeah
just a
54:04
bunch of big burly guys let's
dudes
54:07
winning well luckily that
hasn't crept
54:12
into FIFA yet so I guess we're
lucky in
54:15
that regard man anything there
was a lot
54:21
of noise about the wall and the
cages
54:24
wait maybe start here the
because we be
54:30
another the end of this month
until we
54:31
get more democratic debates but
I did
54:34
just want to play two clips
about Kamala
54:38
Harris now she has been
backtracking her
54:43
her hand raising to the give
54:47
undocumented immigrants
universal health
54:51
care which was the entire
lineup on that
54:55
evening of the debates they all
like
54:57
yeah sure no problem oment in
the debate
55:03
was when every candidate was
asked to
55:04
raise their hand if they would
abolish
55:06
private insurance in that
moment you
55:09
raised your hand but afterwards
your
55:11
campaign says actually that's
not your
55:12
position so what is your
position on
55:14
private insurance so the
question was
55:17
would you be willing to give up
your
55:19
private insurance that's not
how it was
55:23
right okay yeah it's
necessarily what I
55:26
heard okay let's just remind
miss Harris
55:29
of what was actually asked
raise your
55:32
hand it covered if your
government plan
55:33
would provide coverage for
undocumented
55:37
that's not quite the same as if
you
55:39
would do that and in terms of I
am
55:42
supportive of Medicare for all
and under
55:45
Medicare for all policy private
55:47
insurance would certainly exist
and for
55:49
supplemental coverage but
Medicare for
55:52
all and my vision of it we would
55:54
actually extend benefits so for
example
55:56
vision care dental care hearing
aids
55:58
which work we are not covered
and anyone
56:01
you know who's a senior can
tell you
56:02
they're extremely a jurist
massive and
56:04
people have to come out of
pocket you
56:06
don't have to be a senior to
have
56:07
hearing aids I'm not voting for
her pay
56:09
for them included in my
perspective on
56:12
the issue of private insurance
is this
56:14
and I told the story last night
56:16
look any night in America there
is some
56:19
parent who's got a child who
has a fever
56:21
blah blah blah I don't want to
hear her
56:23
death be on the lookout for the
term
56:27
weaponized ignorant be on the
lookout
56:31
for it yes okay yeah this is as
there
56:36
have been black leaders out
there taught
56:38
if you if you're talking about
56:40
Kamla Harris not being
african-american
56:43
not being an American black
let's say
56:47
you were Atos then you will be
called
56:49
out for your weaponized
ignorant house
56:53
it weaponized I mean I guess a
being
56:56
call out for your ignorant even
though
56:58
there's no ignorance involved
it's
57:00
actually a deeper understanding
but you
57:02
can say that's ignorance from an
57:03
ignorant point of view what's
the weapon
57:07
is I don't know but I'm just
telling
57:09
them I'm seeing this I'm
hearing this
57:11
weaponize ignorance I have the
to camel
57:15
versus Don junior tweets clips
okay they
57:19
were taken to an extreme on
Democracy
57:21
Now with just a lot of bullshit
57:23
California senator and
presidential
57:25
candidate Kamala Harris is
writing a new
57:28
wave of momentum following her
debate
57:30
performance last week when she
57:32
challenged Joe Biden's past
history of
57:34
working with segregationist
lawmakers
57:37
and his opposition to busing to
57:39
integrate schools and in 1970s
57:41
well Harris has jumped in
several
57:43
opinion polls there's been also
a
57:44
right-wing backlash online on
Thursday
57:48
the president
57:48
son Donald Trump jr. retweeted
a message
57:51
from an ultra-right personality
that
57:53
read quote Carla Harris is not
an
57:55
American black she's half
Indian and
57:57
half Jamaican I'm so sick of
people
57:59
robbing American blacks like
myself of
58:02
our history it's disgusting
58:03
Harris's family were actually
slave
58:05
owners so the tweet said Donald
Trump
58:08
jr. reposted this so the tweet
said yeah
58:12
so the tweet said so now when
she says
58:16
that is she implied when she
said the
58:19
way she positions this comment
this is
58:23
implying that the tweet is
bullshit
58:25
because yes the same saying she
claimed
58:29
it's like it's not just like
claimed but
58:34
it was also the intonation so
the tweet
58:37
said in other words Campbell
Harris is
58:40
not Jamaican and Indian and her
parent
58:43
here and her ancestors never
owned
58:46
slaves is that what Amy is
implying
58:51
weaponizing said that she's
half Indian
58:55
half Jamaican and her ancestors
owned
58:58
slaves
58:58
yeah is that true or not that
is true
59:01
well then why is Amy implying
that is
59:04
not true because Amy is a
douchebag okay
59:09
continue off of our history it's
59:11
disgusting
59:12
Harris's family were actually
slave
59:14
owners so the tweet said Donald
Trump
59:17
jr. reposted the tweet adding
is this
59:20
true Wow
59:22
Trump jr. then deleted the
tweet later
59:26
that night after coming under
fire from
59:28
several other twenty20
presidential
59:31
candidates including Joe Biden
who
59:33
tweeted quote the same forces
of hatred
59:34
Rudin birtherism that
questioned Barack
59:36
Obama's American citizenship
and even
59:38
his racial identity are now
being used
59:41
against Senator Kamala Harris
unquote
59:43
now please tell me that right
after that
59:45
Amy and her Democracy Now
cohorts went
59:49
into Kamala's parents and their
history
59:52
and and where she grew up in
where she
59:55
went to school and and her true
heritage
59:57
they did that I'm sure it's
democracy
59:59
now after all
1:00:00
I'd like the fact that you use
using my
1:00:02
bit I know it's crazy I'm doing
sports
1:00:05
I'm doing your well let's
answer that
1:00:07
question with the next thing
that
1:00:09
happens here 2020 Democratic
1:00:11
presidential hopeful Julian
Castro told
1:00:13
CNN Donald Trump jr. behaved
like a
1:00:15
coward this is the game these
folks play
1:00:18
they put something out there
you notice
1:00:20
what he did he tweeted it out
and then
1:00:23
he deleted it like a coward so
he can
1:00:26
say oh that was just a mistake
but he
1:00:27
knows what he's doing he's
giving voice
1:00:30
to these racist you know
utterances
1:00:35
about Senator Harris you know
we need to
1:00:39
dispel them immediately and
condemn them
1:00:41
and then not give them any more
life
1:00:43
because they're disgusting
1:00:46
well I'm no that is clearly no
that's a
1:00:52
no instead they attack him as
being a
1:00:55
racist pig now the thing that's
1:00:59
interesting to me about this
little
1:01:01
brouhaha and which is based on
the
1:01:04
simple fact that she's half
Indian half
1:01:06
Jamaican I mean so what well
they just
1:01:08
admit it no no you can't admit
it so
1:01:12
this is what's the interesting
it but
1:01:14
the and that's a fact
1:01:16
and then so they try to twist
it into a
1:01:19
version of birtherism oh yeah
that's if
1:01:23
I am because how does that work
in
1:01:26
logically if it does not she
doesn't
1:01:29
they're just the trick I'll
tell you why
1:01:31
because I listen to this thing
this is
1:01:35
diluted yes what yes
1:01:37
okay first of all if you ask
anyone any
1:01:42
white person in America and
anywhere in
1:01:44
the world probably what was
Barack Obama
1:01:48
they will say America's first
1:01:50
african-american president he
was not in
1:01:52
fact if you believe that he was
the
1:01:55
story that he was born in
Indonesia or a
1:01:58
born of an Indonesian father
and a white
1:02:01
mother in Hawaii then he is not
African
1:02:04
American he's not ados he is
black brown
1:02:07
whatever you want to call it
does not
1:02:09
have the the complete black
experience
1:02:11
of African Americans now if you
want to
1:02:14
believe he was born in Kenya
yeah I mean
1:02:17
you can say he's African /
American but
1:02:20
not the same as African America
does not
1:02:22
have the same the same
background but
1:02:25
they were compared the
comparison of
1:02:27
Kamala Harris who was also not
African
1:02:29
American American descendant of
slavery
1:02:32
that's how you get that
comparison they
1:02:34
need to pull that apart pull it
away
1:02:37
from the god Obama who also was
not
1:02:40
African American and so they use
1:02:41
something convenient it's it's
I think a
1:02:44
dangerous strategy but it's very
1:02:45
convenient because you get to
say that's
1:02:48
birtherism which immediately
makes it
1:02:50
racist and something Trump did
which is
1:02:52
also not true but Trump is
universally
1:02:55
land for startling birtherism
the
1:02:58
Republicans have got
1:02:59
to get back on the old track
that
1:03:01
Hillary is the one who came up
with the
1:03:03
birth to River campaign group
her boys
1:03:06
are campaign yeah in particular
that one
1:03:09
guys that eludes me but it's
their
1:03:11
strategy it was during the
campaign in
1:03:14
2008 that this came up it
wasn't had
1:03:17
nothing to do with Trump in
2016 you
1:03:21
know that was eight years later
that the
1:03:23
Trump started well actually he
started
1:03:25
maybe a couple years earlier
just as I
1:03:27
think as a lark but I have I
have a clip
1:03:31
here which will just dump out
of him
1:03:33
we're done with this was a
call-in show
1:03:35
on Whur 96.3 this is Howard
University
1:03:38
radio college radio but not a
small
1:03:41
station dr. Greg Carr he's the
chair of
1:03:44
the afro-american studies for
Howard
1:03:46
University and well listen this
exchange
1:03:49
let me see if I can get it
thanks for
1:03:51
calling what's on your mind
1:03:52
thank you for having me good
evening to
1:03:55
you also dr. Carr Steve umbrella
1:03:58
I was calling today actually
because I
1:04:00
am actually a one of the people
that is
1:04:02
a part of the Atos movement the
American
1:04:06
descended in slavery movement
and I
1:04:08
actually I'm engaged with you
actually
1:04:10
on Twitter mr. Carr I actually
wanted to
1:04:13
make a couple things clear
actually the
1:04:14
conversation for us at least or
on
1:04:17
Twitter or with I think a large
portion
1:04:19
of black America I'm not saying
all has
1:04:21
nothing to do with Kamala
Harris new
1:04:22
class it really doesn't most
black
1:04:24
people don't even care about
that what
1:04:26
we're talking about is lineage
and
1:04:28
ethnicity that's what we're
talking
1:04:29
about and if your family comes
rooted
1:04:31
out of Jamaica all of your cars
in your
1:04:33
grandparents he can't be African
1:04:35
American it's very simple now
when I say
1:04:38
african-american I mean a
descendant of
1:04:40
us chattel slavery I don't mean
a
1:04:42
second-generation person whose
parents
1:04:44
partner his over native-born
African
1:04:46
okay so that's kind of the
issue the
1:04:49
other issue that we're dealing
with is
1:04:50
that black America has learned
from the
1:04:52
Obama administration I would
have to
1:04:54
agree with you mr. car here
that Obama
1:04:55
is not the greatest president
at all and
1:04:57
if you look at his policies he
actually
1:04:59
took away more from HBCU
funding than
1:05:02
George Bush did which most
black people
1:05:03
don't know but we've been
largely an
1:05:05
apolitical group with any more
or less
1:05:07
doing it with an awareness and
trying to
1:05:10
instill a political education or
1:05:13
awareness
1:05:13
in the african-american
community the
1:05:15
largely lack this has this
policy do not
1:05:18
support black people that's the
problem
1:05:20
not only their records not
support black
1:05:22
people but black people's in
telling
1:05:24
every candidate we want a black
agenda
1:05:26
here this is to black
candidates have
1:05:29
one so that would be something
that
1:05:31
black people should be looking
at they
1:05:33
supposedly these are black
candidates
1:05:35
supposedly African American mr.
Booker
1:05:37
is for sure but these people
don't
1:05:39
actually have anything for
black people
1:05:42
what they have is to share for
everyone
1:05:44
else but h-1b one with which my
parents
1:05:47
actually support for Indians
which he is
1:05:49
an Indian first because that's
okay that
1:05:54
was pretty funny hey h-1b one
of course
1:05:56
she wants to do that's her own
people
1:05:58
for the Indians that she's
having the
1:05:59
addicted also behind night
service the
1:06:02
black community the actual data
hold on
1:06:07
for a second there go ahead
doctor car
1:06:08
yeah I was gonna say the
brother Derek I
1:06:10
know you hang on for a few
minutes this
1:06:12
is this is the kind of
weaponized
1:06:14
ignorant get a das this hashtag
is
1:06:18
promoting there is no and there
you have
1:06:20
it weaponized ignorant and he's
going
1:06:23
against us you say so this is
Karl just
1:06:25
laid out everything that is
clip of the
1:06:27
day for me two more times
1:06:35
this guy doctor car who's an
apologist I
1:06:39
guess her someone or something
and the
1:06:41
Democrats is just a Democrat
and so he's
1:06:44
just gonna he's not putting up
in
1:06:46
anything see a lot of black
Democrats
1:06:49
actually blood more white than
black a
1:06:52
lot of Democrats period do not
want to
1:06:54
see anyone who's black get out
of line
1:06:57
don't you they're getting out
alive
1:06:59
exactly up in property well
listen
1:07:02
listen to 30 seconds you know
you don't
1:07:04
speak for anyone other than
yourself I
1:07:06
hope you don't embrace the
extreme
1:07:08
xenophobia of Antonio more or
you hate
1:07:13
carne Lisa and Tony or more is
the guy
1:07:16
we played who does YouTube's
from his
1:07:18
car yeah extreme xenophobia
1:07:20
sorry I'm not hearing a doctor
car they
1:07:22
broadcast on YouTube some these
other
1:07:24
venues
1:07:25
I'm not sure if you understand
I mean
1:07:27
you know just so we're very
clear we say
1:07:29
we have the data I assume
you're talking
1:07:30
about sandy dirty my colleague
sandy
1:07:33
dirty at Duke none of this and
I'm sure
1:07:36
you've also read the platform's
of all
1:07:38
the candidates for Democratic
nomination
1:07:41
or seen the debates for example
their
1:07:44
positions on appointments to
the federal
1:07:46
bench the Trump administration
is
1:07:48
appointed about a fifth of the
federal
1:07:50
bench in the last two years
these are
1:07:52
the judges that will decide our
fates
1:07:55
the fates of the people who
claim to be
1:07:58
speaking for the majority of
black
1:08:00
people and not only is it
incredibly
1:08:02
short-sighted and deeply
under-informed
1:08:05
it's really weaponized ignorant
to talk
1:08:07
about anything from reparations
to
1:08:10
immigration visas as you know
these are
1:08:13
the single issues facing the
black
1:08:16
community and and dear God with
all due
1:08:18
respect brother I think anyone
listening
1:08:21
to what you've laid out of last
60 to 90
1:08:24
seconds can come away very
clear about
1:08:28
one thing this is not an
informed
1:08:33
political opinion and as far as
this who
1:08:36
is black and who is not black
1:08:38
uh I would encourage you to
study not
1:08:40
only long histories reparations
movement
1:08:41
but the history of African
solidarity
1:08:44
movements with and on and on
I'll put it
1:08:46
in the show notes
1:08:47
the whole thing is kind of inter
1:08:48
interesting to listen to there
it is
1:08:51
shut up shut up you're ignorant
and your
1:08:57
line and your weapon hey the
two old
1:09:01
white guys over here they they
see
1:09:03
what's going on we hear it oh
that guy
1:09:07
that that a das guy they've
called in is
1:09:10
the G knows what's going on -
he's not
1:09:12
gonna put up with this bullcrap
1:09:13
thank goodness affiliates are
pissed
1:09:21
once again so with that I'd
like to
1:09:23
thank you very much for your
courage and
1:09:24
say in the morning to you the
man who
1:09:26
put the C in the colonial flag
1:09:27
Jhansi anybody knew machete
boots the
1:09:32
graphene dear sons the war
games nice
1:09:34
out there
1:09:34
morning to all the trolls who
who did
1:09:37
show up to
1:09:38
hey I know it's a tough one let
me see
1:09:39
what we got in our a troll room
we've
1:09:42
got hmm 837 not bad for a
fourth of July
1:09:47
appreciate y'all showing up
that is no
1:09:49
agenda stream comm where we had
live
1:09:52
priests dreams today there's
always
1:09:53
something cool going on Nick
the rat
1:09:55
last night you can go to no
agenda
1:09:57
scream calm where you can hop
on the on
1:10:00
the stream listen what's going
on in
1:10:01
real time you control you can
just do
1:10:04
whatever you want pretty much
troll and
1:10:05
I'd like to thank our artists
who
1:10:08
brought us the artwork for
episode 1151
1:10:10
the title of that was brand
purpose now
1:10:12
this was Nick the rat who I just
1:10:15
mentioned who brought us the
the album
1:10:17
art it was the rainbow pride no
agenda
1:10:20
art which we had a tough choice
I'm
1:10:26
gonna go look at the art so we
can cuz
1:10:28
once in a while it's nice to
talk about
1:10:29
how what we did why we chose
the art
1:10:31
that we chose and that sort of
thing
1:10:33
well there were reasons why we
didn't
1:10:35
choose some otherwise really
good
1:10:36
contenders yeah and I think it
should be
1:10:39
discussed at least at least oh
by the
1:10:42
way Thorin remember Thorin yeah
Dory who
1:10:46
knew disappeared he he tweeted
he
1:10:48
tweeted this morning he said
guys I'm
1:10:51
not over board
1:10:52
I I no longer have the same
dude named
1:10:55
Ben job that I have so I no
longer have
1:10:57
an opportunity to listen live
and do the
1:11:02
artwork and but he's he's still
on board
1:11:04
and he's yes you have to listen
live
1:11:08
yeah there's no other way to do
that so
1:11:11
we had and some Nike stuff
which was not
1:11:14
really appropriate when I like
the most
1:11:17
but it was not it was another
Nick the
1:11:19
rat piece which was biting with
the
1:11:21
makeup on I'm not sorry Bernie
with the
1:11:24
makeup on which was kind of a I
saw it
1:11:26
excited this with Al Gore I had
done a
1:11:29
picture and I use it over and
over again
1:11:30
in my blog and elsewhere Al
Gore wearing
1:11:33
eye shadow and red lips because
of that
1:11:35
one debate that he was in that
one time
1:11:37
we're against Bush where they
have so
1:11:39
much makeup on oh yeah I forgot
about
1:11:42
that
1:11:42
yes he was a it's just so I
just did it
1:11:45
over the top and so I thought
this
1:11:46
particular who won with Bernie
with the
1:11:49
red lips was pretty funny then
they were
1:11:52
here's the one that I wanted
the one
1:11:54
that I really wanted to be good
was by
1:11:56
Darren O'Neill and it was based
on the
1:11:59
Knitting community if you don't
call out
1:12:01
Trump as a racist in the
Knitting
1:12:03
community and he had he had the
knitted
1:12:06
sweater with Trump sucks but
then the
1:12:09
knitting needles look like
chopsticks
1:12:12
well the knitting needles
weren't look
1:12:14
like chopsticks a and B my
complaint was
1:12:16
he didn't and I don't I mean
there you
1:12:19
don't have a lot of time to do
this art
1:12:21
so this is a speed art
1:12:22
yeah and no disrespect we're
just we're
1:12:24
just routine yard is tough it's
rough
1:12:26
and this hardened but people do
it and
1:12:28
they can do it and it can be
done it's a
1:12:29
tough go what he had to do here
and I
1:12:31
know it was easy or not easy
because not
1:12:34
everybody can texturize the
despont
1:12:37
so he needed the texturized the
font so
1:12:40
it looked like knitting and
font yeah
1:12:42
that's also true so that was
the mistake
1:12:44
I didn't like it that's the
reason I got
1:12:46
rejected then we had the pedo
bear
1:12:49
which was your favorite I think
it was
1:12:52
pretty funny but he can't use
the pedo
1:12:54
bear in our cars with a little
dancer
1:12:56
girl uh dancer girl and a pedo
bear like
1:13:01
no this is not a good idea this
is not a
1:13:04
good idea but we did we were
amused
1:13:06
ho-ho
1:13:07
I also like podcast madness
yeah as in
1:13:11
reefer madness podcast madness
yeah
1:13:15
bear ask Godzilla bear ask oh
right who
1:13:18
would had a double he would
have hit two
1:13:20
in a row which is it been nice
for him
1:13:22
bye I did like that piece a lot
but
1:13:24
Nick's like we went to flag and
that's
1:13:27
also big and I recall myself
saying this
1:13:30
you see this thing you're gonna
tap on
1:13:32
it you want to click on man how
could
1:13:34
you go wrong
1:13:35
we actually harped on corporate
abuse of
1:13:39
the LGBTQIA pique community
right by
1:13:43
using the pride flag and we
went super
1:13:45
meta and just did the same
thing I was
1:13:47
so proud of course yes very
good yes
1:13:49
good for us
1:13:51
No Agenda are generated are
calm in case
1:13:53
you're listening along in
real-time if
1:13:55
you want to check out what's
going on
1:13:56
and you can also submit
yourself not
1:13:58
yourself but your artwork
yourself
1:14:00
anytime it's appropriate and we
we
1:14:03
appreciate the work that all of
our
1:14:05
artists do and thank you Nick
the rat
1:14:06
Noah Jenna art generator
Georgian
1:14:08
chamber up calm so let's thank
a few
1:14:11
people starting with somebody
here in
1:14:17
groanin vagin oh and let me
see-oh
1:14:22
haricot grunhagen almost here
Co I get
1:14:27
that kind of here Co through
Novation
1:14:30
Luna vagin yes I understand
he's from
1:14:34
Holland yes $1,100 oh well nice
uh kind
1:14:46
of miss it should have been
fifty kind
1:14:48
of miss miss the show club I
think we
1:14:51
should bonus him and just give
him the
1:14:52
show club member even though
it's not
1:14:55
1152 well he get yeah use 1102
I thought
1:15:01
it may be just okay now no no
okay
1:15:04
I'm just thinking and he would
quite a
1:15:06
note he says please take
editorial
1:15:08
freedom thank your will der Jon
and Adam
1:15:10
sir Hendrick unwittingly hit me
in the
1:15:13
mouth with son Saturday's
meetup so he
1:15:15
got him out of the meetup that
would
1:15:17
have been in quick donor that
would have
1:15:20
been in hey hey hand Rick go
find more
1:15:23
guys like this guy good work sir
1:15:25
Hendrick that's fantastic
1:15:28
I discovered your show all the
way on
1:15:31
table so he's not overnight
it's not an
1:15:32
overnight success almost a year
ago via
1:15:35
the TPO podcast the best
podcast in the
1:15:37
Netherlands according to the
Mueller
1:15:38
truth I read it's true and it
didn't
1:15:41
miss an episode sense I cannot
show up
1:15:43
for the Dutch Meetup ah in my
hometown
1:15:45
being a giant douche bag
compliments for
1:15:47
the show not only did I not
miss an
1:15:50
episode I only recall two
pre-recorded
1:15:52
episodes in a year so obvious
so I'm not
1:15:55
getting they hit me in the
mouth of
1:15:57
Saturday's meetup but okay it's
1:16:00
dedicated is what he's saying
who would
1:16:02
have known that a slick
countdown
1:16:04
present
1:16:04
from my use you Adam would
become a
1:16:08
voice of reason in my life must
be John
1:16:12
keeping him and check exact
slick and
1:16:16
commercial back then from my
view
1:16:18
dressed up all-black and pointy
shoes
1:16:20
and such pointy yes I did let
me my
1:16:25
brain kicked in when I was a
student
1:16:26
even back in the 89 I chose the
1:16:28
ridiculousness of upcoming
global
1:16:31
warming as a subject for a
presentation
1:16:32
your show is a breath of fresh
air I'm
1:16:35
looking forward to the
like-minded
1:16:36
people this Saturday oh he's
going this
1:16:38
Saturday I guess I can write a
book a
1:16:41
rivaling Tolkien with
observations
1:16:43
fitting the show but that's not
a note
1:16:46
whoops
1:16:47
however I do ponder about the
1:16:49
advertising ruling the world I
fully
1:16:51
agree this the advertisers
during the
1:16:53
behavior of the platform and
media to
1:16:55
the whim of a small an
interesting
1:16:57
uninteresting minority this is
true this
1:16:59
is good observation and the
Netherlands
1:17:01
advertisers like Heineken
Gillette and
1:17:03
even the Dutch army recruitment
have
1:17:06
been call out at times however
in my
1:17:08
view people taking offense and
willing
1:17:10
to boycott are a not watching
something
1:17:14
I can't read it material be lazy
1:17:17
pacifists see men with beards
and hair
1:17:22
buns and women who refuse to
shave for
1:17:24
the patriarchy and all drink
beer from
1:17:28
micro breweries it's a good run
down
1:17:30
what nanny says oh here's the
reason for
1:17:33
his donation amount
1:17:35
I'll get the inevitable Knight
vote as I
1:17:37
did 18 plus 18 is the
shape-shifting Jew
1:17:41
donation plus 33 in the magic
number
1:17:43
times 11 times 3
1:17:47
so we did a lot of magical
numbers to
1:17:50
come up with this donation
amount yeah
1:17:55
that was yeah I guess it was it
was in
1:17:58
but was it in he did the down
head you
1:18:01
don't use Kroners or anything
they use
1:18:02
euro and he used dollars we
give comes
1:18:06
up with $100,000 107 uh-huh
okay well I
1:18:10
don't know she came up with a
big
1:18:12
numbers all I know and he would
like to
1:18:15
be known as Sir here Co Knight
of the
1:18:18
papal fiefdom of Utrecht which
he is to
1:18:21
rule some day he said good
neither my
1:18:24
are scheduled yes you're on
deck that's
1:18:27
what it's for go to Dvorak that
ordered
1:18:29
/ peerage dot i TM no dot HTM
all
1:18:33
uppercase you can find out what
they
1:18:36
will be responsible for neither
I or the
1:18:38
CBF are that religious but it's
still
1:18:40
home of the only Dutch Pope
ever always
1:18:43
that so I didn't know that
there was
1:18:44
even a Dutch Pope ever at all
know this
1:18:47
either it and did anything
remotely
1:18:50
papal it's safer to be a knight
than an
1:18:52
altar boy
1:18:54
yeah I'm looking forward to the
mutton
1:18:57
and Mead would bring some hold
on sanur
1:18:58
and curry billing it cabling it
write
1:19:01
that down
1:19:02
so I gotta get that the table
hold on to
1:19:05
newer is the fresh new herring
that the
1:19:11
whenever they have the the new
catch the
1:19:13
first catch of the year they
eat it raw
1:19:16
you eat it raw what would you
slather it
1:19:18
with onions do you eat it with
us or is
1:19:21
it it's not that oily crap yet
it was
1:19:24
very fat so you know I did
there's stuff
1:19:27
you bias it's like you tend
usually in
1:19:29
it's got its Dane the Danes eat
especial
1:19:33
explain this it's a herring
that is
1:19:35
completely just marinated in a
thick
1:19:38
viscous oil now so these have
obviously
1:19:41
been in salt first you know to
fry away
1:19:44
anything that will kill you
1:19:46
you hold it by the tail so they
cut the
1:19:48
head off they gut the fish so
then you
1:19:50
just have the you know the two
kind of
1:19:52
sides left you pour some some
chopped
1:19:55
some diced onions into that and
then you
1:19:58
tilt your head back you hold
the thing
1:20:00
up
1:20:00
by his tail and you don't eat
it and it
1:20:04
is dynamite I'm sure it's good
I like
1:20:08
pickle at my hearing I've been
you've I
1:20:10
be generally pickled herring I
like the
1:20:11
pickling but and usually I'd
you don't
1:20:16
get too many of the full fishes
which
1:20:17
you can do that with you
1:20:19
chunks unfortunately all right
and then
1:20:22
and then while he does he has
does he
1:20:25
have a jingle check on that for
me with
1:20:28
his question here
1:20:34
he says PS can you please
explain what
1:20:37
the significance of the goat is
I get
1:20:39
all of the show except for the
goat
1:20:44
well but well there's no
significant two
1:20:48
significance to the good it's
just we
1:20:50
started playing this goat
because it
1:20:52
sounds like a person screaming
and then
1:20:54
we started mixing it in with
other
1:20:56
things and then someone came
over the
1:20:58
idea of goat Karma
1:20:59
and so we put it in with a Carm
but
1:21:01
there's no it's just wait
involved also
1:21:04
there was goat yoga I think
maybe that's
1:21:07
when it I don't think so I'm
talking
1:21:09
about the goat yoga does anyone
know the
1:21:12
the the genesis of the goat
1:21:16
I think it's yourself evolved a
hazard
1:21:19
as a lark hmm
1:21:20
joke although Sir Chris Wilson
I mean he
1:21:24
apparently is sleeping with the
goat oh
1:21:26
it was the goat it was the
emotional
1:21:28
support animal that's how it
came up
1:21:31
when people were yeah yeah yes
of cause
1:21:35
one of our our haha funny jokes
people
1:21:37
put taking peacocks on
airplanes an
1:21:42
emotional support goat well
it's just a
1:21:44
funny sound we play stuff
sometimes that
1:21:49
can you imagine coming at your
backyard
1:21:53
somebody's being murdered
1:21:55
it goes back quite a while
though this
1:21:58
this is goat stuff yeah service
goat
1:22:02
karma yeah here it is this is I
knew we
1:22:03
had it
1:22:05
you've got we call the service
go car
1:22:11
service go service go do this
all right
1:22:13
well thank you very much see

1:22:15

handwritten but
1:22:44
a typed note shall read finally
I'm
1:22:47
paying off my enlightenment
debt to the
1:22:49
No Agenda show thank you for
your
1:22:50
patience and for my persistent
1:22:52
douchebaggery since my last
donation
1:22:54
this humble token of my
appreciation
1:22:56
should reserve me a seat at the
round
1:22:58
table and perhaps ensure a
little future
1:23:00
karma and then he's got all his
1:23:02
accounting so he got the ten no
33
1:23:06
please Knight me saw Randy of

1:23:12
also please have me to the
birthday list
1:23:14
I'm not sure if he's on there

Andrew of
1:23:45
the Hickory flat protector of
small
1:23:47
horses okay
1:23:48
he continues i Adam I was in
Austin last
1:23:50
year on business it wasn't ten
minutes
1:23:52
before I was brushed back by a
green
1:23:54
scooter and stepped in dog crap
it was
1:23:56
the beginning of a wonderful
three days
1:23:58
John we recently sold our start
up in
1:24:01
the little office by the
railroad tracks
1:24:02
for a ton of dough and now we
have to
1:24:04
move to fancier digs sadly I
became a
1:24:07
bit of a foamer every time I
heard the
1:24:10
train horn a special shout-out
to the
1:24:12
Atlanta local 404 looking
forward to our
1:24:16
next meetup in a couple of
weeks those
1:24:17
shows have been simply the best
lately
1:24:19
no jingles no car my EMF and
best wishes
1:24:22
and I was gonna say there was
something
1:24:27
oh he had nothing for the
router for the
1:24:29
round table no requirements
okay thank
1:24:35
you very much and err and see
you the
1:24:37
round table I onward here mark

1:24:41

1:24:46
happy Independence Day plea

1:24:50
this donation is a point for
independent
1:24:52
state contest oh right we have
this well
1:24:55
he's gonna count this for ya 74
he's
1:24:57
gonna put this pennies in so
he's on
1:24:59
them he's American
1:25:00
okay this contribution honors
the
1:25:03
American legacy of free speech
that
1:25:04
Canada does not have just
demonstrated
1:25:07
twice I read it exactly I was
1:25:11
by the way which is
demonstrated twice a
1:25:13
week on the best podcast in the
universe
1:25:15
for jingles can I get John
Brennan's
1:25:17
innocent until alleged guilty
fear is
1:25:20
freedom from ben shapiro and
the ben
1:25:22
shapiro laughs adios mofos and
the ben
1:25:25
shapiro laughs I don't think
it's
1:25:29
labeled as such and what I'll
do I'll do
1:25:31
a equally as good ben shapiro
for you
1:25:34
people are innocent until well
alleged
1:25:36
to be involved in some type of
criminal
1:25:38
activity
1:25:53
oh my you've got karma Vincent
James and
1:26:05
Madison Alabama comes in at 333
dollars
1:26:08
and I guess he gets upgraded
tonight
1:26:09
becomes a night this puts me
over the
1:26:12
top to become an unlighted
always gonna
1:26:14
be I did very well so here's
what
1:26:16
happened I got a note from the
back
1:26:18
office this guy has to be
knighted
1:26:19
knighted and then he becomes a
baron in
1:26:22
in one sitting
1:26:23
yeah this is not an insta baron
though
1:26:26
which is different yeah he's
apparent he
1:26:29
just was been a knight for a
while he
1:26:31
just never cashed in on it so
it's
1:26:33
belated it's not a Black Knight
because
1:26:36
it wasn't our screw-up it was
his and it
1:26:38
wasn't a screw-up he is
intentional I
1:26:39
could go on I will send my
accounting
1:26:42
via email what she did I'd love
to be
1:26:43
knighted on the fourth which is
today I
1:26:45
like this actually was a
promotion we
1:26:47
could have done I said I'll
send my
1:26:50
Tyler he we got all this stuff
in
1:26:52
Houston we could have done
freedom
1:26:54
nights yeah we leave a lot on
the table
1:27:04
we do because we want to do
content in
1:27:07
the show which Steve 200 just
plain old
1:27:15
Steve's he's in Satan's asshole
aka
1:27:20
Orlando Florida all right very
good
1:27:24
hmm Steve from Satan's asshole
1:27:28
if you've ever been to Orlando
during
1:27:30
the summertime you'd understand
why I
1:27:32
dub it Satan's asshole please
give me a
1:27:35
D douching I've been listening
a little
1:27:43
over two months now thanks to
my good
1:27:45
friend Kenny the German Kerman
I would
1:27:48
also like to thank John the
Brewer for
1:27:51
introducing Kenny the German
Kerman
1:27:53
because without him I may have
never
1:27:55
found the podcast no thank you
and keep
1:27:57
up the great work love how that
works
1:28:00
thank you very much thank you
Steve and
1:28:01

1:28:08
stopped brewing apparently Oh No
1:28:11
Keith Gibson $200 the brand
discussion
1:28:15
from Sunday was great in
another example
1:28:17
of the excellent work done by
the show
1:28:19
happy for a happy fourth and he
needs a
1:28:23
F cancer jingle thank you for
your
1:28:25
courage
1:28:26
[Applause]
1:28:30
you've got karma Stephen Keith
or to
1:28:35
associate executive producers
for show
1:28:37
1152 and that's our group of
associates
1:28:40
and executive producers for the
show and
1:28:43
we want to thank them for
supporting
1:28:44
this show and keeping
everything going
1:28:46
on an even keel that great
turnout for
1:28:48
for a day off here in the
United States
1:28:53
of gitmo nation proper thank
you for
1:28:56
executive producing or associate
1:28:58
executive producing it is a it
is a duty
1:29:00
for some an innate obligation
and others
1:29:04
participate in many other ways
people
1:29:06
give lower amounts will be
thanking them
1:29:07
$50 and above in our second
segment but
1:29:09
also you heard us thank our
artists for
1:29:12
our artwork and there's just a
lot of
1:29:13
things to be thankful for
particularly
1:29:15
on this day of freedom
1:29:16
so remember we'll be back with
another
1:29:18
show on Sunday it could be a
best-of if
1:29:21
I'm watching the world's women
Cup
1:29:23
soccer but maybe I'll just show
up just
1:29:25
for the heck of it please
support us out
1:29:26
of Iraq dot org slash
1:29:29
na and now that you know the
entire
1:29:31
genesis of the ghost
1:29:33
so propagates our formula is
this we go
1:29:37
out for your people in the mouth
1:29:39
[Applause]
1:29:44
what
1:29:48
[Music]
1:29:51
[Applause]
1:29:54
I do have a note of business so
two
1:29:57
notes of business to discuss
briefly
1:29:58
that one is I still haven't
received the
1:30:01
wedding video from you thanks
oh I have
1:30:04
it I've uploaded it to the
cosmic wienie
1:30:07
and I will give you this
specific link
1:30:09
it's nothing you can
accidentally find
1:30:11
obviously because it's too big
it's a
1:30:14
gigabyte yeah we'll see so you
pretty
1:30:17
much just gave everybody
license to go
1:30:19
and find this video on your
cosmic weeny
1:30:21
like you can't do a directory
listing no
1:30:24
you can't you you end up with a
page
1:30:27
[Music]
1:30:29
download a gigabyte out no I'll
just
1:30:32
take it off it's not only don't
want to
1:30:35
burden the site with a gigabyte
download
1:30:37
so I mean one-way effect once
you take
1:30:41
it down I'm taking I'm get rid
of it we
1:30:44
got our photos we got the
wedding photos
1:30:46
finally they came back good
news that I
1:30:51
could use some photos yeah
definitely
1:30:54
there's some I got some there's
great
1:30:57
photos of you dancing yes good
we'll use
1:31:02
those yes there's also photos
of the
1:31:04
conga line with Horowitz
1:31:06
I think definitely there's a
photo of
1:31:11
you I think you me me me
1:31:15
Grand Duke David Foley and then
Horowitz
1:31:18
is in the back and he almost
looks like
1:31:20
it like a mafia hit man that's
kind of
1:31:23
standing there and you're
protecting us
1:31:25
it's very very odd these are
great
1:31:27
photos so yes we shall ensure
you have a
1:31:31
few to use anything
embarrassing is
1:31:34
always good right it's always
the best
1:31:38
and that's what people want to
see in
1:31:39
the newsletter if they haven't
signed up
1:31:41
or if they've given up on the
newsletter
1:31:43
because there's one too many
Appeals
1:31:44
yeah I people get sick of it
but the
1:31:47
newsletter I think is a is a
top-notch
1:31:49
product yes I agree it's an
outstanding
1:31:53
product actually oh it's got a
laughs
1:31:55
there's always a good laugh in
there so
1:31:57
we really yeah or the second
piece of
1:31:59
business I'm sorry is a
reminder it's
1:32:02
been on the list for several
shows now
1:32:04
and somehow it just keeps
slipping our
1:32:06
mind probably because we talked
about it
1:32:07
after
1:32:07
the show which is dumb it's why
we don't
1:32:09
do that very often talk about
anything
1:32:10
except the show you are working
on a
1:32:15
radio play well not I'm gonna
do 10
1:32:18
radio plays whoa yeah because I
can do
1:32:22
radio plays I know how to do
him i I've
1:32:24
done him in the wind this when
I was at
1:32:26
Foothill College taking
broadcast we did
1:32:29
radio plays it was a que ik but
it was
1:32:31
doable and but we had a real on
the air
1:32:35
radio station which is still
exist k FRC
1:32:38
and no Susie can't Farsi no
kidding no
1:32:43
it's not I can't Farsi it's
something
1:32:45
else I can't remember but it's
a good
1:32:46
station good student station
and but it
1:32:48
had a lot of power it wasn't
like a
1:32:50
wimpy little local station
1:32:53
anyway I've decided because
I've been
1:32:57
gut I don't know why I've
gotten a hair
1:32:58
up my ass but I've decided I've
been
1:33:00
researching Broadway plays from
the
1:33:02
burns mantle series of best
plays which
1:33:05
he started doing in 1919 that
was born
1:33:09
in 1870 and every year he did
this for
1:33:11
every season of Broadway and
there's a
1:33:13
lot of old plays in there that
would
1:33:15
make excellent short half-hour
radio
1:33:18
plays if you adapted them and
1:33:21
adaptations is the way you do
these
1:33:24
things and so I want to do a
ten of them
1:33:28
and I need some voice acting
talents oh
1:33:31
well I'm glad you came to me
John as you
1:33:33
know I'm out standing a voice to
1:33:35
pronounce Decatur and that's a
good
1:33:37
example of why not looking for
but I
1:33:40
will say I am missing although
you have
1:33:46
one on the line that might work
I am
1:33:48
missing the big boomer the big
booming
1:33:51
voice the frontline party's
already told
1:33:53
you who the who yeah I'm gonna
try him
1:33:55
if he's got the big booming do
we
1:33:56
mention him or do we not
mention him
1:33:58
Darren O'Neill yeah Darren Oni
1:34:00
apparently has a nice big
boomer this
1:34:02
massive boomer hello
1:34:06
Darren oh dear knows the man I
think yes
1:34:09
work but if anybody out there
is in
1:34:11
doesn't work you know that the
drama
1:34:13
vo local theater or anything
you want to
1:34:15
do some voice work it's gonna
be pieced
1:34:17
again it's not like you're all
we're all
1:34:18
gonna go into a studio and do
this thing
1:34:20
now
1:34:21
it's gonna be posted which is
gonna take
1:34:24
some time but you all that the
roles
1:34:26
would be just doled out to
people and
1:34:28
sometimes more people than one
so you
1:34:29
can get the best of the of the
best and
1:34:32
you just reach the script into
a mic if
1:34:34
you've got a mic and a
recording system
1:34:36
it it's your Yeti blue your
Yeti blue
1:34:38
and use your Yeti blue and then
just yak
1:34:42
into it and then just send me
the tapes
1:34:43
and I'll piece them together
after after
1:34:45
you know but we need some
auditions some
1:34:47
people need to send some stuff
in I know
1:34:49
we have probably about 50
people out
1:34:51
there I already have Dame Tanya
she'll
1:34:54
do it and she's an actress and
it's a
1:34:56
few other people I mean sorry
you have
1:34:59
me I want to be you you can do
about six
1:35:02
or seven good voices really I
want you
1:35:08
to do your crazy voices okay
you gotta
1:35:11
tell me which one you'll just
find stuff
1:35:13
for everybody
1:35:14
oh so you what you're saying is
the part
1:35:17
was written for me thank you
John I
1:35:18
appreciate that so number of
those for
1:35:21
sure and what play are we doing
well
1:35:23
well there's one is an hour I'm
trying
1:35:26
to do half ours I'm gonna do
there's a
1:35:29
couple of different plays one's
called
1:35:31
the red planet which is a very
1:35:33
interesting play I'm not going
to
1:35:34
discuss these places in detail
now
1:35:36
because it would take up too
much
1:35:37
valuable time but I'm also
thinking of
1:35:39
running doing the re re
adaptation of
1:35:42
1984 from the and the which was
done as
1:35:45
a radio played for four times
including
1:35:48
once by the BBC which took it
was a two
1:35:50
hour play was too long but
there was a
1:35:52
version done in about 1953 by
the Actors
1:35:56
Theatre Guild out of New York
and they
1:35:59
had a radio show for a while
and they
1:36:01
did a version I think it's just
dynamite
1:36:03
it might be worth redoing okay
cool and
1:36:08
promotion and we're just
putting this up
1:36:11
with him is it a podcast that
can people
1:36:13
simply you know it's possible
that we
1:36:14
could use this as a because
their behalf
1:36:16
are good right a couple of them
as well
1:36:18
as half of a filler show when
we do a oh
1:36:21
that's an interesting idea
1:36:22
yeah yeah it wouldn't hurt I
like that
1:36:25
there'll be it be family family
stuff
1:36:29
facing it's a family it's a
family thing
1:36:31
nice
1:36:33
I'm all-in I like the idea yeah
here's
1:36:37
the word what got me I know how
radio
1:36:39
plied collected all really the
great
1:36:42
radio plays from the 30s and
40s and I
1:36:44
like them they're good they're
good
1:36:47
material and then but they've
been
1:36:49
continuing to do them to this
day and
1:36:52
most of the people doing modern
radio
1:36:54
plays that they're doing now
like coming
1:36:56
out as we speak
1:36:57
all the voicing is done by a
bunch of
1:37:00
squeaky can't kind of Faye
Millennials
1:37:03
that have a lousy voice they
can't act
1:37:07
it's just like his it's it's
it's
1:37:10
cringe-worthy and there's two
or three
1:37:12
troops and I the genuine troop
of people
1:37:15
maybe six or seven people that
are doing
1:37:17
a lot of these plays and
they're not
1:37:20
good we could do auditions on
the show
1:37:24
short ones oh speaking of which
holy
1:37:30
moly
1:37:32
did you catch this the
auditions of the
1:37:36
mullah report the movie no I'm
sure this
1:37:41
is a Jim oh yeah so and this is
from Tom
1:37:44
Steiner steyr you know the the
impeach
1:37:49
Trump guy so after the stellar
let me
1:37:54
see we had the was the thing
that Rob
1:37:57
Reiner did which video that he
did one
1:37:59
recently directed was that
everyone
1:38:03
talking about the reading of
the mullet
1:38:06
report then we had the play the
reading
1:38:07
of the Muller report so now
what they're
1:38:10
pretending and this is it'll be
great in
1:38:12
audio only because you don't
see the
1:38:14
actors very often or in fact
incredibly
1:38:18
frequently actors will be asked
to
1:38:21
record something at home to
read a side
1:38:24
as its calls a read aside from
the
1:38:25
script which is just a little
well one
1:38:27
page typically as an audition
and and
1:38:30
that is usually a pre round
that is done
1:38:33
before people are called in for
a cattle
1:38:35
call but often celebrities or
people of
1:38:38
some de Liberty status will be
asked to
1:38:41
do this and so they took a
handful of
1:38:43
celebs
1:38:45
and sent them aside for the the
motion
1:38:49
picture the mullah report the
movie and
1:38:53
so they're reading from this
and the gag
1:38:55
is that they're reading from it
and they
1:38:58
think it's fiction they don't
realize
1:39:01
it's real
1:39:01
and of course it's acted and
it's shit
1:39:06
acting which makes it so meta I
have to
1:39:09
play it for you nobody ever
gets a part
1:39:18
from a self tape that's true hi
my name
1:39:21
is Mary Lynn Rajskub
1:39:24
anika Noni Rose Isha Reiner
estimator
1:39:27
Joshua Malina Rob Corddry John
crier
1:39:29
Nicole Brown and I'm reading
for Muller
1:39:32
reporting report all the
reporting will
1:39:33
report the movie thanks for the
1:39:36
opportunity according to commis
account
1:39:38
at one point during the dinner
the
1:39:40
president's penis I need oil
tea I I
1:39:46
expect loyalty
1:39:48
what okay no fucking Lance the
real
1:39:58
Muller report work for work yes
chef if
1:40:10
you are listening I hope you're
able to
1:40:12
find the 30,000 emails that are
missing
1:40:14
I think you'll be rewarded
mightily by
1:40:16
our press I mean I got it it's
just guy
1:40:18
right talking yeah I'm reading
the thing
1:40:20
it's a mess is this supposed to
be funny
1:40:22
or terrifying because it's both
they're
1:40:25
saying the president's lawyer
says the
1:40:27
president told him Muller has
to go then
1:40:31
Trump asked him to say that it
never
1:40:33
happened that's in the report
the Muller
1:40:36
report right yeah this is
really scary
1:40:39
this is some terrifying shit
this is a
1:40:41
fucking nightmare honey bummed
out I
1:40:43
don't want to be in this yeah
1:40:45
oh my god this is terrible this
is the
1:40:49
end of my presidency I hope so
there you
1:41:03
go
1:41:04
how fabulous oh so well done
Hollywood
1:41:08
and by the way where was anyone
with a
1:41:11
true interpretation of the I'm
fucked
1:41:14
line you can interpret that and
it's
1:41:19
just written right it's and
everyone
1:41:21
interprets it as I fucked
1:41:23
oh my god I'm fucked how about
fucked
1:41:27
you know it could be any any
type of
1:41:29
interpreters a lot of
interpretation but
1:41:31
the one that gets me was not is
not you
1:41:33
know interpret cuz we heard him
all say
1:41:35
it which is that he was given
one of his
1:41:37
ad-lib speeches was in front of
the
1:41:39
large audience for 25,000
saying hey
1:41:41
Russia if you see if you can
find the
1:41:44
30,000 emails you know the
press will
1:41:46
reward you he never said he was
a reward
1:41:48
man thank you for heard that is
a joke
1:41:51
thank you for bringing that up
there is
1:41:54
some new developments regarding
the well
1:41:57
at first it was 30,000 emails
and then
1:41:59
somehow the magic number came
in it
1:42:01
became 33,000 emails which I
always
1:42:03
found like cooler but that was
that
1:42:05
meant it was important it's a
very
1:42:07
important thing obviously Chris
Farrell
1:42:11
of Judicial Watch Judicial
Watch is a
1:42:14
right-wing funded group of
lawyers but
1:42:18
they've maniacs
1:42:19
they are via there they are
attack dogs
1:42:23
for sure and they're honcho the
guy who
1:42:26
represents them on Twitter and
pumped up
1:42:29
guy tom Fitton yeah who's I'm
surprised
1:42:32
he's not like kissing his
biceps every
1:42:34
so often well regardless of his
physique
1:42:39
Chris Farrell is not the guy on
Twitter
1:42:42
not the Pumped Up guy but he is
a lawyer
1:42:44
and he reports on this
particular show
1:42:48
which I don't know if it's a
rate well
1:42:50
it's the Sebastian Gorka does
either a
1:42:53
podcast or a radio show and I
had to cut
1:42:55
the guy out I had to cut Gorka
out of
1:42:57
the whole thing because the way
1:42:59
he operates which is
unlistenable is
1:43:02
you'll start saying something
he'll
1:43:04
interrupt every six seconds
repeat
1:43:07
exactly what you said luckily
there was
1:43:10
some delay in their
communication so I
1:43:12
was able to chop Gorka up and
he's
1:43:15
fucking excuse me he's really
annoying I
1:43:18
sliced him out so there's a
couple of
1:43:20
unnatural jumps maybe what
happened is
1:43:22
I'll just give you the the
background
1:43:25
that will go into the clip a
Judicial
1:43:27
Watch wanted information about
the
1:43:30
freedom of entry Freedom of
Information
1:43:31
Act for these documents for all
the
1:43:35
emails everything the State
Department
1:43:36
had and apparently the State
Department
1:43:38
was so arrogant and being such
dicks
1:43:40
about it that one or two judges
said you
1:43:43
know what screw you guys
mandatory
1:43:47
deposition under oath of
anybody you
1:43:51
guys want with in the State
Department
1:43:52
and they got one guy in the
record his
1:43:55
name is John Hackett and here
is the
1:43:58
story about that testimony this
is big
1:44:00
stuff because we have John
Hackett is a
1:44:02
former State Department
official he was
1:44:04
the guy in charge of what they
call the
1:44:06
Directorate of information
programs and
1:44:08
services which is a very
governmental
1:44:09
way of saying all the records
all the
1:44:12
FOIA related stuff among others
but in
1:44:14
particular FOIA because we had
asked
1:44:16
this goes all the way back to
Benghazi
1:44:17
so this is the guy at state
department
1:44:20
who was responsible for
processing and
1:44:22
handling all these records and
turning
1:44:23
them over he we deposed him
meaning one
1:44:26
of our journeys actually two of
our
1:44:27
attorneys sat down and the State
1:44:29
Department and the Justice
Department's
1:44:31
behavior and conduct and Court
has been
1:44:33
so outrageous that they got
really
1:44:35
pissed off and they said you
know what
1:44:37
we're not just gonna do this on
paper
1:44:39
you're gonna get government
officials
1:44:41
under oath and make them swear
to it and
1:44:43
you can ask whatever questions
you want
1:44:45
and then the depositions
themselves the
1:44:46
the transcripts we post on our
website
1:44:48
so everybody can read what what
went on
1:44:51
this is outrageous mr. Hackett
was
1:44:52
interviewed in the deposition
under oath
1:44:54
and he said look I warned
Hillary
1:44:56
Clinton her staff the Deputy
Secretary
1:44:58
of State a cast of characters I
warned
1:45:01
them about what they were doing
with
1:45:03
records he had knowledge that
they were
1:45:05
trying to destroy more than
30,000
1:45:07
emails and he said what is your
practice
1:45:10
what's your program how are you
arriving
1:45:12
at
1:45:12
there's decision what's the
guidance she
1:45:15
was running her own server it's
1:45:17
completely unlawful but they
knew that
1:45:19
she was using a blackberry in
fact he
1:45:21
said mr. Hackett said under
oath I saw a
1:45:23
clip on the television of her
using a
1:45:26
blackberry on a flight and that
he goes
1:45:29
what's with the BlackBerry I
mean it
1:45:32
alarmed him this guy was
actually trying
1:45:33
to do his job he's trying to be
a good
1:45:35
civil servant and he was
freaked out by
1:45:37
it and said what are we doing
with this
1:45:39
set of Records who's looking at
them he
1:45:42
was astounded by it and he
repeatedly
1:45:44
warned the entire chain of
command of
1:45:47
what was going on he was
alarmed at
1:45:50
their destruction of emails he
knew that
1:45:52
there was another attorney
involved who
1:45:54
was essentially the cover-up
artist for
1:45:56
all of this in fact the person
who was
1:45:58
actually working in the office
of
1:45:59
legislative affairs this is
guilty
1:46:01
knowledge for knowledge
knowledge while
1:46:03
it was going on and then in the
1:46:05
aftermath this you know what
are we
1:46:07
gonna do to destroy and cover
up and
1:46:09
hide it's utterly corrupt yeah
this is
1:46:16
what Hillary came to come of it
all well
1:46:18
this is what Hillary Clinton
meant when
1:46:21
she said we're all we were all
hang
1:46:22
together from nooses yeah yeah
yeah
1:46:26
that's what she meant
1:46:27
yeah but it turns out she's
wrong
1:46:32
everybody's hanging from any
nooses not
1:46:34
yet no I mean we even I
remember us
1:46:40
going the BlackBerry we use
using a
1:46:42
blackberry a blackberry that's
not
1:46:44
government-issued you can't use
a
1:46:46
blackberry CrackBerry I have a
asset if
1:46:51
you want to play I'm always
interested
1:46:53
in if I want to play do I have
a choice
1:46:55
can I opt out yeah you could
say no not
1:46:58
now I get a clip mmm
1:47:00
no what I need is my jingle all
right
1:47:02
hit my jingle
1:47:06
all right I'm ready
1:47:09
is it okay well no I can do
more I have
1:47:13
another gene let's go with
number one
1:47:28
this is an interesting guy
1:47:30
it's been going on there's a
big scandal
1:47:33
because the integration in
schools you
1:47:35
know Pamela Harris is making a
big stink
1:47:38
about being bused when you do
when the
1:47:40
berkeley schools were already
integrated
1:47:42
and but they were no one wants
to talk
1:47:44
about that but it turns out the
big
1:47:46
bastion of liberalism in this
country
1:47:48
and and multiculturalism and
diversity
1:47:51
is New York and they're the
worst for
1:47:54
all the where and this play
this clip
1:47:56
the landmark 1954 Supreme Court
decision
1:47:59
Brown versus Board of Education
declared
1:48:01
school based racial segregation
to be
1:48:03
unconstitutional it was
intended to
1:48:05
desegregate schools but that
isn't
1:48:08
exactly what happened at least
in New
1:48:10
York State researchers have
found that
1:48:12
New York City has some of
America's most
1:48:15
segregated schools in the first
of a
1:48:17
two-part report examining school
1:48:19
diversity inequity in New York
City I
1:48:21
met with a group of students
protesting
1:48:23
segregation and visited a
district in
1:48:25
Brooklyn with a plan to increase
1:48:27
diversity this is part of our
ongoing
1:48:29
series chasing the dream
poverty and
1:48:31
opportunity in America on the
65th
1:48:34
anniversary of Brown versus
Board of
1:48:35
Education last month students
from
1:48:37
across New York City gathered
in Times
1:48:39
Square they handed out
newspapers
1:48:41
declaring retire segregation
and called
1:48:43
to the city's public schools to
be
1:48:45
integrated this in sixty five
years
1:48:47
since segregation in schools on
the
1:48:49
basis of race was ruled
unconstitutional
1:48:51
a UCLA study of public schools
found in
1:48:54
2014 and again this year that
New York
1:48:57
remains the most segregated
state for
1:48:59
African American students with
sixty
1:49:02
five percent of them in
intensely
1:49:04
segregated schools okay the
question is
1:49:08
what state is number two Texas
wrong nah
1:49:14
because Austin Austin has
nothing but
1:49:17
white schools pretending
pretending to
1:49:20
be integrated
1:49:21
it's another bastion of
liberalism
1:49:24
Illinois is number two ah
Chicago int
1:49:30
result yeah that's what I
thought it
1:49:32
that was him interesting myself
okay
1:49:34
let's play clip to the study
found it
1:49:37
was the second most segregated
State for
1:49:40
Latino students
1:49:42
ah what is the first most
segregated
1:49:46
state for Latino students New
York being
1:49:50
number two
1:49:51
California bastion of
liberalism they
1:50:03
talked a big game don't they
like a big
1:50:06
bunch of phonies do nothing
just like
1:50:09
Boston brunches I got a bunch
of phonies
1:50:12
in Austin two phonies yet talk
you got
1:50:15
your diversity you got all your
programs
1:50:17
you have your meetings your
council
1:50:19
meetings your phone aise yeah
that's
1:50:24
pretty much it big talk no
action now
1:50:28
that did fall this is just a
wrap-up
1:50:29
clip is dead no more questions
we sat
1:50:32
down with three New York City
High
1:50:33
School students members of the
group
1:50:34
integrate NYC who've been
meeting with
1:50:37
school district leadership
urging them
1:50:39
to implement what they call a
real
1:50:40
integration plan for the next
generation
1:50:43
of students looking at how the
city is
1:50:45
segregated we noticed that
there are
1:50:48
five main ways that the
segregation
1:50:51
happens the students plan
addresses what
1:50:53
they call the five R's the
enrollment
1:50:56
process the resources that are
1:50:58
distributed the relationships
in the
1:51:00
schools and the curriculum
restorative
1:51:02
justice practices and teachers
have real
1:51:06
integration in schools low
resource for
1:51:08
everybody and how do you get
there by
1:51:10
getting more young people and to
1:51:13
movement because they're the
ones that
1:51:14
are affected by the system
telling
1:51:16
students that don't feel like
leaders
1:51:17
that they are leaders and they
can make
1:51:19
change in their own schools
what is an
1:51:21
integrated school look like to
you an
1:51:24
integrated school would reflect
the
1:51:27
outwards community if there's a
certain
1:51:30
percentage of white students
black Asian
1:51:33
Latin X the school should be
able to
1:51:36
reflect that there's students
who like
1:51:38
maybe their first language
isn't English
1:51:40
right students who are English
language
1:51:41
learners students with
disabilities
1:51:43
there's different ways that
students
1:51:46
experience life and all of those
1:51:49
different experiences put
together in a
1:51:51
school community are what make
it so
1:51:52
different and special and help
1:51:54
students learned from not only
the
1:51:57
content they're being taught
but each
1:51:58
other each other they don't
know what
1:52:01
they're doing in other words I
did some
1:52:03
research other you know so I'd
have my I
1:52:06
have my thoughts on this type
of stuff
1:52:08
and let me say this comes from
education
1:52:12
next today Los Angeles in
California as
1:52:16
a whole have abandoned
integration as
1:52:18
the chief mechanism of school
reform and
1:52:21
embraced charter schools
instead this
1:52:25
has happened all over the
country but
1:52:27
California has led the way it
has six
1:52:29
hundred and thirty thousand
students in
1:52:31
charter schools more than any
other
1:52:32
state and the Los Angeles
Unified School
1:52:34
District has more than one
hundred and
1:52:37
fifty-four thousand of them
charters are
1:52:39
associated with choice and
innovation
1:52:41
important elements of the good
life that
1:52:43
California is famous for in a
deep-blue
1:52:46
stay open industry a deep blue
state
1:52:49
that good life theoretically
includes
1:52:51
diversity and many white
liberals
1:52:52
believe charters can achieve
that too
1:52:54
after all a do-it-yourself
school can do
1:52:57
anything at once but it doesn't
because
1:52:59
you're phonies we got tons of
charter
1:53:02
schools in Austin phonies be
bused white
1:53:06
children to black schools
that's what
1:53:08
I'm for well I'm not for any of
it I'm
1:53:14
just yelling in the wind I
think the
1:53:18
whole thing is ridiculous if
people
1:53:20
should go to the school as
closest to
1:53:22
them and if it happens to be
largely by
1:53:25
car brought largely white or it
mixed or
1:53:27
they're in half way between
this and
1:53:29
that that's the way it is you
just cater
1:53:31
to them but you make sure that
they have
1:53:32
the same quality of education
which is
1:53:35
the hard part they can't do
that so
1:53:40
it's just a mess well at any
rate um and
1:53:42
by the way New York is gonna be
if
1:53:44
anyone dikes to invest in
things I think
1:53:46
private schools and maybe
charter
1:53:48
schools New York in particular
is gonna
1:53:50
be a target because there are
taken down
1:53:52
there's New York's got a bunch
of these
1:53:54
special ploidy toidy school
Stuyvesant
1:53:57
and the arts and whatever it is
the
1:53:59
Dramatic Arts School there's a
bunch of
1:54:01
these high schools that are
high and
1:54:03
public schools for kids that
are special
1:54:06
in terms like there's they can
sing they
1:54:09
can dance mm-hmm or they're
really smart
1:54:11
like they're geniuses they put
them in
1:54:14
these special schools and they
keep them
1:54:15
there and they get then in push
them out
1:54:16
the MIT and they're good to go
those are
1:54:19
all through they're not gonna
let those
1:54:23
be and you cannot get if you're
a smart
1:54:25
kid you can end up anywhere so
private
1:54:27
schools is what's gonna happen
in New
1:54:29
York they're gonna take over
they've
1:54:30
stayed off New York has stopped
the
1:54:32
private school movement there's
a lot of
1:54:34
private schools but they've put
a that
1:54:36
kind of tamped it down by
having these
1:54:39
special schools for special
kids who are
1:54:41
really smart or really talented
but now
1:54:43
that's over so there's she's
gonna just
1:54:46
fall apart
1:54:47
New York screwed I think
California is
1:54:49
not no Cal Affairs been screwed
1:54:52
California's we're got pooping
on the
1:54:54
street going on here
1:54:55
no California is the mess and
then
1:54:58
they're now they're checking
they're
1:54:59
charging this extra gasoline
tax it's
1:55:02
gonna be they're gonna ads we
already
1:55:03
have the highest gasoline price
in the
1:55:05
country they're gonna by law I
think
1:55:07
it's coming up is gonna be
because you
1:55:09
drop 75 cents on it and then
they're
1:55:12
gonna drop every year another
50 cents
1:55:14
50 cents 50 cents forever
1:55:16
man so it's just energy they
can't do
1:55:19
anything about it at least for
now how
1:55:20
long are you gonna hang in
there ah the
1:55:24
best well you don't go anywhere
so you
1:55:25
don't need gas the only petrol
so you're
1:55:29
just just hanging around - the
poop
1:55:31
comes all the way up you're the
bassist
1:55:36
when the bay is full of poop
you know
1:55:39
stinks I was watching Tucker
Carlson on
1:55:43
the thing it was Monday and he
did his
1:55:46
whole week from Japan and North
Korea
1:55:48
and he got an interview with the
1:55:50
president and he was at the
1:55:53
at the now-famous that I won't
say
1:55:56
infamous with the actual famous
crossing
1:55:58
of the Demilitarized Zone into
North
1:56:01
Korea which by the way from
everything I
1:56:04
saw the president walked that
himself no
1:56:07
Secret Service
1:56:08
nothing was around him he
walked that
1:56:10
himself I thought that was all
right
1:56:13
you're pretty sure of yourself
yeah I
1:56:14
think that took some nerve but
it
1:56:17
probably didn't take nerve
because I
1:56:18
believe I was telling people
how much
1:56:20
I'd love to go to North Korea
and they
1:56:22
deliberate oh my god that
horrible
1:56:26
dictator how would you how
could you do
1:56:28
that you're gonna get killed I
don't
1:56:31
believe that's true
1:56:32
I think it's bullcrap well the
and so
1:56:34
Trump didn't have a problem
walking
1:56:36
across but of course the
Liberals all
1:56:38
made a big fuss about it
because all my
1:56:40
god not just liberals I just
people who
1:56:44
were a lot of people the
right-wing
1:56:48
isn't for this either but
Tucker Carlson
1:56:50
was doing something very
strange he kept
1:56:54
taking pictures of the North
Korean
1:56:56
Secret Service guys and he kept
showing
1:56:59
them from his iPhone look these
guys
1:57:01
what did it I mean it was
really weird I
1:57:03
mean I don't know why he did
that but he
1:57:07
kept saying oh look at these
uncouth
1:57:09
individuals well they look so
strange
1:57:10
well that'll make you think
like that
1:57:12
have you ever taken pictures of
our
1:57:14
Secret Service guys they look
pretty
1:57:15
creepy too it was just it was
unpaid I
1:57:18
was just to pass on the images
to the
1:57:20
CIA or ever Tucker's really
working for
1:57:22
now there's an interesting
point I like
1:57:26
that so what you do you go
ahead and
1:57:28
take pictures of you know the
crowd you
1:57:32
pictures of the crabby actually
zooming
1:57:34
in us certain characters and
then you
1:57:36
pass them on you get paid well
then he
1:57:41
had an interview with the
president
1:57:42
which was pretty you know dry
there
1:57:45
wasn't a lot going on but we
here at the
1:57:47
No Agenda show we have a theory
that the
1:57:49
truth always wants to come out
and it
1:57:53
slips out in weird ways and
with this
1:57:55
president you never quite know
but I he
1:57:57
slipped out a lot of truths in
his in
1:58:00
his speaking and he just kind of
1:58:02
continues and no one ever calls
him on
1:58:04
it which was weird
1:58:06
when I thought whatever calls
anybody on
1:58:08
anything you came very close to
setting
1:58:11
the US military to strike Iran
you pull
1:58:13
back at the last moment you were
1:58:16
criticized by neo-cons in
Washington for
1:58:18
doing that they wanted you to
strike
1:58:19
Iran why do you think they want
and I
1:58:21
was given a lot of credit by
most people
1:58:23
a lot of people gave me a lot
of public
1:58:24
was on their side for sure a
lot of
1:58:25
people said that was a great
1:58:27
presidential moment which was
you know
1:58:28
rather shocking to hear so we
shut down
1:58:33
an unmanned drone and what
right then
1:58:46
Tucker of course caught that
listen
1:58:49
carefully because Tucker when
people
1:58:51
interview somebody they listen
to what
1:58:53
they have to say and so Tucker
caught
1:58:55
that and called him on an end
Trump
1:58:57
corrected the problem right no
he showed
1:58:59
more of those pictures of the
security
1:59:01
guys now dear so we shut down an
1:59:06
unmanned drone and it's worse
he affirms
1:59:13
that we shot down the unmanned
drone by
1:59:15
saying yeah yeah so we shut
down an
1:59:19
unmanned drone yeah and they
claimed was
1:59:23
over their territory which it
wasn't but
1:59:25
they would say this so on top
of it
1:59:26
they'll say unmanned and over
their
1:59:27
territory and then we go in
before I
1:59:30
sent them out they had to give
me
1:59:32
everything I wanted to know by
seven
1:59:34
o'clock fine I said when I hear
that
1:59:39
kind of stuff its G wasn't it
like with
1:59:43
it Rumsfeld let me find I'm
sure we have
1:59:47
the Rumsfeld you haven't no
yeah here
1:59:50
this is Rumsfeld talking about
flight 93
1:59:54
we imagine the kind of world we
would
1:59:57
face
1:59:59
if the people who bombed the
best Hall
2:00:02
in Mosul are the people who did
the
2:00:05
bombing in Spain or the people
who
2:00:07
attack the United States in New
York
2:00:09
shot down the plane over
Pennsylvania
2:00:15
yeah yeah shot down the plane
over
2:00:19
Pennsylvania sure sure that
happened
2:00:21
know though when I hear this
stuff I
2:00:25
think okay so we shot down the
drone I
2:00:29
know it just doesn't sound like
he like
2:00:32
that's it sounds like the truth
wind to
2:00:35
come out that whole thing sound
like a
2:00:37
bullcrap false flag and the
whole thing
2:00:39
was a bullcrap
2:00:40
luckily no one the president
didn't fall
2:00:43
for it
2:00:44
it's just thank God we do this
show who
2:00:50
else want to be able to share
this stuff
2:00:51
with except my wife and be a
little
2:00:56
codger we have to be old
codgers and in
2:00:59
public here's one of the things
that you
2:01:04
can one of these things that
got my guy
2:01:06
got my attention was well
here's by the
2:01:11
way here's that I'm going to
skip that
2:01:13
and go to this this is because
I've been
2:01:15
following this especially on
CBS with
2:01:18
the major Garrett because the
media was
2:01:21
keeps going on and on but they
don't
2:01:23
like to have this July 4th
thing going
2:01:27
on especially the displays of
lag and so
2:01:35
it's now it's we used to be a
2:01:37
nonpartisan celebration of July
4 now
2:01:39
it's all about Trump and they
keep
2:01:42
saying that and I don't see
that it's
2:01:43
all about Trump it's all about
Trump
2:01:45
wanting to have a big party
maybe but
2:01:48
it's not about that it's about
the party
2:01:50
itself and so I've had a bunch
I kept
2:01:52
collecting clips all a week
about
2:01:53
dissing Garrett is the worst
but they
2:01:55
finally backed off a little bit
but I
2:01:57
thought we'd do an update of
the shindig
2:01:59
which is tonight today July 4th
shindig
2:02:02
in Washington DC with the tanks
and
2:02:04
here's they still down they
still played
2:02:06
it's kind of a nasty thing
president is
2:02:09
promising the show of a lifetime
2:02:10
tomorrow in Washington
2:02:12
tonight as we speak the military
2:02:14
hardware is being put into
place stages
2:02:16
and stands are being prepared
and our
2:02:18
chief Washington correspondent
major
2:02:20
Garrett is at the Lincoln
Memorial
2:02:21
tonight major good evening
David welcome
2:02:25
to a hot and humid steps of the
Lincoln
2:02:28
Memorial over my shoulder you
see the
2:02:29
Army Band formerly known as
Pershing
2:02:31
zone part of the pageantry here
they're
2:02:33
working through their
rehearsals to my
2:02:35
left you see one of two Bradley
infantry
2:02:37
vehicles part of the militarized
2:02:39
pageantry you know when the
president
2:02:40
talked about the show that's an
2:02:42
important word because this is
his show
2:02:44
stage-managed for weeks by in
the White
2:02:46
House of the cost and there
will be many
2:02:49
the president said well they'll
be very
2:02:50
little compared to what this is
all
2:02:51
worth we have one figure that's
worth
2:02:53
noting reportedly a National
Park
2:02:55
Service will have to use 2.5
million
2:02:58
dollars and user fees from other
2:03:00
national parks help defray some
of the
2:03:02
costs here David major we know
the
2:03:04
president will be there who
else is
2:03:06
going to be with him well let
me give
2:03:08
you some visuals on that my
photographer
2:03:10
Tony Furlow will show you the
one
2:03:11
beliefs are wrapped in bunting
that is
2:03:13
for VIPs who are the VIPs that
will be
2:03:15
for the White House to decide
some of
2:03:17
those VIPs will be Republican
Party
2:03:19
donors creating a bit of
partisanship
2:03:22
muddying what is historically a
2:03:24
nonpartisan event
2:03:26
as for all the other matters
here the
2:03:28
district government wants to be
repaid
2:03:30
for any additional cost the
biggest
2:03:32
thing here to think about David
and one
2:03:33
of the biggest challenges for
everyone
2:03:34
the president involved in this
the
2:03:36
weather forecast for this 4th
of July
2:03:39
here 80 percent chance of
thunderstorms
2:03:42
and possibly lightning I think
I can top
2:03:49
that by the way the host of the
2:03:53
anchorman should have asked him
why are
2:03:55
you shouting
2:03:58
okay I'll top it see you really
don't
2:04:01
understand you don't understand
what
2:04:03
this is about I mean what why
do we have
2:04:06
military parades we've had them
in about
2:04:08
we I recall being on a drill
team we're
2:04:13
talking about this baton
twirler oh no
2:04:16
no you get you get an old I
guess an m1
2:04:22
rifle a1 yeah that's well it's
heavy as
2:04:26
if it weighs a ton got a swirl
it around
2:04:29
you got a March and then and
I've we've
2:04:32
talked about this for sure many
many
2:04:33
years ago
2:04:34
no yes official yeah remember
light you
2:04:37
would have been this thing I
will I will
2:04:39
be out you're the tall guy
you'd be out
2:04:41
in front in a minute I will jog
your
2:04:42
memory code 44 jugs nothing
code if you
2:04:48
hear code 44 that means that
there's
2:04:51
horse crap and you be prepared
to march
2:04:53
over it or step through it or
whatever
2:04:55
that was code 44 yeah so why do
we do
2:05:00
this is it pride is it
personally I
2:05:03
think you know with the amount
of money
2:05:04
we spend on it I don't mind
seeing it
2:05:07
and it's a big fu to the rest
of the
2:05:09
world that's what we do we here
we are
2:05:13
we've got the biggest we have
this pup
2:05:15
most powerful screw you this is
us
2:05:18
everyone else does it except
for Europe
2:05:20
tonight they don't have the
European
2:05:22
model forces yes yes France
well you see
2:05:26
you're wrong you're wrong
France doesn't
2:05:28
do it for those reasons France
does it
2:05:30
for different reasons and
you're so
2:05:33
wrong that you could never be
joy Reid's
2:05:35
friend
2:05:36
it's just you mentioned you
know France
2:05:39
and Kim jong-un who you know
Donald
2:05:41
Trump and greatly admires Kim
jong-un he
2:05:43
sort of aspires to be sort of a
mini you
2:05:45
know Putin or Kim jong-un he
wants to
2:05:46
meet that this is this is I I
don't like
2:05:51
the term that's so I rarely use
it if at
2:05:54
all this is true Trump
derangement
2:05:57
syndrome I don't like the term
because
2:05:59
it's not a real thing but the
the the
2:06:03
apparent effects of whatever's
going on
2:06:05
is a real thing so to say this
is
2:06:08
tedious aspires to be sort of a
mini you
2:06:11
know Putin or Kim jong-un he
wants to
2:06:13
meet that had that kind of
absolute
2:06:14
power
2:06:15
he claims Kim jong-un's people
just
2:06:16
adore him well they have no
choice
2:06:17
because he'd throw them in a
gulag and
2:06:19
probably kill them but you
think about
2:06:21
the best deal day celebration
what is
2:06:23
that celebration about what is
the
2:06:25
message that's meant to be sent
2:06:27
well let me stop since you
brought up
2:06:30
Bastille Day what is the
message what is
2:06:32
the message to be sent by
having a
2:06:33
parade on Bastille Day before I
have joy
2:06:35
read school you I would say was
similar
2:06:39
to the 4th of July it was the
French
2:06:42
Revolution yesterday that
everything you
2:06:46
know happened here so who are
the who is
2:06:48
the show of force meant for
chopped
2:06:51
heads
2:06:52
I thought military armada
that's rolling
2:06:55
down the streets of Paris it's
a message
2:06:57
to tyrants what Bastille Day
support you
2:07:00
know represents is the victory
over
2:07:02
tyrannical rule is that what it
2:07:04
represents I think it's a
stretch you
2:07:09
could maybe say that because it
was when
2:07:11
they overthrew the monarchy at
the time
2:07:15
I think a given tyrants eyes of
source
2:07:17
make them eat cake I think a
guillotine
2:07:19
would have been more
representative but
2:07:21
ok I'll take it for the king
and over
2:07:23
the attempt for the king to
return the
2:07:26
storming of the Bastille was
about
2:07:27
victory over tyrants what is
the message
2:07:29
when Kim Jong un rolls tanks
down the
2:07:31
streets of his capital the
message is to
2:07:34
democracies it's the messages
to people
2:07:36
like us to Western democracies
you
2:07:38
better be careful because we
the unified
2:07:40
Korean North Korean people will
defeat
2:07:42
you we have nukes be afraid of
us
2:07:45
so what is the message Donald
Trump is
2:07:47
trying to send by rolling tanks
down
2:07:48
Kahn's
2:07:49
an avenue who is that message
to it's
2:07:51
certainly not to tyrants
because he
2:07:53
likes tyrants he loves tyrants
it's not
2:07:55
to Putin it's not to kim
jeong-hoon it's
2:07:57
not to the Saudis is it to our
friends
2:07:59
it's from democracy so he
doesn't
2:08:01
particularly like or is it to
us is it
2:08:03
to the resistance in this
country Thanks
2:08:06
you're talking over the best
part I'm
2:08:08
sorry listening to her ramble I
mean the
2:08:11
fourth of July so fourth of
July and
2:08:13
it's a but if she's gonna use
the
2:08:15
tyrants analogy it was because
we
2:08:16
overthrew the British rule in
our
2:08:19
country which were tyrants
because they
2:08:21
made us pay taxes to them and
other
2:08:23
minor things at the time and
but it got
2:08:26
we got fed up so I don't see the
2:08:29
difference is that they he
wants to put
2:08:31
some tanks and this which
Kennedy did by
2:08:33
the way listen listen before
you go off
2:08:37
listen to an Avenue who is that
message
2:08:40
to it's certainly not to
tyrants because
2:08:42
he likes tyrants he loves
tyrants it's
2:08:45
not to Putin it's not to kim
jeong-hoon
2:08:46
it's not to the Saudis is it to
our
2:08:49
friends from democracy so he
doesn't
2:08:51
particularly like or is it to
us is it
2:08:53
to the resistance in this
country I got
2:08:55
tanks I have this military
Armada the
2:08:58
message is a threat but it's
always a
2:09:01
threat when you roll you out
your
2:09:02
military but it's to whom is
the threat
2:09:04
and I suspect that the threat
is to his
2:09:06
fellow Americans and I hate to
say that
2:09:08
but I think that Donald Trump
styles
2:09:10
himself a tyrant not a defeater
of
2:09:12
tyrants that's right it's the
resistance
2:09:13
is against the American people
he's
2:09:17
showing you you stupid citizen
that he
2:09:21
can kill you with his tanks do
what he
2:09:23
says brother who is that woman
I read on
2:09:29
MSNBC yes she was bad that that
would do
2:09:32
his joy read was the
interviewer no joy
2:09:35
read was on in the afternoon
like a real
2:09:37
prime time she doesn't get this
is real
2:09:39
exposure for her oh my yeah yes
I think
2:09:49
so I don't understand why they
put up
2:09:52
with that this is this is a to
me this
2:09:55
is an executive problem at CNN
that they
2:10:00
would have her on the air MSNBC
2:10:02
oh I thought she was a CNN
nurse she's
2:10:05
MSNBC okay well that's it then
I would
2:10:07
to blame Comcast executives
pushing this
2:10:11
sort of thinking because it's
really
2:10:12
harmful to the public at large
it's
2:10:15
extremely negative its diluted
and
2:10:20
dangerous she's a very
dangerous person
2:10:22
to be because there will always
be
2:10:24
somebody that buys into this
nonsense
2:10:26
mm-hmm and it really shouldn't
be you
2:10:30
know if you could do it on the
corner
2:10:32
says hand out pamphlets do it
some other
2:10:34
way but to be given a free rein
on a
2:10:37
Broadcasting Network which and
I would
2:10:39
say she does show up on NBC and
NBC's
2:10:42
not a single person on that
panel said
2:10:45
hold on a second you know
taking that a
2:10:47
little bit far perhaps that
what mm-hmm
2:10:50
oh yeah mmm yeah right on
sister you
2:10:56
nailed it we know what's going
on orange
2:10:58
man bad orange man bad but that
she's
2:11:01
not the craziest person that
caught this
2:11:02
week the craziest has got to be
our good
2:11:05
old hat-wearing friend
representative
2:11:07
Fredrika Wilson of I think
she's Florida
2:11:12
congresswoman from Florida
she's the one
2:11:13
with the cowboy hats with the
bejeweled
2:11:17
cowboy hats yeah yeah so
apparently
2:11:22
she's pissed that people are
making fun
2:11:24
of representatives on Twitter
and social
2:11:29
media and she not only is
outraged but
2:11:32
she has planned making fun of
members of
2:11:39
Congress are disgrace and
there's no
2:11:43
need for anyone to think that is
2:11:46
unacceptable we're gonna shut
them down
2:11:49
and work with whoever it is to
shut them
2:11:52
down yeah I'm just gonna stop
here not a
2:11:55
lot of people hurl a second now
you
2:11:57
condemned me for this some time
ago
2:11:59
and I'm gonna call you out on
this you
2:12:02
condemned me because the speed
of my
2:12:04
clips was off by like ten
percent or
2:12:07
something the speed on this
clip is off
2:12:09
at least thirty percent and
it's you
2:12:12
should just pull it it's not
right
2:12:14
there's nobody it's not
possible to
2:12:16
sound like this that is her
book through
2:12:18
DAP that is her voice that is
Fredrika
2:12:21
Wilson that is her voice and as
as much
2:12:24
as you despise the voice or
think it's
2:12:26
phony a deep fake audio she is
actually
2:12:30
saying here that when people
make fun of
2:12:33
representatives in Congress
they as in
2:12:36
she and the representatives
will work
2:12:38
with whom ever they won't need
to to
2:12:40
shut them down now as much as I
think
2:12:43
the branding conversation we
had on the
2:12:45
conversation we had on the last
show was
2:12:48
important and a just one this
is the
2:12:51
shit that has this this is
inquiry
2:12:54
worthy she's literally saying
he or she
2:12:57
will collude with commercial
companies
2:13:00
to have people speech shut down
just
2:13:05
because they're making fun of
people in
2:13:07
Congress this although funny to
listen
2:13:11
to her nutty voice I'm gonna
play the
2:13:12
whole clip it's only 30 seconds
this is
2:13:15
actually she should be thrown
out making
2:13:22
fun of members of Congress are
disgrace
2:13:25
and there's no need for anyone
to think
2:13:30
that is
2:13:30
unacceptable we're gonna shut
them down
2:13:33
and work with whoever it is to
shut them
2:13:36
down and they should be
prosecuted who
2:13:38
cannot intimidate members of
Congress
2:13:43
members of Congress it is
against the
2:13:46
law and shame in this United
States of
2:13:49
America whoo what do you say to
that my
2:13:57
name miami-dade County is that
what
2:14:01
you're where she's from
2:14:02
yep and that's in Thank You
Miami
2:14:06
Florida for giving us this
woman as your
2:14:10
representative
2:14:11
she's your representative all
you sharp
2:14:14
operators there in Miami it's
just I
2:14:18
love how she says somebody like
just
2:14:20
even get in office with that
voice let
2:14:23
alone that stupid hat and the
fact that
2:14:26
she's you know an idiot I think
she
2:14:29
needs to be hauled before some
kind of
2:14:31
Commission because she
literally talked
2:14:33
about deep platforming people
as a
2:14:36
political operative as a
representative
2:14:39
as a member of the government
that is
2:14:42
actually censorship that is
actually
2:14:44
illegal we're my way off base I
know I'm
2:14:48
five I'm all for screw it that
hat
2:14:51
should be illegal show my food
by
2:14:54
donation to no agenda imagine
all the
2:14:56
people who could do is awesome
oh yeah
2:14:58
that'd be fun
2:15:02
[Music]
2:15:05
and we do have a few people to
thank for
2:15:08
show 11:52
2:15:11
which is a magic number somehow
2:15:13
someone's pointed that out and
I got
2:15:14
somebody else trying to do the
math so
2:15:16
they couldn't do it but let's
start off
2:15:18
with thanking Maxine Waters
gravel is
2:15:23
now up this time this donation
was 145
2:15:26
so they're making a bum's rush
for
2:15:29
knighthood for the Grice nice
and said
2:15:31
by the way Maxine Waters gravel
is a
2:15:33
dual citizen gravel so that is
$71 for
2:15:38
being half Kanda Navion
apologies that
2:15:41
Maxine Waters gravel says for
burning
2:15:43
down the White House and just
also
2:15:45

famous
2:17:25
morning radio disc jockey and
he did a
2:17:27

2:20:26
that's our total of 74 votes
2:20:29
22 22 on top of two so that's
24 total
2:20:35
mean one between here we got
Jonathan
2:20:38
reeseman 7333 Christopher Horeb
Eric in
2:20:45

the last
2:21:29
one I've been watching it all
along I
2:21:31
love that show it's a very
funny show
2:21:33
and if you didn't tell me I
wouldn't
2:21:36
have known it was canned an
avian it's
2:21:38
kind of its uncongenial part of
the old
2:21:46
second city true bottle drunk
Chris
2:21:48
Elliott and Chris Elliott it
was you
2:21:50
know Bob Elias son it was dry
you know
2:21:54
the dry humor side of the
business and
2:21:57
then you have Kathryn Harris
also from
2:21:59
Toronto and then I'd the girl
and the
2:22:01
young - O'Hara Catherine O'Hara
cats
2:22:03
right here yeah and I think
there's
2:22:07
mostly Canadians yeah that
thing but
2:22:08
it's just a classic kind of
it's a great
2:22:11
show it's produced by the CBC
underlying
2:22:13
forest yes yes it's completely
know I
2:22:16
think it's over the borderline
farce
2:22:18
it's it's fantastic great show
so thank
2:22:21
you for that Canada too bad you
don't
2:22:23

2:25:59
that we can do this thank you
very much
2:26:03
did you know that during this
program
2:26:05
the largest earthquake in
decades hit
2:26:08
Southern California 600 that's
been
2:26:11
expected 6.4 you didn't well
Southern
2:26:14
California so you wouldn't feel
anything
2:26:16
no you wouldn't feel it let me
see 1033
2:26:19
a.m. quake was centered in the
Cyril's
2:26:21
surles valley about a hundred
miles from
2:26:25
Los Angeles will be safe yeah
make sure
2:26:31
you check in on Facebook it was
safe
2:26:35
check-ins everybody knows oh
yeah please
2:26:37
be safe yeah what scale what's
anymore
2:26:43
what the number is because this
is all
2:26:45
dick taken the Richter scale
out was an
2:26:48
objective recording and now
it's all
2:26:50
subject I was an objective
recording now
2:26:53
it's all subjective
2:26:54
you know you type in you go to
the USGS
2:26:56
site and tell them what you
felt yeah I
2:26:59
just
2:27:00
I'd like to count casualties
yeah that's
2:27:03
how that's that's yeah I didn't
2:27:04
California keeping them pretty
low have
2:27:06
you got no casualties it's a
great
2:27:08
earthquake yeah fun for the
righteous
2:27:11
it's for the cleanup thank you
to all
2:27:14
who supported the show today
2:27:16
it makes us super happy because
here we
2:27:19
are it is supposed to be I mean
was I
2:27:21
was drinking my coffee out back
doing
2:27:23
the about 5:30 this morning the
show
2:27:26
prep already I could hear the
neighbors
2:27:27
they're getting ready for 4th
of July
2:27:28
they're getting stuff out there
by the
2:27:30
time I got my coffee before we
started
2:27:32
the show they got the music
playing yeah
2:27:35
sir gene texted me yesterday
hey it was
2:27:39
gonna be out of town but now
I'm in town
2:27:41
so hey well you guys do it for
fourth of
2:27:43
July said well we're all
working thank
2:27:45
you very much I start at 5:30
Tina will
2:27:48
be up around the same time you
know
2:27:50
after all that around 4:00 this
2:27:51
afternoon gonna have a burger
watch some
2:27:53
TV and go to sleep
2:27:55
you're not yes I am what Jean
coming
2:27:59
over I well he no he nailed it
he said
2:28:05
in for a free meal I'll go hang
out with
2:28:07
non boring friends that's
exactly right
2:28:10
we're totally boring on 4th of
July we
2:28:12
work someone's got to keep this
great
2:28:14
country rolling what do you
want to come
2:28:16
over in the morning I thought
you'd want
2:28:19
to come over you're good to the
2:28:20
fireworks just about you but
I'm tired
2:28:23
after the show well here we have
2:28:26
fireworks everywhere and we a
lot of
2:28:29
fires most of mediocre and a
lot of them
2:28:31
in the fog but the best
fireworks
2:28:33
displayed generally speaking
and it's
2:28:35
not the greatest anywhere but
it's a
2:28:37
really good 4th of July
fireworks show
2:28:39
is in Richmond in over the San
Francisco
2:28:42
Bay yesterday there's no fog
what they
2:28:47
did it last night it's a nice
show it's
2:28:51
not the most expensive but it's
a very
2:28:53
nice show and well thought out
with a
2:28:54
good finale and there was
enough of a
2:28:56
breeze because it brought me
home with
2:28:58
firework shows is that it round
here
2:29:00
usually there's no breeze on
4th and and
2:29:03
the smoke starts to accumulate
so as all
2:29:05
the fireworks go into the same
exact
2:29:07
spot it desisted behind all the
smoke
2:29:10
from the previous explosion but
no it
2:29:12
was moving in a mout so you got
to see
2:29:14
everything as clean as a
whistle and
2:29:15
that was yesterday today it'll
be lousy
2:29:19
[Music]
2:29:23
that's that's the peerage
Committee John
2:29:26
they want me to do the daming
x' and the
2:29:28
knighting zand and the tidal
changes and
2:29:30
everything so I might as well
that's
2:29:36
right thank you very much also
everyone
2:29:38
who came in under $50 you're
supporting
2:29:41
the value for value network in
a way
2:29:42
that works incredibly well for
us with
2:29:44
value but thank you to
everybody who
2:29:45
supports the show in any way
you do and
2:29:47
for financial support which we
do need
2:29:50
another show on Sunday please
go to
2:29:53
org slash and a couple of
Karma's as
2:29:56

2:30:08

incredibly
2:32:08
healthy to do you can meet
people who
2:32:11
are maybe not always like
minded but
2:32:13
they're not gonna be triggered
and
2:32:15
freaked out because everyone
just has
2:32:16
good conversation and yeah it's
kind of
2:32:20
like John like you and I 11
years
2:32:21
together we never had a fight
it works
2:32:23
even though we we differ from
opinion
2:32:25
from time to time no agenda
meetups calm
2:32:28
and let me say guy do this in
the right
2:32:30
order because we do have a

2:34:13
okay we have a one major title
change
2:34:17
today you heard it earlier sir
Vincent
2:34:19
who was just night at his
grueling man
2:34:21
of Greenbrier Woods now becomes
the
2:34:23
baron of the Alabama Gulf Coast
to the
2:34:26
Florida Panhandle
2:34:28
that's quite a territory can he
have all
2:34:31
of that can you have the whole
thing
2:34:34
from the Alabama Gulf Coast of
the
2:34:36
Florida Panhandle that whole
swath area
2:34:38
yes not that much all righty
then
2:34:41
fantastic may have a competing
baron in
2:34:44
the area we'll have to work
that out
2:34:45
well for sure we want to thank
everybody
2:34:48
who who became a knight for your
2:34:52
incredible perseverance and
sticking
2:34:55
with us and sticking with the
show I'm
2:34:57
glad you have something to to
show off
2:34:59
now they are great at meetups
people
2:35:02
love to see the night rings and
Dame
2:35:05
rings at meetups bring it along
and they
2:35:09
beep if you're near your soul
mate your
2:35:15
twin flame it lights up near
your twin
2:35:19
flame okay
2:35:23
Vee I just I only really have
one or two
2:35:27
more topics the the the
bullcrap debate
2:35:30
over what's happening at the
border is
2:35:33
just going insane they a CBS
this
2:35:40
morning went to an all-time low
we and I
2:35:44
and I don't have the full
report that
2:35:46
wish I had that just couldn't
find it
2:35:47
this morning this is very
reminiscent of
2:35:50
we needed to get into the Iraq
war and
2:35:53
it wasn't really happening we
needed
2:35:55
some more need people to get on
board we
2:35:57
needed the country to hate them
hate the
2:36:00
Iraqis and so a daughter of a
was it
2:36:06
Hill Nolan I think daughter of
a big
2:36:08
this is the yeah the Iraq war
with the
2:36:10
first one the first one yeah
yeah storm
2:36:13
with Bush Bush one yeah yeah so
we
2:36:17
needed to get some some buy-in
and we
2:36:19
didn't have you know weapons of
mass
2:36:20
destruction stuff what we
really needed
2:36:22
was something that would that
would
2:36:24
touch the American hearts and
2:36:26
whenever you want to just think
of the
2:36:27
children just just do something
with
2:36:29
children and you're good to go
2:36:33
so instead of well I mean so the
2:36:37
original template for this was
the Iraqi
2:36:40
soldiers came in to the
infirmary ward
2:36:42
and they took the babies out of
the
2:36:45
incubators and threw them on
the floor
2:36:47
yeah how's it good what we did
we have
2:36:49
that clip somewhere you know
that's
2:36:51
worth looking for let me see
2:36:54
incubator no I don't think it
would
2:36:56
better that what would happen
under hill
2:36:59
and Oulton testimony Iraq war
pop into
2:37:04
Rock Missy Hill and Knowlton
scam
2:37:07
maybe you very much would be
part of her
2:37:09
final witness is also using an
assumed
2:37:13
name and again we ask this was
on this
2:37:16
was in the Senate was it not no
this was
2:37:19
actually this was what
interesting about
2:37:21
this was a special hearing with
Senator
2:37:24
with the hope with the regular
Congress
2:37:27
people but it was not in an
official
2:37:28
setting it was some something
scam
2:37:31
--is-- about the setting our
friends in
2:37:33
the media to respect the need
to for her
2:37:37
to protect oh what a guy I had
forgotten
2:37:39
about this whole set ally call
on now
2:37:41
you're on to testify
2:37:44
[Music]
2:37:45
mr. chairman and members of the
2:37:47
committee my name is Nita and I
just
2:37:50
came out of Kuwait my mother
and I were
2:37:58
in Kuwait on August 2nd for a
peaceful
2:38:00
summer holiday my older sister
had a
2:38:03
baby on July 29th every morning
to spend
2:38:06
some time and quate with her
2:38:08
I only pray that none of my
10th grade
2:38:11
classmates had a summer
vacation like I
2:38:13
did I never spent time that
could be an
2:38:18
adult that could go up quickly
2:38:23
when I saw happen to the
children of
2:38:25
quake went to my country has
changed my
2:38:28
life forever
2:38:29
that's Jai's life of all
acquittees
2:38:32
young and old your children my
sister
2:38:40
with my five day old nephew
travelled
2:38:43
across the desert to seek
safety there
2:38:47
is no milk available for the
baby weight
2:38:51
they barely escaped when their
car was
2:38:53
stuck in the desert desert sand
and help
2:38:56
came from Saudi Arabia I stayed
behind
2:39:00
and wanted to do something for
my
2:39:01
country
2:39:06
volunteer volunteered at the
other dine
2:39:09
hospital with 12 other women
who wanted
2:39:12
to help as well I was the
youngest
2:39:14
volunteer the other women were
from 20
2:39:18
to 30 years old
2:39:19
Wow soldiers coming to the
hospital
2:39:34
[Applause]
2:39:40
because I'm doing these radio
plays we
2:39:44
need to find her so just so you
know
2:39:46
this turned out to be a total
lie but
2:39:50
maybe she was the daughter of an
2:39:51
ambassador I think yes she was
the
2:39:52
daughter somebody important and
she was
2:39:55
a setup she was put into this
currently
2:39:57
she's a pretty good actress and
they put
2:39:58
her in in front of Congress to
give this
2:40:00
cock-and-bull story which was
just a
2:40:03
complete it was complete hoax
and it was
2:40:06
done by Hill & Knowlton yes
they had
2:40:08
dreamed it up they had given
her the
2:40:10
script and it was total lie and
this is
2:40:13
not just hearsay so now we get
and this
2:40:17
is a great script you couldn't
use it
2:40:18
for anything let's take some
let's take
2:40:20
some children make him scream
climate
2:40:22
change alright let's do that
it's
2:40:23
fantastic kids works it's a
great way to
2:40:26
go so just if you want to tug
at the
2:40:28
heartstrings and that's what
CBS this
2:40:30
morning did president of the
American
2:40:32
Academy of Pediatrics toured to
CBP
2:40:35
facilities last week and
2:40:36
CBS News they are no place for
children
2:40:39
dr. Saragosa received these
pictures
2:40:41
from a social worker that were
drawn by
2:40:43
children recently released from
CBP
2:40:45
custody showing them in cages
paints a
2:40:48
terrible picture and imagine
the effect
2:40:50
it's going to have on these
kids for the
2:40:52
rest of their life here in the
United
2:40:53
States of America this should
not be
2:40:55
it's a devastating report they
will
2:40:57
abide by every measure we as
adults can
2:41:00
debate cages or not cages those
drawings
2:41:02
tell the story so have you seen
these
2:41:07
drawings
2:41:07
wait a minute I want to I did
have not
2:41:10
okay first of all no and I want
to point
2:41:12
out something they said which
was their
2:41:14
disclaimer we can debate cages
are not
2:41:18
gauging mm-hmm lost that or but
you
2:41:22
can't deny these geez well
pictures the
2:41:25
reason why yeah take a look at
the
2:41:26
pictures the reason why they
say that is
2:41:28
because it doesn't look like a
cage at
2:41:31
all you see bars you see bars
or a fence
2:41:33
which is you know what the kids
and it's
2:41:36
interesting that all of them
are drawn
2:41:38
and this is the this is why I
think it's
2:41:40
total bull crap they were drawn
from the
2:41:44
reverse angle so not what a
child saw
2:41:49
but and they were also done on
canvas
2:41:52
which was mounted I mean it was
not just
2:41:56
a drawn on a piece of paper
2:41:57
Johnny's canvas so I went out
got canvas
2:42:01
and said now draw something it
doesn't
2:42:06
really matter it's it the way
you spin
2:42:09
this and the way that's just
abuse it's
2:42:11
abusive children it's the whole
2:42:13
situation is sad for everybody
2:42:14
everywhere the whole thing is
just it's
2:42:17
really really sad now drawings
by
2:42:19
children who are held in boxes
or
2:42:22
whatever cages ages well in
this case do
2:42:25
you see him you see these is by
the way
2:42:26
and this is on see this is a
this is the
2:42:28
CBS website yeah you see it you
see they
2:42:33
got one here there's one I'd am
looking
2:42:35
at there's a bunch of them but
the one
2:42:37
I'm looking that's actually an
overhead
2:42:38
view Oh walking down on the
course of
2:42:43
course
2:42:43
just with blankets and then
there's
2:42:46
horrible
2:42:48
it's also bold if they all by
the way
2:42:51
all the Glee they're drawn by
the same
2:42:52
person yeah exactly
2:42:55
it's just abusing children to
make a
2:42:57
point now I have one by the way
this was
2:43:01
part of a concerted effort
nationwide
2:43:04
because there were protests
over here El
2:43:06
Cerrito Plaza again where I
went to last
2:43:07
time because that's when they
had the
2:43:09
protest release the full report
and I
2:43:12
have my sign that I collected
and then
2:43:15
apparently now they had another
one it
2:43:16
was about a children's in cages
children
2:43:19
in cages so they have one of
these
2:43:20
protests up in Port Angeles
Washington
2:43:22
it was a bunch of people
bitching and
2:43:25
moaning about children and
cages and
2:43:26
Mimi's there mm-hmm was fairly
famous in
2:43:29
the town for being a
troublemaker girl
2:43:34
he goes past all these mostly
old farts
2:43:36
old Democrat farts and she
starts to ask
2:43:39
grilling each one of them about
why are
2:43:41
you so concerned about the kids
in the
2:43:43
Texas holding facilities we have
2:43:45
homeless around here we have
ish things
2:43:48
around here that need addressing
2:43:50
immediately and its local why
are you
2:43:53
protesting the kids in Texas
and then
2:43:57
nobody had a good answer and
then she
2:43:58
didn't have some more mean
questions I
2:44:01
won't even know we need me me
in Texas
2:44:05
though we need her in Austin
I'm gonna
2:44:08
need some help
2:44:08
well she was there you know
wait for the
2:44:11
wedding and she didn't think
much of the
2:44:13
place Thanks all right don't
come don't
2:44:18
don't let the door hit you on
the way
2:44:19
out I've won one final clip
fareed
2:44:23
zakaria the plagiarist from CNN
but he
2:44:27
is a globalist that people
listen to and
2:44:29
he did a against the
Constitution he
2:44:32
wasn't redundant oh my god for
context
2:44:35
yes zacharya
2:44:39
Constitution we might have it
doesn't
2:44:45
matter what I has here is his
take on
2:44:49
the immigration situation at
the border
2:44:52
which as you recall was a
manufactured
2:44:55
crisis and until it wasn't and
then it
2:44:57
was exist and it was kids and
cages and
2:44:59
which it isn't
2:45:01
but now it's just the Trump is
killing
2:45:04
babies throwing them out of the
2:45:05
incubator on to they should do
that
2:45:12
[Music]
2:45:17
here's my take
2:45:18
given president from some
mean-spirited
2:45:21
and often bigoted attitudes on
conflict
2:45:28
me to say this but he is right
that the
2:45:31
United States faces a crisis
with its
2:45:33
Asylum system Democrats might
hope that
2:45:36
the out of control situation at
the
2:45:38
southern border undermines
Trump's image
2:45:40
among his base as a tough guy
who can
2:45:42
tackle immigration but they
should be
2:45:44
careful it could actually work
to the
2:45:46
president's advantage since
2014 the
2:45:50
flow of asylum seeker by the
way please
2:45:53
take note that he doesn't
really give a
2:45:54
crap about the children and the
asylum
2:45:56
seekers or the immigrants he
only cares
2:45:58
about Trump winning another
election
2:46:00
that's what this whole piece is
about is
2:46:02
what it sounds like
2:46:03
Democrats pay attention he's
right and
2:46:06
he's gonna win if you don't I
don't know
2:46:07
why more goes into the United
States has
2:46:10
skyrocketed
2:46:11
last year immigration courts
received
2:46:13
one hundred and sixty-two
thousand
2:46:16
asylum claims a two hundred and
forty
2:46:18
percent increase from 2014 the
result is
2:46:22
a staggering backlog with more
than
2:46:23
three hundred thousand Asylum
cases
2:46:25
pending and the average
immigration case
2:46:28
has been pending for more than
700 days
2:46:31
it's also clear that the rules
2:46:33
surrounding asylum are vague
lacks and
2:46:36
being gamed the initial step
for many
2:46:39
asylum seekers is to convince
officers
2:46:41
that they have a credible fear
of
2:46:43
persecution in their home
countries and
2:46:45
about 75 percent meet that
criteria some
2:46:49
applicants for asylum have
suspiciously
2:46:51
similar stories using identical
phrases
2:46:54
many simply use the system to
enter the
2:46:57
US and then melt into the
shadows or
2:46:59
gain a work permit while their
2:47:01
application is pending asylum
is meant
2:47:04
to be granted to a very small
number of
2:47:07
people in extreme circumstances
not as a
2:47:10
substitute for the process of
2:47:12
immigration itself
2:47:14
yet the two have gotten mixed
up as the
2:47:16
Atlantic's david fromm has
pointed out
2:47:18
the idea of a right to asylum
is a
2:47:21
relatively recent one dating to
the
2:47:23
early years of the Cold War
2:47:25
guilt-ridden over the rejection
of many
2:47:27
Jewish refugees during World
War two the
2:47:30
UN created a right of asylum to
protect
2:47:33
those who are fleeing regimes
where they
2:47:36
would be killed or imprisoned
because of
2:47:38
their identity or beliefs this
standard
2:47:41
has gotten broader and broader
over the
2:47:43
years and now includes threats
of gang
2:47:45
warfare and domestic violence
these
2:47:47
looser criteria coupled with
the reality
2:47:50
that this is a safe way to
enter the
2:47:52
u.s. have made the asylum
system easy to
2:47:55
abuse applications from Honduras
2:47:57
Guatemalans and Salvadorans
have surged
2:48:00
even though the murder rate in
their
2:48:02
countries has been cut in half
2:48:04
more broadly hundreds of
millions of
2:48:06
people around the world who
live in poor
2:48:08
unstable regions where threats
of
2:48:10
violence abound could easily
apply for
2:48:13
asylum do they all have the
legal right
2:48:16
to enter the u.s. through a
backdoor
2:48:18
bypassing the normal
immigration process
2:48:20
the Trump administration's
approach has
2:48:23
been mostly to toughen up the
criteria
2:48:25
hire more judges push Mexico to
keep
2:48:28
applicants from entering the US
but a
2:48:30
much larger fix is needed the
criteria
2:48:33
for asylum need to be rewritten
and
2:48:36
substantially tightened the
number of
2:48:39
courts and officials dealing
with asylum
2:48:40
must be massively expanded
people should
2:48:43
not be able to use asylum
claims as a
2:48:45
way to work in America there
needs to be
2:48:48
a much greater cooperation with
the home
2:48:50
countries of these applicants
rather
2:48:52
than insults threats and aid
freezers no
2:48:55
one fix will do it but we need
the kind
2:48:57
of sensible bipartisan
legislation that
2:48:59
has resolved passed immigration
crises
2:49:03
Democrats have spent most of
their
2:49:04
efforts on this topic assailing
the
2:49:06
Trump administration for its
2:49:08
heartlessness fine but that
does not
2:49:11
address the roots of this
genuine crisis
2:49:14
if things continue to spiral
downward
2:49:16
and America's southern border
seems out
2:49:18
of control from stuff rhetoric
and
2:49:21
hardline stands will become
increasingly
2:49:24
attractive to the public
2:49:26
keep in mind that the rise of
populism
2:49:28
in the Western world is almost
2:49:30
everywhere tied to fears of
growing out
2:49:33
of control immigration you
think they'd
2:49:36
notice that but I can say that
a little
2:49:39
less words yeah I agree but I
thought it
2:49:41
was important to play because
it does
2:49:43
lay it out pretty well but
there's a
2:49:44
couple things I don't
understand though
2:49:47
so and the I&A the immigration
2:49:49
Nationality Act the recognizes
a Asylum
2:49:56
is a nationality or
naturalization to
2:49:59
what I say
2:50:00
they know it's Immigration and
2:50:01
Nationality Act Benesh okay
2:50:05
naturalization yeah no it's um
this is
2:50:08
coming from the Wikipedia so
take it
2:50:10
with whatever you know accurate
the
2:50:13
United States is obliged to
recognize
2:50:14
recognize valid claims for
asylum since
2:50:17
under the 1951 convention
relating to
2:50:20
the stat status of refugees and
is 1967
2:50:23
protocol as defined by these
agreements
2:50:26
a refugee is a person who was
outside
2:50:28
their country of nationality
who owning
2:50:31
who owing to a fear of
persecution on
2:50:35
account of a protected ground
is unable
2:50:38
or unwilling to avail himself
of the
2:50:40
protection of the state so it's
about
2:50:43
the state being against you you
know
2:50:45
this is like this is so what
we're
2:50:49
seeing here is I wish you had
we had
2:50:51
when I don't know if we do I
2:50:53
Fletcher Soros this is the
Soros scam
2:50:58
he's orchestrated this to just
embarrass
2:51:01
the our system it in general
yeah let me
2:51:08
finish the so it's Owen to fear
2:51:12
persecution okay protected
grounds
2:51:14
include race nationality
religion
2:51:16
political opinion and
membership of a
2:51:19
particular social group but
then here's
2:51:22
the part that's very confused
so I don't
2:51:24
see how I'm afraid of gangs
domestic
2:51:26
violence qualifies and knows
the people
2:51:29
of course that don't qualify
but yeah by
2:51:31
the time there's a court
hearing they're
2:51:33
gone they're there and they
melted into
2:51:36
the shadows but each year the
president
2:51:38
United States sends April
2:51:39
the Congress for the maximum
number of
2:51:41
refugees to be admitted into
the country
2:51:44
under the asylum law for the
upcoming
2:51:46
fiscal year and this is
typically goes
2:51:50
unchallenged I haven't I'm just
seeing
2:51:52
this now I have not looked into
it but
2:51:55
here is for the last seven
years the
2:52:00
totals so there's a an
allocation oh
2:52:04
yeah so there's the ceiling and
then
2:52:06
there's the actual arrivals in
2013 the
2:52:11
ceiling was seventy thousand
actual
2:52:14
arrivals 58 that remains 70,000
through
2:52:19
2015 and the numbers all
remained on
2:52:21
just literally sixty nine
thousand nine
2:52:24
hundred eighty-seven I wonder
if these
2:52:28
numbers are bogus actually 2017
ceiling
2:52:31
was 110 thousand but only
53,000 were
2:52:40
arrivals for 2018 the ceiling
was forty
2:52:46
five thousand but only twenty
two
2:52:48
thousand actual arrivals so
they're
2:52:50
they're either there's a lack
of people
2:52:55
who are actually looking for
asylum or
2:52:59
they're not processing them
fast enough
2:53:01
or I don't know but it's sad to
find
2:53:04
that because now as you're beat
yeah I'm
2:53:06
going to find out because it
seems like
2:53:08
we have hundreds of thousands
of people
2:53:10
coming in but they're not
really even
2:53:12
hitting the ceilings and the
ceilings
2:53:14
seem reasonable thirty thousand
seventy
2:53:18
thousand and in some years
seventy
2:53:20
thousand is a good number
2:53:21
yeah I thought these absorb
that quite
2:53:24
easily yeah so huh all right
well I have
2:53:29
two last clips one is the
fourth of July
2:53:35
clip that we don't hear anymore
this is
2:53:38
from 2015
2:53:39
generally speaking during a
many of the
2:53:43
president pre Trump instead of
talking
2:53:46
about tanks and the wreck and
the roads
2:53:48
and doing all this other stuff
we
2:53:50
generally heard something like
this
2:53:52
didn't know it at the time
2:53:53
they had several close calls
leading up
2:53:55
to the July 4th holiday
potential terror
2:53:58
attacks inspired by Isis US
security
2:54:02
correspondent Jim sciutto has
that
2:54:04
forest US law enforcement
supported
2:54:08
several terror plots in the
last four
2:54:10
weeks including plots time to
the July
2:54:13
4th weekend US officials tell
CNN vector
2:54:17
James Comey says the FBI has
made more
2:54:19
than ten Isis related arrests
in the
2:54:22
last month some tied to the
holiday they
2:54:24
stopped the stuff that was
trying to
2:54:26
come at us for July 4th but
that now
2:54:29
it's July 7th and 8th and
they're on to
2:54:31
the next thing the foiled
attacks
2:54:33
included targets coast-to-coast
and were
2:54:35
unsophisticated with plans that
included
2:54:38
guns knives and other weapons
fitting
2:54:40
Isis's public calls to
supporters to
2:54:43
attack in any way possible
investigators
2:54:47
believe that Isis members
overseas
2:54:48
enabled the plots recruiting and
2:54:51
encouraging Americans to carry
out
2:54:52
attacks on US soil
2:54:54
even selecting possible targets
Comey
2:54:57
calls it crowdsourcing
terrorists
2:54:59
Senator James rich telling CNN
Wednesday
2:55:02
that time was critical some
were quite
2:55:05
imminent actually anything days
within
2:55:09
days there was one course that
was even
2:55:11
one that was within hours or
minutes the
2:55:14
foiled plots come as the FBI
continues
2:55:16
to warn that terrorist suspects
have
2:55:18
gone dark in cyberspace
increasingly
2:55:21
communicating through encrypted
2:55:22
messaging that is widely
available but
2:55:25
impossible for the intelligence
2:55:26
community to monitor July 4th
weekend
2:55:29
may have passed but US
officials tell
2:55:31
CNN that the risk of terror
attacks
2:55:33
remains very high based on very
recent
2:55:36
past trends Isis has been
willing to and
2:55:40
able to push out information to
2:55:42
Americans and a small number
have at
2:55:44
least been willing to try to
act up
2:55:46
based on that
2:55:48
our gym Sciuto reporting there
from
2:55:50
Washington for us you know you
are so
2:55:52
right and I was just looking
through the
2:55:54
the archives back to 2014 15 16
17
2:56:00
no not 17 13 every single year
4th of
2:56:04
July Oh Isis terror attack
they're gonna
2:56:08
get us they hate our freedom
they had
2:56:10
our Liberty you're so right and
what
2:56:15
happened this year that we
don't have
2:56:16
that anymore there's no terror
we're
2:56:18
done trump changed the
narrative just
2:56:23
shows you how much bullcrap it
really is
2:56:25
this bullcrap bullcrap I have
one last
2:56:28
clip to finish this show unless
you have
2:56:30
one because this is a show
closer yeah
2:56:32
no we'll close the show okay it
also
2:56:36
brings us back up to speed on on
2:56:39
vegetarianism meat burgers and
it's
2:56:42
about and we'd like to do food
stuff on
2:56:45
this show yes and this is a
little
2:56:47
rundown on the impossible burger
2:56:50
barbecuing but for a growing
number of
2:56:52
traditional meat will not be on
the menu
2:56:55
in today's morning rounds we
look at the
2:56:57
rising popularity and health
effects of
2:56:59
plant-based meat impossible
burger and
2:57:03
Beyond burger have exploded in
2:57:04
popularity the two alternative
meat
2:57:07
brands are available in more
than 40,000
2:57:09
restaurants now in grocery
stores
2:57:10
combined dr. Tara nurullah is
at the
2:57:13
table we should know Tara comes
from a
2:57:14
house divided husband eats meat
our high
2:57:19
yeah I like your husband so
what's in
2:57:22
this in this meat well this is
so
2:57:24
interesting because actually
these
2:57:25
companies are not necessarily
catering
2:57:27
to people like me who are
vegetarian but
2:57:29
to my husband those eat meat
there they
2:57:31
want us they do and so they're
mimicking
2:57:33
the taste and the texture the
chew the
2:57:35
sizzle and even the bleed so
when you
2:57:41
compare the beyond burger for
example an
2:57:43
impossible burger they're
relatively
2:57:44
similar but they differ in kind
of the
2:57:46
key components of their protein
so
2:57:48
beyond burger uses a pea based
protein
2:57:50
and possibly uses a soy-based
protein
2:57:52
and then they both have
mixtures of some
2:57:54
oils than them either canola
oil or
2:57:56
coconut oil
2:57:57
and interestingly also you find
the
2:57:59
beyond burger in the meat
section there
2:58:01
specifically putting it there
because
2:58:03
they want to capture that
market can you
2:58:05
capture the taste or maybe
you're not
2:58:06
supposed to really capture the
taste let
2:58:08
it be what it is one of the
differences
2:58:10
between the two is impossible
burger
2:58:12
claims that they have found the
reason
2:58:14
that meat tastes like meat and
that's
2:58:15
something called heme so heme
is an iron
2:58:17
containing molecule you may
have heard
2:58:19
of hemoglobin or myoglobin all
animals
2:58:21
and plants have it and they
basically
2:58:23
have extracted this from the
roots of
2:58:25
soy plants and then grown it in
yeast
2:58:28
and then taking that heme and
put it in
2:58:31
their burger and they're saying
that
2:58:32
that mimics the flavor the
aroma the
2:58:34
twitch one about not impossible
okay so
2:58:37
are they healthy
2:58:38
these plant-based burgers are
they
2:58:40
healthy or healthier right so
that's
2:58:42
really a great question good
one show
2:58:50
closer for sure I'll be here
all the
2:58:52
week well done
2:58:54
we're having bison burgers
tonight
2:58:56
before we watch TV those are
delicious
2:58:58
yeah that's what you want
people yeah
2:59:01
it's a joy
2:59:04
[Music]
